I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Cavender Subaru of Norman and I couldn't be more happy! Extremely easy to work with. Got us the deal we were looking for. No hassle. Daniel and Freddy were great from start to finish. My son loves his new car. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a new or used car.

Honestly the best experience I ve had buying a car! Owen was the best and Ethan! Even in the finance office I was so comfortable and felt welcome. I didn t buy a brand new car but I asked and they got me a bow for the picture and honestly we re just so kind.

Grant was exceptional! He kept me informed about my vehicle regarding the issues, the parts needed, status of parts ordered and received, repairs completed, and estimated completion time. Parts were acquired quickly and repairs completed. I am very happy with the service I received. I would and will recommend Cavender Subaru to anyone. Jacob Allred and Freddy in finance was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to help find the perfect Subaru. They were nice enough to deliver to my house in Yukon and set up the car to personalize it for me. 10/10 very happy customer

I m Steve s wife, Cyndy and I m doing the review since I m the one who drives the Subaru. Brian was a wonderful gentlemen who assisted me in ordering a broken plastic piece off the passenger seat. Very efficient and considerate. Taught me how to hopefully not have the part break inthe future. Everyone at Cavender Subaru is thoughtful, professional and helpful. You are the bast! Just bought my first Subaru 6 months ago and I love it! Got my oil changed today and had a wonderful experience. They kept me updated on the time frame and a video of my car and everything they did. Clerks up front were friendly and fast! There was coffee and snacks in a clean and comfortable lounge. Great vibe!

I had a really pleasant experience purchasing a car here. Grace was my salesperson and she was so kind and helpful. Devon in finance was also really great and professional. Everyone i interacted with was so nice. The lot has plenty of cars to choose from and the inside of the dealership is very clean and put together.

Norman Subaru is an outstanding dealership! Jacob Allred was absolutely fantastic. He was very patient with me while I tried each of the models and help me identify exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. Financial group was excellent. Overall extremely satisfied and will highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I tried using a different service center but then Cameron at Cavender Subaru of Norman had to repair the damages done by that other Ok Subaru dealership.The Norman store made sure the correct repairs were done on my vehicle. They had to REDO and repair many things done dangerously incorrect by that other Subaru dealership. They made certain my vehicle is safe for me to drive again! Will only take my vehicles and business to Subaru in Norman.

We had a good experience at Cavender. Eric and Holly were very friendly , polite personable and took care of us. I love my Subaru Forester! Just what I wanted. I was in a hurry to get my car so I believe they didn't have time to detail it before I picked it up. We would buy again there and would recommend dealing with Eric and Holly.

Didn t do what they said they were over the phone but after a bit of time they got me close to what I wanted.. all and all the service was great, quick.. I ll buy again from here. Ask for Eric he ll point you in the right direction, shout out to all the ones that helps me n my son getting a free subi hat

Great experience with Nathan Bray. I was not excited about car shopping and the pressure that sometimes comes with it all.. But Nathan and the rest of the team at Cavender made it a breeze. They were especially helpful and not pushy.. I love my new car! Thanks Nathan!

Car buying is almost never a "fun" experience, but I will say that Ethan, Jacob, and John made me feel like we got a great deal and they took very good care of us during and after the purchase. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Subaru or if they have a used car you desire! We found a great used car for our son at a price that couldn't be found in three states during our search! And the presale maintenance (tires, spark plugs, etc on the carfax) they did to prep the car made us feel like we bought something safe and reliable!

Just had my first experience with Cavender Subaru of Norman. This dealership is a well oiled machine with a high priority on customer service. I appreciated the effort made to get me in so quick. Oscar was amazing on the phone working out the details. Cameron was my service advisor. Extremely gracious, kind, and professional. The communication via text and calls were so helpful. No hard sale on getting me to add services. I did agree to have additional services needed performed. The car was ready and clean when I arrived. On top of the great service I was offered a loaner vehicle and the dealership was immaculate! Thank you for a great experience. Definitely worth the drive from Stillwater!

Recently purchased my first Subaru after years of being a hardcore Honda owner. AJ Heartfield was the absolute best salesman I have ever worked with and truly an asset to Cavender Subaru. He not only possessed an amazing wealth of Subaru knowledge but was also an upfront, conscientious, easy to talk to and caring person. By the time all was said and done, truly felt like family. Nate and his manager worked hard to get our car fixed. They were very busy but worked hard to take care of everyone that came in. We live west of Lawton and they worked to get us back in our car that same day. The dealership has a nice waiting area. This is a very good service dept. with very good employees. Great dealership. Awesome people working there. Had an issue and fixed it. So easy. We were traveling and didn t have an appointment but they took care of us. We have bought and owned 3 Subarus. This dealership is above and beyond amazing. Best customer care ever!

Ethan, my salesman super awesome!!! I told him the vehicle I wanted. He didn't try to convince me to buy something else. We went on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the different versions of the crosstrek. I made up my mind when I saw the crosstrek sport. He said ok and we started the paperwork process. Nick, my finance manager, he was Top notch! Explained everything that needed my signature. I really appreciated it! Jacob topped my experience off with placing a bow on my vehicle because it was my birthday! He made sure I had my car app setup and I knew how to use the features in my vehicle before leaving the lot! 10 out of 10 experience! I've already passed word along to my fellow colleagues in my office. I won't be surprised if someone stops in, in a week or so. Keep up the awesome customer service!!

So this place is AWESOME!!! Clint reached out the moment I inquired about the Onyx Ascent SUV. He informed me of when it he shipped and let me know I had to put something down so when it hit the lot I would be guaranteed the vehicle. Everything Clint informed me of was correct. He made this experience easy and painless. My husband was interested and he went through Clint as well. Matthew the financial guy was AMAZING. He was fun and definitely let me know with all the add in s and extra are worth the price and made sure I walked out of there happy. These folks are nice and extremely welcoming. We will definitely be be back to obtain cars for our kids in the future

I recently purchased a new Outback at Cavender Subaru in Norman and was impressed with the hassle-free nature of the process. The sales person with whom I worked, Sydney Fowler, was completely accommodating in working with me to purchase the vehicle I wanted and I appreciated her direct, honest responses to my questions and her follow up with me after the sale.Cavender also invited me to go over the vehicle infotainment system in depth several days after my purchase and the person with whom I worked on that aspect of the process, Brooke Adkins, was also top-notch. Even though I had read the manuals that came with the vehicle, Brooke was able to show me several features of which I was unaware and also followed up with me several times to answer questions and concerns.Overall, Cavender did an excellent job in making the purchase of my new car a pleasant experience and were considerate of my time in closing the sale. Well done.

I took Mrs. Sassy (my Forester Sport) in for her first check-up recently, and the techs at Cavander's were so outstandingly nice to me. My husband died recently, and I'm having to do all kinds of things he would have done for me by myself now. They turned a hugely stressful situation into a pure pleasure and I couldn't be more grateful. And they gave her a bath, too!

Recently moved into SW Oklahoma from KC. Ran into issue with our 2017 Forrester key sticking in the ignition. Cameron was my service tech he resolved the issue under extended warranty and performed the services due based on age of vehicle. In addition he priced a new set of tires well below anyone else. I can honestly say one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Great customer treatment, quote for work done, was as stated for cost and completed on time. Well worth the 100 mile drive to have our Subaru taken care of by this great team. Highly recommend the Cavender Subaru Dealership.

The whole team was so accommodating. We had worked out the deal via email (as I was coming in from out of state), so when I arrived, all the paperwork was ready to go. The whole process went so smoothly. I never thought car buying could be so "easy". Grace gave me a tour of my new car, explained all the bells and whistles and how to use them. And then I was out the door and on the road! And I absolutely love my new Forester Sport!!!

Oscar was kind, professional and knowledgeable!! Went in for our first oil change and it was free!! They may have told us that when we purchased the vehicle and we forgot but it was a great surprise!! Highly recommend!!

My husband & I just moved to OK so this was our first visit to Cavender. The service tech immediately greeted us & noted everything that needed to be addressed with the service to the car. The service was completed in a little over an hour. We received a report of the services provided. The staff was very pleasant & professional. We will continue to bring our Subaru to Cavender for service.

My experience buying a vehicle here was pretty good, but the service is what really shines here! Any time I've come in for routine service, a quick check to ensure all is well, or basic repairs, the team is thorough, gracious, and efficient. They go above and beyond. My favorite part is that they take a video as they do the general check and show me all that is well or needs attention while I'm waiting in the dealership.

First, our Associate Sales Representative, Anthony Wilson, was excellent. I did not feel pressured. He explained all the features and told me the different features of the different Subaru models on the lot. I test-drove several cars. My husband came back with me the second day, and he liked Anthony. This is very unusual. He does not like salesmen. Anthony gets a 5-star rating from us.We bought the 2024 Outback Wilderness car the next day. It was a very long day. Never experienced a car sale lasting over 4 hours. Everyone was friendly and apologetic. I almost walked away from the sale. There needs to be a Lean Six Sigma study to find a more efficient way to work car sales and financing or a better computer program. Way too much time sitting and doing nothing. We noticed that the same information was gathered from us from Sales Associate and Financing. Our personal information should have only been asked once and immediately entered into the system for all aspects of our closing. We appreciate the staff at Cavender Subaru really wanting to make our experience better. Too much downtime, so we give the closing aspect a 3-star rating. Due to their effort to make things right with us and the excellent service from Anthony, We are giving this review a 5-star rating. I love my new Outback Wilderness. Thank you

Holly and Montana were so helpful. I have never enjoyed buying a car until buying from Cavender Subaru. I felt like I knew everything about the vehicle I bought in the short time I was there. We never felt pressured and would/have been recommending them to everyone we know.
