Came in night before last for a rotation and balance. Because of strains that happened last time using this location, I covered my console with a handkerchiefs just before I gave them my car.Not only did they get black scuffs on the handkerchief, they damaged my foam on my seat. It had no folds or bends before coming giving them my vehicle.0/5Maybe trying moving the seat back before shoving yourself into the seat and damaging the foam, eh?

I was in and out of there in less than an hour!All of the guys were super nice and polite. They special ordered the tires I needed and had them there swiftly. I will never use another tire store!

Discount tire service has gone downhill real fast, find a different tire shop. I have purchased more than 25 tires from them in the last couple of years. Had 2 come up on recall that stated to bring it in for equivalent at no cost. The manager checked me out and charged $141, and when confronted about it lied and belittled me in front of everyone there. When I started calling corporate he changed the ticket to get rid of me. Had to go back today for a leak and guess what, it s not in the computer but for $350 I can get a new tire even though I pay the extra certificate warranty on all my tires!

Fast, professional, friendly service. With an appointment, I was in and out in 45 minutes. I bought my tires online with Tire Rack, but I am sure I wouldn't have had any issue picking the right tire with their help given their knowledge on the products they had in store.

I ve been getting my tire needs from this store for 10 yrs and always had a good experience. This morning solidified why I come to Discount Tires. I was in a wreck with my baby girl and the assistant manager to this location (horrible with names) stopped and offered help. Went as far as to give my daughter and I a ride to her daycare a mile down the road and taking me back to my car. He was calm and happy to help.

Take pictures of your vehicle to insure against employee breakage. Managers answer was that things (tires) get dropped and things fall around the shop all the time and the guys just don't notice.All that well after a group of them stood around to argue that my vehicle was in that condition upon arrival. I could type pages from this interaction, but instead...Buyer Beware. I was in the Norman location 1-9-24 needing a tire pressure sensor replaced. The guy I spoke to needed to check my tires. When he came back in he told me that my other 3 sensors were going out and before he could replace the one that was out, I needed a new tire because they could not remount a tire that is worn. He said something about a DOT law. I told him I would find another place that would replace the sensor without having to purchase a new tire. After leaving I called the Moore location and spoke with a manager. He wanted me to bring it in to see if my tires would check out any differently. He said that if they put the tire back on with low tread that if I was in an accident Discount Tire could be held responsible if the bad tire caused the accident. It was a front tire and the tread was worn around the outside edge. The tread on the middle of the tire was good. He told me the reason the tread was worn on the outside of the tire is that is the part I drive one!!!!! Really! I hung up!Discount Tire was my go to tire shop, but not anymore. I investigated everything they told me and found it was untrue and only used to sell me tires. I had an appointment to get tires on my husbands truck and cancelled that. I will never recommend or use them again. BTW: I found another tire shop, got my sensor replaced and they had no problem remounting my tire after replacing the sensor.

This place is terrible. I drove past other places to go to Discount Tire because of other locations I had visited in the past. When I get there to have a simple patch put on where a nail had gone through, they refuse to help me. They say they will sell me two new tires but won t patch the one I have. When I said I would take it somewhere else the salesperson said well if you want to buy, come on back and I will beat their price . I promptly left and took it to Big O in Norman where they took. Excellent care of me. And don t worry Grant, when I am ready to replace them, I will take it to Big O.

Matt and the team at Discount tire are awesome. We have used them for years and they always have what we need in stock. When I pick up tires they bag and are very helpful.

Discount tires is always fantastic - I want to shoutout Scott in particular. He s one of the reasons why we always come back and really exemplifies what I feel like are the values of the store. He always makes sure to explain the best fit and compare price/value to fit your budget. It doesn t feel like he s trying to sell you something extra or find reasons to add fees or extras. If you ask for something specific to be done - he ll make sure to communicate with the techs in process and makes sure it is the correct way. He seems to act as a liaison between customer and techs. He is extremely professional, but not unreachable and can have a conversation with anyone. (He held a conversation between my husband who is well versed in automatics, while simultaneously teaching me something new about tires. Not an easy thing to do.)Really appreciate Scott! Glad we always get to see him when we do have to come back. Highly recommend.

Just watch out what you buy from these salesmen. They have good knowledge as any professional has doing his job throughout many years, but after all they are trying to nickel and dime you out of years are tread and miles left to go on your new or used tires. Just like your local oil shop will upsell you on filters ( the old show an old lady an old air filter trick ) these people will do the same thing with your tires.

I have been using this location for about 8 years. They have never treated me like "a dumb woman", and have always been polite and helpful. I noticed my TPMS lights been acting up, made an appt. for it to get checked out. I want to give a shout out to Aaron, not only was he professional and courteous, but he also saved me money. He tested my sensors and resetted them, and I didn't have to replace them.

This is where I come for all my tires. Always had great service here, very knowledgeable staff, and I usually seem to deal with Dallas. He's friendly, helpful, and knows his stuff. Got some new shoes for my F-Type and they are awesome. Thanks guys, I'll be back again, looking at wheels now.

Tried to high pressure sell me 4 new tires again. Don t think they listen when I told them I needed one tire and rotation. Told me I had different size tires which was a lie. They aren t trying to help you out. They are just trying to get your money.

Just go to hibdon tires and save yourself some time. Discount tire use to be my go to shop for years but I will not be returning. Brought my bmw in for some new tires. They told me that the lugs were on to tight and that i would need to take it to a mechanic. I asked them to refund my money so I could take my car to a mechanic which costs money and more than likely I knew i would have to replace the wheel hub assembly. The worker said that they already put the new tire on. Like why would you put the new tire on the other wheel when you couldn t take the other wheel off? I asked for a refund for both tires twice and was denied twice. He said my tires were showing wires which they were not that was his excuse as to why he wouldn t put my old tires back on. They are just lazy and didn t want to put the old tire back. Don t tell me it s your standards because based on all the reviews they let stuff slide all the time on other customers. I took my bmw to a mechanic down the street and they told me I need to replace my wheels hub assembly like I predicted so the mechanic said the car is unsafe to drive so he called me an Uber. Now I am out of a car. Why does this tire shop not have the tools to get a stuck lug bolt? You are a tire shop. Midas on Lindsey took it off the stuck bolt in 10 minutes. Discount tire caused such a inconvenience to me.

My wife and I have done business with several tire stores in the Norman area over the last 20 years. This Discount Tire has always been the absolute best when compared to the competition. We now deal exclusively with Discount Tires. We get superb service, easy communication and quality work done every time we are in the store. On our last visit, the staff noticed an issue with a suspension component and took the time to make us aware of it. They don t service those parts here. They let us know so we could get it fixed elsewhere and be safe on the roads. Just found out that they now offer wiper blades here. Two styles. Discount s better quality wiper blade is cheaper than the ones I just bought at my local automotive store. Oh well - now you know! Get your tires and wiper blades taken care of here. You and your car will be well taken care of.

In the past I have had good experiences with discount tire and always go back for any tire needs I may have. I was very surprised when I went in most recently and had the worst experience being talked down to by the employee. Then it clicked for me, my husband wasn t there with me. Discount tire is full of misogynistic employees who are just trying to sell extra product. It s embarrassing to have to beg for a simple request to be done that takes about 20 minutes to complete. You have to act like a Karen in order to get anything done there, that is, if you don t have a man with you.

Great place with wonderful service! Had to replace a tire on my Jaguar and it is a special tire. Called on a Monday later afternoon and they were able to order the tire and have it there the next day! They called to tell me that my tire was there and they checked me in while I was on my way there. So the wait was not that long. They went above and beyond to make the process and easy and painless as they could! Which is really great because the spare tire that came with my car is beyond ugly! I could not wait to get that thing off! Would highly recommend them!

What a great guy! Went in thinking I had a simple flat needing air but unfortunately I needed a new tire the guy working Donny? Was extremely helpful, dealt with me terrible grumpy attitude, and went as far up and above anyone in the service industry has ever done before. I am left feeling thankful as well as ashamed for being so grumpy. Decent humans are real. I will be back !

I have done business with discount tire for a long time. So I didn t think twice about sending my daughter in my wife s care to have a leaky tire fixed. It s not a fast leak but I have to add air about once a week. Apparently they dunked the tire, didn t see any air bubbles so they told her the tire is fine and it is the weather that is causing fluctuation in the air pressure. She doesn t have a lot of experience dealing with people that think they are smarter than she is and would rather be non-confrontational. So she just said OK. Now I apparently I need to bring the tire back, because the tire DOES have a leak and should ve been, at least, remounted. Thank you so much for wasting our time, flaunting your arrogance, and making my daughter feel stupid!

I tried to make an order online with my discount tire credit card and it would work I struggled for about 30mins so I finally called the norman ok store and spoke with Tyler and OMG he is ANAZING with in 15mins he had everything fixed and even gave me the online order coupon even though I was ordering through him on the phone. He was so patient and kind and I really appreciate the wonderful customer service. I have used Discount tires in the past and had a great experience and I will continue to go to discount tires in the future. THANK YOU TYLER!!

We got to the Discount Tire store 5 minutes before closing needing new tires. Despite the fact that by the time we picked out tires it was well past closing and the installers had gone , the assistant manager Spencer happily offered to install the tires. Job well done ! Excellent customer service !

This tire shop is amazing. I ve purchased at least 5 sets of tires from them over the years and I ve always been happy with the service. Today was an unexpected visit, I had a sidewall puncture, unfortunately I didn t purchase the road hazard insurance. I talked with Tyler and we picked out some new tires, he had them brought from another store and put on the car very quickly. Normally I put in work to research tires before I buy them, he had all of the information I would normally look for quickly and easily right in front of me. That saved a lot of time! You can bet I purchased the road hazard warranty this time! I feel like they go above and beyond to help the customers. I was not forced to buy a whole new set, or the warranty, which I appreciate. These were my decisions as it s my wife s car and I like to be sure her tires are safe. Thank you DT!!! (Btw They put the spare tire back for me, and the one tire I kept, they put in a bag and in the trunk! Very cool!)

Somewhat disappointed. I have used them for years but service was poorer. I could not get the tires I needed. Some were brought in and were wrong. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for installation. Were told we could not leave or our job would not be worked on. Very frustrating.
