This is my second time going to Christian Brothers automotive for my 2020 jeep wrangler At the Norman location, work was very good. There was no hassles and I will continue to use them again. Great job guys.

My experience getting my oil changed was one of my better ones. My car was pulled into the bay at the exact time of my appoinment. There was no sales pressure to buy something I didn't need. The place was clean and the employees were friendly.

The entire experience from booking my appointment to driving away was to notch! Everyone was so friendly and professional! The waiting room was clean and comfy and my car was ready just when they estimated.

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was very pleasant. From the time I brought my vehicle for diagnostic to then nicely providing a shuttle service to where I needed to go while it was worked on. They kept me posted by text what work needed done, and even sped up picking up a part that was needed for repair and finished the work in enough time for their shuttle to pick me up & bring me back to pick up my car. Everyone I worked with was very professional & went above & beyond to accommodate me so I could get my car fixed in the same afternoon I dropped it off. Thanks to all the staff that worked so hard and made the experience seem so easy. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This business sets a new standard in an industry that has a history of problems. They have fine tuned auto repair into a fine art. You are kept updated at each point in the process, given detailed information about your vehicle's overall status, choices of what options you have, accurate estimates of the costs and warranties on the work they perform. If I could, I would give this shop 10 stars, I would! Curtis, MJ and Jeremy has gone up and beyond to help me repair my son s pick up. I cannot thank them enough under the circumstances that me and my family are under and they were willing to go up and beyond in order for my son to get his truck back. guys, I really do appreciate each and everyone of you and may. God bless you each and every day thank you again.

Very clean and very respectful atmosphere. They reached out to me everyday to keep me updated on my vehicle. There wasn't any wishy/washy back and forth, wasn't any "we are sooo overbooked we will do our best to get to you". They were on top of it every step of the way and I felt like they made the time for me. I felt valued. They went above and beyond in contacting my warranty company and getting everything worked out with them directly. Unlike other places, where I had to reach out. I had some major engine work done. There was an oil leak after getting my vehicle back. I contacted them, they immediately reached out and checked the vehicle out. They corrected the issue at hand, advised what happened, and even kept the vehicle an extra day to be sure nothing else was array. I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend CBA in Norman.

My husband and I just bought an older SUV. The brakes were squeeking when it rains so we assumed it needed new brakes. Christian Bros. could have sold us four new brakes and we wouldn't have asked any questions or doubted their honesty at all. But the brakes on the SUV were almost brand new and Christian Bros. told me they didn't feel comfortable charging me for something i didn't need. They'll get all of our business in the future.Also, our 1 ton has heat again! The service I have gotten here has been excellent. They have done major and minor mechanical repairs on my Jetta and at a fair cost. Staff willing to answer questions about future maintenance cost and need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need reliable car mechanical or maintenance.

I brought my wife s car here for an oil change and they did a great job on it so 2 days later I brought my car in. They had a minor delay on the estimated time of work but compensated me. The people here are honest and did a great job on both my wife s car and mine. I highly recommend this place for all your car service and/or repairs.

These guys are the real deal, solid pricing, excellent service. Almost everything can be handled by text after drop off.I told them l just needed to get The Roadtrain back on the road for now but still gave them a wishlist, then they laid everything out a la carte on the estimate.I approved all of my work by text and easily postponed some for the next visit, no worries it's all on file ready to go...Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

I split my time between Michigan and Oklahoma and finding new service companies in a new town can always be challenging. I chose Christian Brothers Automotive Norman in part because of the many previous positive reviews. The reviewers were right.Keith at the service desk was great. They were fast and professional. This was the first time using Christian Brothers Automotive Norman for service, I will be back.P.S. Don't be surprised if the owner Curtis is your driver when you have to drop off your car and need a ride home or to work. You can't get to know your customers from behind a desk. I am very happy with the experience I had with Christian Brothers Automotive. Their staff was always attentive and friendly, they did their best to fix our car, going above and beyond what other shops do. The free shuttle service is so convenient and helpful. Their prices are on par with other automotive repair shops, but no other shops I've taken cars to offer a shuttle service or go above and beyond as they do. I love their courtesy inspections, because they send a report with photos and the problems they have found.I will definitely be going back as I haven't found any shop that beats the service and value at Christian Brothers Automotive.

1998 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL runs great now! Christian Brothers (CB) took great care with my 25 year old car. Steers better with new tie rods and fixed tensioner pulleys that Acres put on wrong that kept the pulley from rotating! Lots of other work that CB did to bring my car up-to-date on much needed work. They make it simple to decide what to hold off on and what to have them repair. The people that I dealt with were efficient and friendly. The place was clean in the waiting area and it looked the same out in the garage. I only had my oil changed there so with a FB promotion it was only $27. It costs more than that for me to buy the oil and filter on my own! Heck yeah, I m taking advantage of that!After I left, I got a call from them saying they believed that I had dropped something when I left. When I asked what it might be they said some money and medicine. I looked in my wallet and sure enough $25 had fallen out and my meds I keep in my purse in case of emergency. I really appreciated the call!With all that I experienced there, I would highly recommend them and their services.Service: Oil change

As a single senior citizen I have a tendency to be leery when it comes to repairs on my car. Christian Brothers came highly recommended for integrity and doing a good job. Honest company they don't try to charge you excessive parts or setvices not needed .. i appreciate their honesty, being elder and female they repaired my vehicle issue, without charging more than needed... i will continue to take my vehicle to them for vehicle issues.

These guys are great. I had a small issue with my ac after getting it worked on there. But the owner immediately called and made it right. Customer service is outstanding, and I've been taking my truck there for years. They always do a great job. Definitely recommend.

What an incredible place. It's a Garage where you get anything but body work done to your car. The restrooms are impecable. Clean as a pin. My friend told me when we got in the car that they didn't charge her for the oil change. I asked why. She said because we were there hour and a half. We had an appointment. They missed being a ble to change the oil on time so they gave her the oil change.These guys have several Christian based charities and also have a Charitable Foundation. The present themselves well and are very professional. The garage area where they work on your car is almost clean enough to eat off the floor.I will do business with these people again and again. Good people.

Christian Brothers Automotive was a great experience! I had to have my AC condenser and high pressure line replaced. When I received the quote, initially I felt it was high. However, I don't know a lot about repairing vehicles. I did call around to compare prices and I did find it cheaper at another location. I checked out both businesses reviews and warranty's and I ended up choosing Christian Brothers! They offer a 3 year warranty or a certain mileage! Often times they say u get what you pay for! I went in paid the amount owed with a smile and the manager in return gave me two free oil changes! This instantly made feel good that I chose Christian Brothers and I would definitely use them for future business! One of the workers retrieved my car and parked it in front of the door! The ac was turned on high and was working well!Service: Air conditioning

I just wanted to make sure I get on here and give these guys a great review since it's well deserved. We were traveling from out of state and had some mechanical car issues that were a result of a blown tire on the freeway. They took the time to diagnose the problem and get us an estimate. While in their waiting area, I watched and listened to their interactions with other customers and was beyond impressed with their honesty, helpfulness, and kindness to other's car situations and then experienced the same treatment when it came our turn. These guys live up to their name. I only wish they would open a shop in Utah near our home with the same kindness and integrity they have at this shop.

I have been using Christian Brothers for years .I recently had my car inspected for a road trip and was extremely pleased with the service I received.
