I got a car from this location back in September 2022, nothing has been wrong with it and it was and still is in great working condition.They did hide a few scratches and a crack in the windshield but it s not a big deal. I was informed that at 18 months or when I got my payments down to under 10,000 which it currently is, I could trade my vehicle in for something bigger. I was told this when I asked in person what the requirements were to trade my vehicle in before I even purchased this car and I ve called about it a couple times. I called about coming in to trade my vehicle in recently and spoke with someone named Zack. He treated me like I was an idiot because I didn t understand why I was told one thing and now they are flat out refusing to let me trade in my vehicle. I was clearly lied to about this. I was informed that I was an excellent payer and have never missed a payment tho but I wasn t allowed to bring my car in to trade it for something else but I m more than welcome to go elsewhere to trade it in. It s incredibly frustrating to be told multiple times I can trade it in for something else and then deal with someone who treats me like I m stupid because I was the one who was lied to about it. I ve called multiple dealerships and they ve all told me that what I was told doesn t sound right and to call corporate about it.UPDATE: No one has reached out to me at all to discuss anything with me and resolve this! Still waiting for someone to make this right! 03/21/24

I absolutely appreciated the assistance I had from the staff here. They made sure that I got the car I wanted and looked at everything before I left the lot. Rodney and Matt was extremely helpful and understanding when I had an issue with my debit card. The experience was painless and I didn't have to jump through excessive hoops to get what I wanted. Thank you Car Mart for my 2010 Cheverolet Equinox.

I originally came in to get my youngest, daughter and her husband/daughter a reliable vehicle. BTW, Matt & Brice for helping us with the purchase of a 2014 Nissan Versa Note.I was not ready for the 2014 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum to catch my eye so I inquired about it. They didn't even have the paperwork on it. So they said go look at it! And I did. WOW!SO! That next day I came and bought it. Thank you DJ! And all sincerity and apologies for not being able to rate you with 10 's! Thank you very much for putting up with my silliness and longwinded stories. By far out of the 3 other salesmen I have bought Car-Mart vehicles from at a different, you by far, were willing to actually listen and laugh at those stories. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY AND THE ABOVE AND BEYOND AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP ME.... Once thank you.NOTE: If you have read this far down and actually want a group of people who are about you as a customer not just a paycheck! Then come see DJ and his coworkers...

Lachelle and Rodney were awesome and made my car buying experience a breeze. They were patient and willing to help me look at a few different vehicles and run the numbers for me to help make sure I got the best deal. Both of them worked with me for a few hours and weren't concerned with just making a sale.Would recommend.

Matt and Jared were amazing. Jared drove to Ardmore and back just to get me in a vehicle same day. Matt stayed 2 hours after closing to seal the deal. I definitely recommend

If I could give it a 0 I would. Managers are the face of a company and sometimes Managers can help make or help break a company. I own 2 companies.This "manager," gives the company a poor reputation. If I were the owner, I would take heed to the complaints and replace him. He doesn't make you look good.He was very defensive and acted this way simply because I asked to talk with who I had spoken with prior. He's soft and very sensitive. Tread lightly with his feelings.Thankfully, I don't even have a car through them. If he can treat people who aren't customers like this, I wouldn't want to see how he treats people who are customers. I suggest if you're in the market to buy a car, I wouldn't go here.

Ryan was very thorough with their whole process! He helped me find my beautiful Kia Optima. Very knowledgeable with every car brand they have in the lot! If you are having a hard time finding a vehicle go see him ASAP!!!Amanda was absolutely amazing. She remembered my name and everything. She was very efficient and nice.John was kind and helped me set up a new payment plan that better equipped my life.Todd was very understanding in my situation and expressed to stay in contact with them and they ll help you with anything. A very generous man and manager.

This is a horrible company. I am purchasing a broke down vehicle because they don't want to honor their service agreement. I have called multiple times to try to get it fixed and they never returned my phones calls. The manager told me to use deodorant on it.

If I could give negative ratings for stars I would.Went in and spoke to DJ. Guess he wanted to impress us so he acted like the car lot was his or like he had any authority. He told outright lies about car prices, about what was wrong with the cars, and about how much I qualified for. My mom was there to get a car as well. We talked prices and down payment and he said had reserved a car for each of us. Told me to sell my car for a better down payment and that he would have each of us set up and in car by mid week. So I sold my car. Went in the next day to find out that all of it was a lie and the cars he promised weren't even working. Now we have no car at all. They are doing nothing to right the wrong. They made promises too and haven't heard another word from them. DJ is the lowest employee there.Besides all this it was almost impossible to find a car on their lot that wouldn't have to go in the shop for weeks. I called back the next day and spoke to Tina who blew me off. This car lot will cheat you. They were asking $30,000 for a 2014 Highlander. That not including interest. That's new car prices. I recommend you run the other way. Major bait and switch attempt.

Just RUN!!! Don t do it spent 2500 on a vehicle that literally lost power on the highway.. asked to trade it in within the first 24 hrs do to problems. They refused sent it to a shop didn t fix the first time sent the second time an engine is fixed but other issues weren t addressed. Tried speaking to Matt multiple times refused to call back pawned me off on Amanda who couldn t even really help me. Keeps sending me to sign paperwork they never have the paperwork for me to sign or say they don t know what I m talking about. Took it all the way up to cooperate an the Gm can t even give a call back. So just run save your time an money.

I was in such dire need of a vehicle and Matt Todd at car mart took great care of me. It was like interacting with a close friend like known one another forever. I was treated as if I was family. It was such a Blessing to buy a car from car mart and especially from Matt. If your in need of a vehicle there's no other place to go, I suggest car mart indeed. Thanks Matt your the Best and you and the car mart team are definitely appreciated.

This company needs to do some house cleaning. Dj is dishonest as the day is long. Promises and approvals and misinformation. He spoke as if he owned the place. We were looking for 2 cars but for several of them they weren't even drivable. We went through 3 0r 4 that had alternator problem. Electrical, bumper missing which we were told would be reserved for me on Wed. But when we came back to finalize were told car had never even been put in shop. They kept saying what did he tell you about this and what did he tell you about that. It seems most everything he said was not true. General manager was there but conveniently not available. He(Dj) said go sell your car and come in to pick up the 2 you picked showed only to find couldn't get either one. Called corporate with no return calls only saying they would investigate. Unorganized and dishonest with no one in charge seeming to care at all. I would not buy from this place at all. Never seen such a messy way of doing business.

Thank you SO much DJ...you made buying my vehicle an absolute breeze. We talked for just few minutes this morning and i told you the vehicle i was interested in and when i got there it was parked right out from and ready for test drive. From the time i said I'd take it to finished paperwork and heading out the door was maybe 20 mins DJ is very thorough and can get it done. And to the girls at the desk, yall were so polite and were very quick to help get things done. Its nice to see people smiling and enjoying what they do, it makes for a great experience!! I will be sharing yalls info with everyone i know. Truly was best car buying experience ive ever had.
