Would not recommend going here if you are female. These individuals lied to me on multiple occasions and proceeded to not provide updates on my vehicle for 5 days. I took my vehicle in for a repair that required a part to be ordered in advance. The mechanics ordered the part incorrectly TWICE, delaying the original repair for an additional 5 days. Then when I ask to speak to Mark I had to fight to get him to reach out to me. When Mark did I was gaslight the whole time to think that it was not a major mistake that they never notified me about all the issues with my vehicle. It took over a week for Mark the manager to reach out to me. I was without a car and no way to get to work because the auto shop could not communicate with owners on mistakes they made. I had To reach out every single time to be provided an update on my vehicle. While they did try and make it right by fixing an additional issue when asked about the cost, since I was out of work for 5 additional days than expected, I was told that s not significant . Not happy with how they treated me like I was stupid.

The customer service was great, it was just the $78 cost for my oil change & the 2 hour wait that wasn't. I've looked at the price of other locations (such as take 5, my own dealership whom I got my car from, and jiffy lube +others) and they charge $30-35 & take less than an hour to do so. The materials to do my own change would've been under $40 as well.

I cannot say how disappointed I am with this Firestone. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment done and made an appointment. As I was dropping my vehicle off I spoke to the alignment tech named Anthony. Anthony made it clear that the other tech Dillon also did alignments but was not as skilled as himself and that he would get to it after he went to lunch but he would have it done by the end of the day. Anthony did not perform my alignment, Dillion performed the alignment service while Anthony was at lunch and now my vehicle pulls to the right and drastically pulls to the right upon aggressive braking. I went back the next day and spoke to Nick about theissue and Nick assured me that they would take care of it. I dropped my vehicle off at 11:30 as recommended by Nick and waited in the lobby hoping they would address my issue with a senseof urgency. I waited for an hour, after being told by Nick that Anthony was finishing up on a vehicle and would take care of it shortly I decidedto walk home when my truck was still in the parking lot after an hour and ahalf and waited for their call thinking it wouldn't be much longer. I was wrong. After waiting until 5 pm, which is when "all the techs go home" according to Nick, I went to pick up my vehicle. Nick began to elaborate on howAnthony attempted multiple solutions to address the issue but could not fix it. This is where the disappointment of my experience approaches frustration. I asked for the before and after print out that Firestone advertises in store and on their website as part of their service package for alignments and was told by Nick that Anthony did not bother to print either of them out. This is very perplexing for me to grasp because it leads me to believe that my vehicle and its alignment issue were never addressed. I'm more inclined to think that I was told it would be taken care of and instead I was lied to and fed a load of garbage about how they got backed up with other vehicles (the entire staff was standing in a near empty garage when I pulled in at 11:30) and in reality Nick and Anthony wasted my entire day after decidingto let my vehicle sit there and not perform any work on it whatsoever because I had inconvenienced them by bringing my vehicle back in to have a potential safety risk evaluatedand corrected. This suspicion is even more substantiated because my vehicle alerts me when changes have been made to my vehicle concerning my suspension and braking system until I clear the system messages... I had no such messages. I do not like being lied to and do not like having my time wasted when being lied to. The firstand foremost condition for repeat business is TRUST and because I no longer TRUST the professionalism at this location, I will not be returning to Store 10405 or any other Firestone locations in the future.

I had a front end alignment done on my daughter's car. It had been done before at another place but the result here was significantly better. It drove nice and straight finally! I took my car there the next week and had the same thing done with an equally great result. I'm grateful to have found a place that does great work and I'll be back!

My vehicle was brought in for oil change, brake inspection and tire rotation at the very beginning of the morning. I received no calls to let me know the status of my service or when I could pick my vehicle up. I called the following day to understand when I if my vehicle was ready. I was told by the representative that my vehicle was completed at the end of the day and that they must have forgotten to call. No air filters or anything else was replaced but it took a full day and no one provide a status of my vehicle. I understand that the car wasn't vacuumed as a courtesy, but all day to complete very basic operations and few of them, coupled with no call to update me falls well below customer expectations.

They have been great at diagnosing and fixing problems. The turn around time is usually pretty quick. The only thing that could have been better is just communication initiated from them instead of us having to call to find out information.

Pretty frustrated with the service I received at this location. I brought in my vehicle because the check engine light was on, spent $350 for their services when I was told it was only going to be $250 the day prior because their tech forgot to include the diagnostic into the price. Once I picked up my car, within 3 minutes of driving my engine light came back on and I immediately returned to the store. Their tech told me my car was fine and just needed to "balance itself out" and without double checking anything they turned the check engine light back off and sent me on my way. The light came back on within 10 minutes of driving, and they reassured me my car was fine and to come back into the location so they could turn it off again. Once I was able to make it back into the store and they turned the light off again, within another 10 minutes the light was back on. I called the next day and asked to speak with a manager because I was frustrated they kept sending me away instead of confirming my vehicle was fine. When I spoke with the manager, he was nothing but condescending and rude. He kept telling me to "trust him they don't want people calling back after getting their vehicle serviced." When I was asking questions trying to understand the situation more and what was going on, all he said was "your vehicle is working right? It's working fine?" He told me they keep the vehicles at least 30 minutes after servicing to make sure everything is fine, and when I asked for clarification as to why my light turned on within 3 minutes of me getting my vehicle and how that was missed, he told me "I just need to work with him", implying that I was being difficult. Not once could he speak to me like an adult and instead was condescending when I just wanted answers regarding their $350 service on my car. Beyond frustrating to be spoken this way, not once could he give me an answer beyond "your car is old". If you're a woman I would never recommend this location to you after the experience I received. They managed to miss an entire tear in my air intake tube, so at this point I'm not sure what my money went to. I took my vehicle to another Firestone because this location has lost all of my trust in servicing vehicles. Would not recommend.

We won't be doing business with this store anymoreMy daughter and I took her car in to get realigned after she hit a pot hole. When we went in, it was the day before the 1yr warranty was up on the alignment. When we showed up the morning of the appointment, the guy working the counter said he couldn't find the warranty because it was purchased at a different store. Then a few minutes later said it came up after I said that the the original alignment was done in the same store and I sat in one of the waiting area chairs while they did the work.I dropped my daughter off at work and she went back with a coworker to get it. Again the guy said he couldn't find the warranty so she would have to pay for the service. When she said she was going to call me the warranty magically appeared in the system.Gave three stars because the labor done was done correctly and the car drives great. Deducted 2 stars because of the jerk behind the counter trying to scam my daughter.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I dropped my car off around 8 this morning for an alignment thinking that I wouldn't get it back till 6 tonight. I got a called around noon saying it was done. They were awesome! My car drives better than it has in the time I've owned it!

This place is the absolute worst. Do not trust these people with your car. They are careless at best and intentionally bad at their jobs at worst. I took my vehicle in to get the engine filter changed and they took my old one out and didn't install the new one. I drove around for 10,000 miles without knowing I didn't have a filter. And they didn't even care when I told them about it. Additionally, I took my car in to get a new set of tires and they completely screwed up one of the sensors and refused to replace it when I took the vehicle back. I had to pay an additional 150 dollars for another technician to fix the tire sensor and TPMS system thanks to these people. Worst. Place. Ever.

Check engine light has been on about 2 weeks, was told it was converter, told guy at firestone what i was told, so instead of him checking it , he replaced it and charged me $800 then when i left going home check engine light came back on, took back to firestone next day and he said my problem isn't converter, i have a cracked manifold which i need to get fixed, he should've check engine first, now i have a $800 repair that i did not need, a cracked manifold and engine light is still on, and was very rude about it!! He's the mechanic, he shouldve scan it himself first

The team here is great. I slept through my alarm but when I called saying I was running late it was not an issue. They were so friendly and got me in and out super quick. I live 40 minutes away but it is worth the drive for such great service.

Jason was nothing short of outstanding on product knowledge.. I'm sure you can find slightly cheaper products elsewhere, but I have no hesitation in trusting them with my vehicle. My car is used in adverse weather conditions, and they fully understand my needs as a storm spotter and assessed all options patiently with me to determine that my current tire was indeed the best choice.. They could have upsold me, but they didn't. Their customer waiting area does need better coffee though. :)

3/5(average) I appreciate how hospitable everyone is, but ~$450 for 2-3 radiator hoses, clamps, chamber seal and spout, and 1.2 hrs labor seems higher than I would expect on average. The same labor, minus the spout, would've taken me a $18 36 in Uber rides, ~$50 Amazon auto, and a day of labor, where I only get 250 for 10 hrs of my type of work. It just doesn't equate to me. I'll review again after next visit, hopefully a less expensive experience next time.

They have great costumer service and they are very honest, you just have to understand that maintenance on a car will always be expensive if you don't know how to work on it yourself

Every time we come in to get new tires or just simply have our tires rotated the staff is professional and easy to talk to. Jason is the manager and he has always been honest about prices while not forcing you into buying something. He will tell you what service your vehicle is due for all the while not pressuring you into doing it. He does not scare you into doing it right now. My sister also takes her vehicle there and she is not good whatsoever about remembering to rotate her tires. I have to go with her to do that type of service. Jason does not degrade her in her poor abilities to remember service on her vehicle. He tells her the importance of proper maintenance but does not humiliate her. Excellent work. Keep it up

I went here for an oil change. Excellent customer service and honest time estimates. I really appreciate that they didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary add-ons but did do a thorough check. I had been driving with my low tire pressure light on for a while and they found damage to my tires which required replacing all four. I had driven about 65k miles on these so totally expected. I told them up front that I had a time deadline and they finished my car in the time promised.

As far as customer service, the staff are extremely pleasant, approachable, and knowledgeable. They were also prompt on fixing my 2008 Ford Focus' upper motor mount which eliminated the intense vibrations when I pressed on the accelerator. These facts were the only reason why I rated a 2 star instead of a 1 star.I had also brought in my vehicle because the AC no longer blew air into the cabin; cold air would still come out of the vents but only when I was on the highway and air was being pushed through the air filter into the cabin. The mechanics advised me that the blower motor needed replacing after I paid for a full vehicle inspection. The part was going to cost $245.99 (whereas any auto parts store would charge $70-$115) and labor would cost $55. Upon closer inspection of my blower motor, I noticed the electric cable connected to the blower motor was not fully connected; the cable was seated in the connected but was not fully snapped into place. This gave the false illusion that everything was how it should be without the AC actually working. Yet Firestone still decided to quote me $300.99 with the diagnosis that the blower motor was not longer functioning. It begs the question of how this could be so easily overlooked without simply coming to the conclusion that all three mechanics that looked at my vehicle knew about it and instead wanted to benefit from the situation.Long story short, it was an incredibly easy fix that Firestone could have notified me of but instead wanted more of my patronage through an ultimately unnecessary service.UPDATE: Jason from Firestone in Norman gave me a call back and informed me the disconnection was intentional; I was notified the technician annotated the condition of my blower motor on my ticket, but the front desk worker failed to relay the message to me. After discussing this with Jason, I realized the issue was simply miscommunication rather than intentional sabotage. My rating will upgrade from 2 to 4 stars.

Austin and the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind to me today, even though I was clearly very stressed and probably not my most cheerful self. They appeared knowledgeable about what they were working on on my car, and even showed me the issues before beginning to work. I am often skeptical of auto places, as they like to charge you for as much as possible, but it seemed that Austin and the team were not doing that (and if they were, at least they were friendly). I will definitely go here again if I have problems. (and hopefully more money)
