I loved the front desk lady! Very friendly and if I needed to go back there for a repair, I would bring her fresh baked bread or cookies. The mechanics were also friendly and great walked thru everything with me including all the minor details on my vehicle repair. Most importantly everything was fixed great and no issues remaining, not to mention they had the repair done within a week despite delays on certain parts! Would recommend Caliber for a repair.

I recently had my daughter s car in to replace the front bumper from an accident, that wasn t her fault. They did an amazing job. They kept constant communication and made sure the insurance paid for everything the car needed. The paint job was incredible. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone.

Chelsea was my service advisor and I can t thank her enough for her hard work, attention to detail, and positive attitude! My Crosstrek was the victim of a hit and run in December and Chelsea was able to bring some peace of mind to what was originally a very stressful situation. I appreciate the time she took to make sure every thing was done quickly, with quality, and keeping me updated every step of the way. Big thanks to this team!

Good customer service that kept me informed. If I had any questions they would answer in a respectable time and manner. The only two things that I didn't much care for were the fact that my car now smells like nail polish, though probably from the new parts, and the first time I showed up I was not informed that I was to be dropping it off for the appraisal so I had to reschedule.

They replace the rear bumper on my car they didn t replace the broken brackets and they forgot to put all screws in the bumper. what are their employees scratch my car and was trying to cover up with touchup paint. My back up camera was falling off a couple days after I got the car back. they had to re fix my exhaust , because it was it in the frame.

Quite simply how the repairs process should go. Very professional. Kept me very up-to-date on the repairs process and progress. Lobby was comfortable and filled with snacks. 10 out of 10!

Brandan Wilkerson did such an amazing job. Took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Brandan and Kim even stayed late so I could get my truck back. It would have been a few more days if they would ve do that. I am extremely impressed with Caliber Collision on a customer service level as well as a product level. I drove out of my way to use Calibrr Collision and I will do it again.

I cannot recommend the kind people at Caliber Collision in Norman more. They had a 3 week wait to start repairs but that was by far the least amount of time of any of the 6+ body shops I called. They spoke with me multiple times, provided kind support and comfort to my upset daughter, and helped us find options once we learned her car was totaled. I drove to Norman from DFW today to handle having the car released to a salvage company and the good people at Caliber even made me popcorn while I waited. Should your Sooner have a fender bender or hail damage, try Caliber Collision.

Caliber should be everyone s first choice when auto body repairs are needed. The staff and quality of work done at the Norman, OK. Center are excellent. If you don t believe me, go see how clean the facility is and ask for an estimate from Jason Snook; he is a super-nice and knowledgeable Service Advisor.My Audi repairs were done quickly and prior to the estimated completion date, thanks to Jason.

Caliber collisions did an awesome job on my repair, I think insurance would have totaled my truck if not for the amazing job and the extra time and extra mile MARK put in on his day off on Saturday on my frame. BRANDON handled everything very well and GREG(manager) they were all super nice and professional. If someone hits me again I will definitely be taking my truck back for more repairs! Thank you guys for helping me keep my vehicle and make it look better than before!

Great spot. Went to another caliber collision close by but was treated poorly at best, was told a month wait before anyone could even walk out to look at the damage.Went into this one to try and was seen within 30 minutes and was scheduled for repair the next day.Great service, the franchisee understands treating people like humans instead of a number.The quality of repair was outstanding, can not even see any evidence anything was ever done.

It is a particularly cold day and while I was miserable, Brandon was courteous, helpful, and best of all he fixed my problem!!
