Ended up here twice in 3 weeks, through no fault of theirs. The included towing was a lifesaver. Everyone is so friendly and polite. Repair costs are reasonable. They fixed a rattling sound that was there since I bought it, and other shops had told me there was either nothing they could do or they couldn't figure out why it was happening. I'm happy to find a place in town that I trust to get vehicle work done.

If you want the job done right the first time go to Brookhaven Tire & Auto before you go anywhere else. They are honest, have fair prices and do quality work while providing great customer service.

I will never take our vehicles anywhere else! Gina, Corey, Michael and crew are meticulously honest and incredibly skilled. Our family s 5 vehicles receive the very best care and service at Brookhaven Tire and Auto. They never push services that aren t needed and go out of their way to guide you. Their communication is excellent and they are very affordable. We are so pleased with the professional service we receive, and cannot recommend them highly enough. What a gem in Norman!

I thought I had ruined my truck by putting bad gas in it. They diagnosed that the fuel pump had gone out instead, a fuel pump which was still covered under warranty. They had the part on hand and had me back on the road within 24 hours completely free.I'm amazed and thankful. There were also very kind and thoughtful on the phone.

7/11/2023Today I went to Brookhaven Tire and Auto in order for them to look at my brakes as there was noise coming from the wheels.As I reached the facility, I was warmly greated by Michael who listened to my issue and had the car looked at for the possible reasons for the noise. It was found that the brake needed repair and would take two hours for this work.I was dropped off at my apartment by Michael and lo and behold after two hours the vehicle problems were taken care off and Michael picked me up.The entire experience was excellent in that there was a "family" approach to the entire process. The customer service experience was exemplary as Michael and Gina behaved wonderfully with me. The work was done on time and the charges were competitive. The car is working well!! I will be taking my car to Brookhaven Tire and Auto for any service from here on out.Based on this experience, I strongly recommend this facility for anybody looking to get car repairs.Regards,Baljit Singh.

Mr. Cory, sorry if misspelled, was quick to hop into the task at hand. He was very patient with me due to the lack of knowledge needed. Got us in @ 4pm and out by 4:30pm. Unfortunately when we removed our tire a lug stud broke and left me with a tire and a car I couldn't drive.. They have a tow service that comes to rescue the car, and they will so the repairs it for you. It comes with the service. L&A WRECKER was absolutely great to use, came got my car, the gentleman was very respectful and PROMPT! WE had to offer him drinks for the hot day ahead of him , Thanks Cory for all your help and patience, AND THE GENTLEMAN WITH L&A WRECKER

Went in to have my brake shoes replaced because they were noisy and the car was hard to stop.They guys ended up telling me I just needed to have them cleaned and adjusted. I really appreciate their honesty. Most shops would have just replaced them and took the money. And I wouldn't have known the difference. I will definitely be back to see them in the future.Service: Auto brake repair

The honesty and professionalism was evident to me when I went to Brookhaven Tire & Auto. I asked for a service evaluation of my car after an accident. After a thorough inspection, I was referred to two auto body shops for repairs beyond their capability. The mechanic could have "found" work to do. The integrity of the Brookhaven staff is commendable.

Final review pending quick fix of passenger side low beam inoperability from this morning's AC fuse work order. Shop's not open tommorow - Sunday - so will have to take some time off work early Monday. Hoping the inadvertent inconvenience is resolved easily and super fast, first thing Monday morning.

Great service! These guys did a fantastic job on my work truck. It took them a little while to locate the correct tires. However, they service was quick and professional.

I conveniently had a blow out right in front of Brookhaven Tire & Auto. Kory was great! Even though he couldn't get my tire in stock he still changed my flat for no charge. IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Brookhaven Tire and Auto Shop is one of a kind. Especially with customer service. They are fast and efficient. I needed to get 3 tires changed at the very last minute ( the most unexpected thing to happen) and they just so happened to have 3 of the same brand of tire I needed. They were able to get me in before they closed, change all 3 tires quickly and give me a discount because this was so unexpected. I m so thankful for this service. I highly recommend Brookhaven Tire Auto. These guys are amazing!

I have been a customer with Brookhaven Tire & Auto for the last 4 years and can genuinely say this place will treat you like family! Their quality and honesty is unparalleled. I usually use Cory as my mechanic there and I cannot recommend him enough - even months between repairs, he'll remember your situation and car's history. I'm a young, female college student and being away from home trying to take care of a car on my own dime (with zero knowledge of cars!) was often overwhelming. But, they would always work with me on pricing (they offer a student discount!) and talk me through all the ins and outs so I was better informed about my vehicle and it's maintenance. Gina, the owner, is so kind and I am grateful to call her my friend! I had a series of unexpected and very complicated issues last year and had to have my car towed to their shop twice. I was worried about making it to my job in OKC so they lent me their personal vehicle until mine was fixed up. Just this past month I was laid off and my car broke down the next day. I was anxious and worried about costly repairs, but they did everything they could to save me money and any grief over the situation. Please support this woman and family owned business - I promise you will gain a reliable auto shop for life! I am moving back to Tulsa after four years of school and one of the things I will miss most is the folks at Brookhaven Tire & Auto. Thank y'all so so much!

They make it easy in the "not-so-easy" world of car maintenance. We scheduled a time less than 24 hours in advance. They called with updates during the process and texted and called when finished. Gina spent a long time on the phone with me helping me figure out what I needed. John took my car out to diagnose what was wrong. They told me what was wrong but there was no high pressure to buy any services I didn t need. This is the only place I will take my car from now on. Love this place, had an ordeal happen with my car of course and I was referred to Gina and she was hands down awesome. Her ability and knowledge of cars as well as having impeccable customer service was awesome sauce. Treated me like family picked me up while my vehicle was being worked on and picked me up the next day when my car was ready.... her husband is even funny.... this place deserves 50 stars, go ahead try them for yourself you won t be disappointed !

I travel a lot and was passing thru Norman when my car broke down. I got it to Brookhaven Auto to get my car fixed. They worked with me to get my car fixed so that I could get to my child. Well as time goes on the repair they did was done wrong. They was suppose to fix both axles but only fixed one and the one they fixed was down wrong. The bolt was not tighten to spec and was hanging on just two threats. I was missing parts on the right side of my vehicle and they never told me nor said a word. I called the owner to tell her what was going on and she hung up on me not once but multiple times. What kind of owner hangs up on a customer? This is a very unsafe shop and they will be hearing from my attorney. From what I was told from another mechanic (at another shop) that fixed this shop mess up, I could have hurt myself or even died due to their negligence to fix my vehicle the correct way. This shop is poor and it needs to be and will be reported to BBB.

So professional, genuinely kind and concerned!! I'm from out of town and headed on a long road trip and I came in for and myriad of tire problems before continuing on. My brakes were in bad shape they noticed, I already knew I had some problems, but I was being lazy and cheap on getting them fixed. They let me know the problems, and put no pressure on sales, and offered me discounts to help my budget if I was ready to get them fixed. I said let's do them all right. After watching their meticulous work on the brakes I knew I was IN GOOD HANDS! They also replaced my blower fan for my A/C at virtually cost. I am driving my vehicle this morning and could not help to say A HUGE THANK YOU! I feel like in driving a new car and am looking forward to getting back on the road in my car not shaking down the road. I highly recommend these guys!!

Excellent staff and service! I'm never charged for parts I don't need, they are always honest and respectful. Great on time service to! I've been taking my vehicles here for years. First time customer. I had stripped a lug on my Camaro. They were able to get me in the same day I requested service, get the stripped lug off in amazingly quick time and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. This was a great customer experience. I can say that I would not hesitate to recommend Brookhaven Tire & Auto! Thank you for taking care of a desperate banker!

If you are not extremely well-versed in car repair then DO NOT let Brookhaven Tire & Auto work on your vehicle. As other reviews have stated, they will try to sell you parts that your vehicle does not need. I mistakenly took my car to Brookhaven Tire & Auto for a specific repair where they tried to replace thousands of dollars in additional parts that were unnecessary. After seeking the advice of multiple mechanics, I discovered that I had not only been overcharged for the service I received, but I was also offered parts that had no relation to my vehicle's original problem. I strongly advise everyone to take their vehicle elsewhere for repair.

I took my car to these people trusting they would take care of my needs and in return they lied and are attempting to cheat me out of several hundred dollars all because they failed to properly inspect my vehicle and presumed that my extended warranty would not cover the parts in the end my warranty company did cover the parts but because they did not get prior authorization the company now is attempting not to pay because Brook haven Tire and auto never called to get authorization only presumed these parts were not covered. Not to mention they were also wrong in the inspection stating my powering pump was out ( Not Correct) and they missed the ball joint that was out . All i asked was for them to correct there issues with my warranty company and reimburse me for what i should not have payed . Now they will not call me back and have no intention in helping me fix these issues to be reimbursed they have there money and have left me stuck out... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY NOT TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!

DO NOT go to Brookhaven Tire and Auto on 36th and Robinson for any auto repairs. Yesterday I hit a high spot on a gravel drive and punctured my oil pan. I was thankfully able to get it to Walmart, who recommended I have it towed to Brookhaven because they have been sending cars to them for years. So, I had my car towed there and I called them to make sure it got to them (I was still trying to find a ride at that point). They told me it was there, that the repairs would be $505 and that it would take about 3 hours. 4 hours later, at 3 pm, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called to see how it was going. They told me that the part they had delivered had a hole drilled wrong, so they would have to fix my car in the morning. This morning, I called them at 9 am to ask how long it would take today, since I had an appointment at 4pm in Ada (which I ended up having to cancel). They told me it would be about noon before it was done and that they would call me if anything went wrong. At noon, I called to see if they were done and they told me they had gotten another pan with holes drilled wrong, and it would be an hour and a half before they could get another one. I decided then to call the Chevy dealership in Norman to see if I could pick up a pan from them to take to the mechanic. They told me they had to have a Vin number, so I called Brookhaven back to ask them to read it for me and explained that I would pick up a pan and bring it to them. As soon as I said that he told me that they had JUST gotten a new pan and it looked like it should fit this time. I waited until about 1:45, and then Taylor drove me up to the place so I could pay for and pick up my car. We asked to see the messed up oil pans that they had tried to put on my car and the old one. They told me they could not show me the old one because it was "blown up." Jay, the mechanic I was speaking to, went out to see if the car was ready. When he came back in he said it was almost done, and oh by the way, he could only accept cash for the work. When I asked why, he said it was because we were upset with them, so that made them upset, and we can put a hold on a card. I had been frustrated before, but I had never raised my voice or said anything unkind. I did ask my aunt and uncle to call the mechanic to see why the work was $505 when the part online was only $140, and I guess that is what made the shop upset. When I finally decided to just go get the cash, because I had to be in Ada soon and he blatantly told me if I didn't pay cash he would not give me my car, he printed out a bill that said $573.69. When asked why the bill was now $70 more than he told me it would be, he said it was for "taxes and stuff."

On my recent visit to Brookhaven tire and auto I found them to be very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me an estimate. My truck was completed at the time it was promised and for the amount estimated. I will definitely return for my auto needs.
