I discovered this place a few years ago after having issues with the work quality of dealerships and other mechanics. I m so thankful that I did. I ve never met a mechanic that is more straightforward, professional, meticulous, or knowledgable than Tim. I ve had extensive work done on my 06 Escalade and 05 Avalanche over the years including a street tune on both and they run better than they ever have. I ve switched to using him for all of my regular maintenance, because Tim does it right the first time and his pricing often beats the dealerships. As a commercial pilot and aircraft owner, Tim is the only mechanic I ve met that is as meticulous with cars as I have to be with the maintenance on my airplane. For that reason and many others, I will continue to use him for all of my vehicle maintenance needs and would advise anyone else to do the same.

The cleanliness and professionalism of Deepstage Tuning are not only the 1st impression when pulling into the parking lot, but this trend continues from start to finish. Tim installed a set of Kooks long tube headers along with a gear swap and tune for my 2020 Ram. We are just getting started! The shop was always a hospital like environment you could tell great care was taken with each customers car. All of his staff were very clean and professional which is hard to find these days at any automotive facility! I look forward to coming back for the next round of performance goodies!

Tim is an excellent mechanic and he knows his field of expertise. He was recommended to me by my brother and has never let me down. He was able to handle something as simple as an oil change efficiently, competently, and with competitive pricing. He had betting pricing than Jiffy Lube and didn t try to charge me extra for things my car doesn t need! Overall it was a great experience, excellent service, and I would recommend Tim and Deep Stage Tuning & Performance to anyone looking to improve their car, or just needing something simple like an oil change. Outstanding quality with zero issues.

I dropped off my dream car with Tim and I didn t know that it could get dreamier. I am so incredibly with the results that Tim and his team produced. Their professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness is well worth it and more. I can t imagine going to someone else for tuning and upgrades. The pricing was very fair as well and I would ve gladly paid more for the product I received back.

Just got my 2007 Chevrolet C6 Corvette Tuned and I must say Tim did a great job. Car feels more responsive now shifts a lot quicker now. I have a 6-Speed Auto and rarely used the paddle shifters due to the lag it had, But the tune fixed that. The Vette is much more fun to drive now. Not only did he tuned it he also explained what was done which he calibrated air fuel ratio, timing and spark delivery to maximize the performance of my Vette. He also explained limits of tuning he was able to do due to my catalytic converters being clogged up, especially with my Vette with more than 100,000 miles. Thanks to this advice, I now know what upgrades needed to be done. Deep Stage Tuning and Performance also offers remote tuning up to 6 months which great because you can have your car re-tuned after you made upgrades to your car. I feel getting your car tuned is the one of the "Best Bang for Buck" performance upgraded you can do to any car. I am so glad I found this performance shop. Owning the C8 has been a long time coming, and then proceeding with upgrades now is something I am really looking forward to.Finding that one shop that you can trust to work on your car can be a challenge. With Deep Stage, the owner is as much a car enthusiast as I am and takes care of your car as if it was his own, as well as his employees.Even from a sales standpoint, they are fair on product pricing and related labor pricing. I took my car to Tim in 2020 to get tuned after i installed a procharger! I brought it on a trailor and dropped it off at 10 am as soon as he opened at his old shop off tecumseh! He called me while I was at work and said he had bad news and said it probably spun a bearing on the dyno because while he had it on the dyno he looked down and it had zero oil pressure so he shut it off! When i got there to get my car To my surprise when I showed up to get it! The bill was $550! I asked why was it $550 and he said "thats how much a tune is"! This is when I asked "well how much power did it make before it lost oil pressure" and he couldn't answer! It was then I asked if he had video of it on the dyno or had the dyno sheet and he said no he did not print the sheet! So I asked if he had security footage of it on the dyno with his cameras! He stated they don't work! Paid the dude in full, went on deployment! Took the loss, it was later that I heard what a terrible person and tuner this dude was and i simply left a $550 review! Too make future victims aware before they make the same mistake! Take it from the name and Tim (Gamble) with your money if you want!

A review that I read used the term world class to describe the work at Deep Stage Tuning and Performance. I can t think of a better way to describe it.Initially, I had reached out to a few tuning shops in the Dallas/ Ft Worth region. Yet, they always seemed like they didn t have time for questions I had, or I felt like they just assumed that I should know how the process of dyno tuning worked.Conversely, I messaged Deep Stage one evening, not expecting a response until morning, and to my surprise, received a reply almost instantly! Tim answered some concerns I had and my decision was made.Without getting too wordy in this review. I went to Tim after I installed headers, LT2 intake, ported throttle body and cold air on my 6th gen Camaro. I expressed that daily drivability was important, plus I autocross and do track days frequently.During the tuning session he explained certain parameters and how they effect drivability and power. Additionally, he was able to tune out some of the GM created nuances which in turn made the car drive so much better!Tim knows what he s doing, this is the place to go for LT1/LT4/5th gen platforms.World class, literally.Service: Auto engine tuning

Tim performed a remote tune on my 2015 Corvette w/LT4 SC...it had been previously tuned at a local shop on a dyno with less-than-acceptable results. Tim, with a single file write, managed to smooth the power delivery, smooth the transmission shifts, and make the drivability of the car like it was a completely different vehicle from the one I picked up from the other tuner. I wish I could get back what I paid for the dynotune I had received. Tim obviously knows what he's doing, and I would highly recommend his services....Service: Auto engine tuning

I recently completed an L86/8L90 swap into my 95 Bronco prerunner. I previously used a Dallas based tuner who didn't know these GenV swaps and made a real mess of the tuning...or lack thereof. The truck was undriveable until i met Tim. We worked on the entire tune remotely using HPT and email. He is very responsive and in a few days had the truck running perfectly. I cannot stress how easy Tim made the entire process and how quickly he works, We need more than 5 stars....Thanks TimService: Auto engine tuning

Brought in a problem mustang, Tim said That s what we do for a living . Gave me a price and even though it was not a simple plug-n-play and took longer than Tim wanted the price was the price. Timing for me was perfect 2 week wait for my problem at the time, gave him a problem no one else in Oklahoma nor Arkansas would touch done in a week. I took my 2015 Stingray to Deep Stage. I m convinced this guy is the only person who understands the A8 transmission properly. The engine and transmission tune made it a whole different car. I took my 2013 Ford F-150 to Deep Stage Tuning in an effort to get a little more out of it as I frequently pull a 30' travel trailer. Tim did an awesome job installing a new cold air box and tweaking the truck's computer to make it run more efficiently and made the transmission shift at more desirable intervals and made it shift so much smoother. It has much better throttle response and I've already noticed improved fuel economy. Tim really knows his stuff and I will highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get better performance from their vehicle.Service: Auto engine tuning

So I haven t done much to my 2010 Camaro 2ss but I really wanted to get it tuned and get some professional opinions on things I d would really like to do in the future. Tim came into the office and went out of his way to explain some things to me and how the things I was interested in doing worked, it was really eye opening that there are still good considerate people still around these days. Then when I came to pick it up he explained what he had done and gave the the whole run around. And let me tell you when I dropped my Camaro off the tune was completely BONE stock, and I never would ve thought how much it would make the car completely different from when I dropped it off, he told me it will take a few days to learn how to drive it again and man he wasn t joking, it fully unleashed what the car and it s potent V8 motor is made of, while still not having too many modifications done to it yet! Will definitely be looking forward to going to Tim and his team in their new shop for all car modifications and needs! Tim has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had been talking with him for a month or so before I took the car to him and he answered any question I had. Once I took the car and had it dyno tuned I was super pleased with how the car felt. I plan on going back to him in the coming weeks once I ve got some new parts installed. I ve modded my 2017 C7 throughout the years and have gone through multiple tuners (reputable ones at that!) and this is the first time EVER having my Vette running at optimal performance! It s a joy to drive again after 5yrs. Tim was on it when I first reached out to him about my car and not having good tuners in Hawaii. He is customer focused, engaging, and patiently worked with me on getting the most out of a tune. His knowledge with tuning LT/LS engine platforms were outstanding. I Highly recommend Tim for all your tuning needs. You won t be disappointed!

first off I want to brag on the level of customer service I received. Its Sunday afternoon - everyone is completely closed period, I have been in a nightmare of a tuning situation for weeks. I write an email to Deep Stage Tuning support explaining my situation- not expecting anything. I'm not kidding with in 1 hour on a Sunday afternoon Tim was calling me. I purchased the remote tuning option and he started immediately working on my tune, over the next few weeks Tim worked with me back and forth until we got the car in a place where I can get it to his shop for some dyno time!! YOU CAN NOT AND WILL NOT FIND THAT LEVEL OF SUPPORT from anywhere anymore. I commend Mr. Tim for the dedication, customer service, and level of support. ITS NEXT LEVEL. These guys are top notch and very helpful in every way.I ve been searching for a reputable tuner for a while. I couldn t be more pleased with Tim at deep stage tuning. He was very transparent , answered any and all questions.Got called into work early in the middle of him working on it, told him that i couldn t get him any logs to help which most would ve put it on the back burner. He at that point said worked for me because i was the customer.These guys are awesome and do much more than custom tuning and calibrations. Had to edit review. Recently purchased a 2002 Pontiac WS6 and brought it to Deep Stage to have it inspected and basic street tuned. Purchasing from dealer so wanted it looked at thoroughly. Car ran marginally better after changing stock tune to be expected. and Tim let me know future areas of concern in his opinion.However, whenthe time came to try to get quote and get back in to his shop to get items worked on i.e worn bushings, power steering pump replacement never received quote after several follow up attempts. Not sure why that is TBH if you dont wanna work on a 30000 mile FBody understandable your choice, over time im sure thousands of dollars would have been spent. But again no worries. Not the reason for editing the review. Real reason is when taken to another shop they did not agree or confirm any of the issues that Deep Stage said my car had meaning bushings were fine, power steering pump didnt need to be replaced and issue with rear end was not what i was told by Tim.in short whole experience was certainly strange. Not really my style to leave bad reviews but when you go to another shop eager to do work and you give them a list of things to do and turns out none are necessary its a big waste of everyones time. Hopefully isolated event and there is some other explanation but not every review here should be 5 star.Service: Auto engine tuning

Best LS tuner I've had the pleasure of doing business with BY FAR! I had taken my car to 4 tuners trying to get certain issues ironed out so I could comfortably drive my car after my mods. NO ONE could stop it from dying at stoplights or lurching in drive thrus. Tim got in and I immediately saw results! I've had his tune in my car for about a month now and not only has he fixed the issues I had with it before, but now its noticeably faster and gets better gas mileage than before! I don't leave very many 5 star reviews. I genuinely have to be impressed with a business in order to do so. Tim at Deep Stage Tuning has done exactly that, From our first phone call I could tell he was knowledgeable and professional. They replaced my harmonic balancer, all pulleys, belts , water pump and thermostat in a day! Everything works great and it gives me peace of mind knowing that the work was done RIGHT! He even took the time to Show my son and nephew his 8 second C7, That actually meant a lot to me as keeping kids interested in something positive is very tough job these days! Thanks to Tim and all the guys for doing things the right way!

Tim and the crew at Deep Stage Tuning were absolutely great to work with. From my first consultation with Tim you quickly realize his expertise. They replaced the trashed rear clutch pack/ differential with an upgraded one and valve cover gasket in my Mustang GT. The custom tune most exciting part. Within the first drive home I was blown away from the extremely noticeable improvements to the overall driving experience. The aggression knob was turned to 11 and ripped off. I reached out to Tim to ask basic questions. I was reluctant at first because some reputable tuners and companies sometimes have an attitude. Not Tim. His approach was like he knew me for years, answered all questions in detail, took time to make me a build list so I proceeded to order parts from him, parts arrived to Hawaii within a week.Great prices, outstanding customer service, integrity, and overall a good experience. I highly recommend DST, whether it's for suggestions/advice, parts, maintenance, or tuning.I will be reaching out for remote tuning once my car is complete. I'm kind of particular when it comes to my 1980 LS2 swapped Camaro, like really particular. Having built this car from the ground up I know every nut and bolt, fixed the rust from age and neglect, heck I even painted it myself. What I'm trying to say is I'm the only one who has ever touched my car and a lot of that has to do with not trusting other people to take the same care with my car as I do, that is until I stopped by Deep Stage and talked with the owner/operator Tim. After one conversation with him I knew he was a trustworthy guy with strong morals and a respect for classic cars and motorsports and his business is a direct reflection of him. He got me set up with a dyno-tuning appointment for the following week and had no problems expertly answering any questions I had with an obviously deep knowledge on tuning the LS based platform. Took my turbo c6 to another shop and drivability was terrible! Tim was able to tune it to drive like stock! Super knowledgeable guy and will definitely be getting my business in the future thank you!
