Thanks for taking good care of my car. Their sincerity of their work is absolutely beautiful. Nice to know that the mechanics will make sure your car is ready to go with whatever problem you had with your car Fixed. The personal up front are knowledgeable about your cars and they are very helpful and courteous.

If you have car problems, I promise you they will do you right!I dropped my car off on Monday morning, they told me they wouldn t be able to look at it until Tuesday. By noon they called me and told me my car was ready for pick up!I went to a Firestone in OKC and they didn t do the break job correctly. This Firestone in Norman wrote their wrong in no time at all.

Both Johnny and Kevin were incredible. We had car problems on a road trip to Florida. Not only did they Squeeze us in for a major repair but drove us to a hotel and picked us back up in the morning. Not an ideal situation for a road trip but they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

I am a 75 yr old man who has utilized Firestone for decades. I suffer from spinal arthritis which prohibits me from doing my own chores. I've always depended on Firestone to air up my tires, especially when the air pressure light warning appears. Yesterday was my first time using the Main St. Firestone because I was closer to it and I was afraid of having a flat. I slightly pulled into a bay door where I saw an air hose. A young man came to my window and told me I would have to "drive around to the front of the store, go inside, and get a work order'. I did so and in pain walking into the store and standing inline in the store, and when returning to my car to drive around to the side again. All I wanted was air in my low tire but was told it was a policy change that I had to do all that just to get help. If in fact it is a new policy change, I feel sorry for all the old men and women who have relied on Firestone for years for a little kindness. It appears kindness is out!

Needed to get a recommended service interval done on my son's car, but we're at opposite ends of the state. Having prior experience with Firestone in other locations, I had him bring the car to this location in Norman. As anticipated, they gave us the same great service and attention we have received from other Firestone locations on previous visits. Glad to know there's a place we can trust when our kids are remote.

Larry took care of me from the initial consultation to picking up my vehicle. Highly satisfied with the work completed and the excellent customer service. I have four vehicles and trust this store because of people like Larry.

Stopped by with a flat tire. Place had a line of people & phone ringing non-stop, but everyone was handled with the highest standard of professionalism & courtesy. I had important meetings that morning, and they got me in and out super quickly. I've bought from them every time I've lived in the area & never been disappointed. Thank you!Service: Tires

Honestly, the worst automotive service experience I have ever encountered. Apparently, they find it okay to punch a hole in a customer's vehicle's oil filter housing and not feel the need to inform the paying customer. Came back for a refund after Father's Day weekend where I have to run to the nearest dealership to buy a new filter housing and perform an oil change not even 200 miles since I left Firestone. I might also add that the entire underbody of my vehicle was completely coated with oil, as well as the back glass and tailgate. Had to come back 3 separate times until someone actually listened to my complaint. Also note, there is absolutely no reason whatsoever why a service technician should need to open a vehicle's sunroof in order to perform a simple oil change.

Brought 2 different vehicles with 2 different issues and both times they couldn't help. If you need basic stuff like tires or oil changes they can accommodate you. But if the issue is electrical, leaks or pretty much anything else they will recommend taking it elsewhere. They even have business cards for real mechanics. I appreciated the humbleness of admitting that they aren't real mechanics but unfortunately it was a waste of time. Very nice people just not a mechanics shop just tires .Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

My right rear blinker was not working so I tried replacing the bulb on my own. That did not remedy it, so I went to the Norman Firestone and they said they could take a look at it the next day. All fine and good. I go in the next day and they take my truck in to do a diagnostic check and they were done withing 10-15 minutes. They said they just replaced the bulb and it started working, even though I had done the same the day before. They then charged $52.70 for this service. I asked why it was so high for just unplugging the bulb and putting a new one in and their reply was It was for the lighting diagnostic . Absolutely ridiculous pricing for a bulb replacement. I will not be returning to Firestone and will urge any friends or family to do the same. Its highway robbery charging that much for such a tiny repair if you can even call it that.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

This place helped us out. We blew a trailer tire. A few guys from Iowa heading home after helping clean up in Austin TX. Bunch of tree guys we didnt need the inconvenience. But I'll tell you what. What a great experience. Everyone was so busy but they still got us and out. Thanks to the whole team at Firestone for being a great example of great customer service.

Employees were nice but they kept my car for 9 hrs just to change 2 front tires and do an alignment and only discounted me $30 bucks for the inconvenience.Do not tell me that you can fit me in if you can't.I have no complaints about the work done...just the poor time mgmt and failure to fairly compensate.

Beware!! You ll leave with your car more broken than when brought in and the original issue never being fixed. This has happened multiple times at this location over the last few years. We just took our car in 4 times in the last 2 weeks with it still not being fixed and are out $1,300 so far. This is a very common issue here. Been a customer for years but I will never go here again. They are terrible at communicating, not honest and their prices are WAY more than most. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!

Part 3As the 6th hour approached of me still waiting there I had talked to atleast 5 to 6 other customers sitting there over the course of the time all of which expressed how slow they thought they were and that they are always busy and overbooking appointments. No one the whole time I was there had their car looked at based on the time of their scheduled appointment. I saw some wait thirty minutes to an hour for them to even get their cars in, and they had appointments. One lady even took it upon herself to sincerely apologize on Firestones behalf because she thought it was ridiculous that I had been sitting there that long and still my car hasn't made it on the rack to even be assesed. She actually then ended up rescheduling her own appointment because she couldnt wait for how long they were taking. One of the their regular customers, an older gentleman, who I had spoken to about how he has been coming there forever, but since recent management change, because the old manager retired, it has been downhill since then he said. As the 7th hour was approaching and winding down to the grand finale. I again went out and, this time proceeded to ask what the hold up was and that I wanted to speak to his manager or get his phone number because this is the worst experience I've ever had. He acted super weird from the start, side note this is Mr. Jeremy who told me on the phone the day before that he could get me worked in a couple hours if I brought it in the morning.Part 4 next

I went to Firestone with brake squeal. My pads were purchased at Firestone company Hibdon in Oct. Front counter Jeremie told me I need new pads and rotors because of the squealing. I told him the pads are new. I was told by Jeremie they are the wrong size pads for the rotors. I asked how do rotors cause squeal when there is no shudder? He said there is a shudder, you just can t feel it. I told him the only slight shudder is at 80 miles an hour and that s a tire problem. Jeremie replied right . I then said I would like the pads changed only and was told I can t do that. Also, I was quoted 153.99 PER durolast gold rotor which are sold for 53 bucks at auto zone.Jeremie told me the last time my rotors were turned some heat was left in them.I m aghast at all of the sales man talk and constantly cutting me off when I was trying to ask questions. I understand markup on parts to make a profit but a $53 part for $153.99? Especially for parts I don t need. I took my truck to a local mechanic who said he couldn t believe Firestone was pushing rotors on me and not honoring the warranty on the pads, not to mention the pads were very cheap with no disk break quiet on the backing plate of the pad. Pads were removed, disk break quiet was applied. Pads were replaced. Breaks repaired. I gave him $25 despite him telling me he doesn t charge disabled vets for such an easy fix.

I scheduled an appointment at 6 for a free brake inspection. I came and no one was at the desk. Finally someone showed up and said they did not offer free brake inspections, so I showed him the article and website that says they do.Then he said it wasn t actually an appointment but a request to drop off my vehicle for the next day since the boys had to wrap up and go home. They didn t close for another hour and had open bays. Isn't that legally fraud, promising a free service then changing the terms with an up charge at the appointment? DO NOT RECOMMEND they lie about their services

I was very happy with their prompt and affordable service. Until we got our car back after a brake job and the squealing and everytime we brake the front end shakes. I understand that things happen but when my wife called them they asked her to bring it in. We only have one car and she is a hospice nurse. She told them it would be 2 hours before she could bring it in and was then told they were booked up until Sunday when it is first come first serve. Pretty sad that after their service they want people, (especially nurses) driving a vehicle that obviously has issues for 3 days instead of addressing the issues that came after their work.

We have immune compromised people in our home so we were very worried about getting new tires. Our daughter suggested this place because they advertised being careful. I honestly figured we would pay more to go there but I was wrong. Their prices were great and Greg, the guy who helped us over the phone was so patient and helpful we did everything entirely over the phone and dropped the car off with no contact. They did an amazing job and I could not be happier. I will forever go to them from now on!

I'd like to express my gratitude for an excellent customer experience. I came in for new tires, and was greeted by the manager Chris Bra. He took the time to listen to my needs, and suggested a product that would best serve my personal application. My truck looks great, and the ride is well improved. If you are in the market for tires, and you don't come visit Chris, you have made a mistake. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again!

Called for a tire patch at before 4pm. They said too busy (still open for 3 hrs? But ok) but can do tomrrow. Ok. Drop off tire. Come back the next day , tire is ready . However, they are far too busy to put my tire back on for me. What the heck? Get it together Guys. The price should be cheaper if I m putting it on and taking it off. You didn t provide the full service, ripped me off. Will go else where next time.Service: Tires

Been visiting this place for years to get tires Excellent service, friendly staff, and best prices I can find around town. They are usually a little behind but if you plan to leave your car it's no big deal. From what I can tell they're an honest hop on repairs and maintenance. I do my own work as far as maintenance, so I know my car fairly well. Each visit I've made they've only alerted me to things I already knew needed done, never trying to push a sale or get you with bogus issues. Good place and will continue to get my business, even if only once or twice every 3-5 years for tires.

The guys here are all so great! They really take the time to listen and understand. They don't mind saving their customers money, either. They didn't even charge me to have a tire puncture repaired recently, even after I was told on the phone that it would be $20, so I was quite delighted! In May, I went in to get my a/c checked out (again being told it would be $20), and after waiting about an hour and a half before my car was taken back for something that ended up taking no more than 2 minutes, I was only charged $10 so that the mechanic could still be paid for his time, and because I'd waited so long! Highly recommend this location for services!

I have had a great experience with my car there. They have also done their best and inform me as to what needs to happen and what else they could do. I will be using them again. I appreciate the honesty of the person who helped me, Jeremy. Thanks!
