I will never forgive what Big O tires did to me. One of their techs forced another car's oil cap in to my Chrysler Concord and didn't tell me. I didn't find out until I tried to get my next oil change at another place and they informed me that they couldn't do it because of that. I went back to Big O tires and spoke to the guy who took over the place after the nice old man left and he flat out said I can't prove that didn't happen somewhere else and refused to do anything about it. This was my first car and I was a struggling single mom. He knew I couldn't do anything about it. Its been years and I am on my third car now, but I never hesitate to warn people away and will tell everyone with me about it when we pass by. I hope the $400 worth of damage they did to my car was worth all the lost business from word of mouth from my experience. I don't keep grudges normally, but this one place caused me and my family so much suffering during a rough time in our lives I made an exception. I will forgive my ex husband for the six years he abused me and the kids before I forgive this place. I will tell everyone I know in perpetuity and when I am old and my mind starts to go, I hope I still remember this and tell people.

I needed to patch a hole in my tire, they not only avoided damaging my rims such as Discount Tire had done when I purchased the full set of tires but also pointed out damage to a tire that discount had sold me. They had great customer service and were rather efficient. Highly recommend.

If I could genuinely rate this location a 10, I would! They deserve more than 5 stars. I m very big on customer service//respect, it s safe to say the ENTIRE crew gives top notch customer service and they all need to be recognized for it. I want to send a special shoutout to my guys, I don t have favorites however they are the ones I mainly deal with majority of the time: Matt Phillips & Shaun Payne!! Any questions or concerns I have, they are very clear, to the point, don t take shortcuts, and they genuinely CARE about their customers! I ve been a customer of this locations for at least 5 years and it s safe to say I will forever come to this location as long as I m in the state!! I HIGHLY recommend them any given day. The thought of tires gives me anxiety meanwhile the staff literally gives me a peace of mind WITH solutions! Major respect to EVERY employee here!

Mike is the BEST. I had to get a complete new set of tires and he was so helpful and made the process so easy. He was so patient with me and even stayed almost a whole hour after closing to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have never had a better experience at a tire shop. Thank you!!!!!!

Highly recommend! Shaun and the boys at Big O took great care of me when I was there. I had a tire that needed patched and after 20-30 minutes, they had me back on the road. The store was in great shape. When it comes time to replace I know where I am going!

Absolute great experience. The service was quick, professional and friendly staff. I woke up to a flat tire, managed to make my way to their establishment and it was a quick easy fix from there. Not to mention this was all free of cost!! Thank you Big O Tires for great experience

Got a sidewall nail 2 weeks after 4 new tires. Warranty covered tire and fees beyond that waived. Slapped on a new tire and out the door in under 30 mins at no cost. 5 star service!

Not what has happened with service I use to come in all the time, but seems like they rather avoid work and try to sell you tires before they can see about helping you save money. You can just tell if they bring up buying a new tire you will go away especially after 4pm lol oh well. Hopefully they turn it around.

matt and sean were so amazing kind and helpful. will be coming back in the future. My car was even having issues and wouldn t stop beeping and they didn t even complain was a very safe environment. Specially, for w female. called over 20 tire shops and they had my tire the cheapest. thank you matt and shawn for the experience, we ll see you again

Sent my daughter, who lives on her own away from home, to get a punctured tire fixed. They tried to upsell her other services (which she luckily knew enough to refuse) and charged her a whopping $40 bucks to do a simple nail hole patch. My local shop does it for free, and I've never paid more than $20 for a simple patch elsewhere, so I think they were taking advantage of a young woman there on her own. I recommend going somewhere else if you are in that situation.

I ve had multiple tires repaired and replaced here. I ve never had any issues and would recommend this place to anyone. My buddy Shaun was happy to answer all of my questions and break down everything for my understanding.

the BEST place to get work done on your car. Ezra is absolutely amazing to work with (super friendly, thoroughly explains things, etc.) and they do the best work! they do it fast too! Couldn t recommend enough

Not the place to go. Had a flat tire & was ready to buy all brand new tires if necessary. Got to the store 4 minutes before open. Two people working there. They grudgingly opened the door after I knocked so I could ask where to park. Lady made it clear she wasn't going to open early by 3 minutes for a customer. I could handle that but not the snotty fake sweet rudeness. Drove to Firestone where I received professional & prompt care even though there was a line. Take my advice & go to Firestone.

Came in early for an apt for low pressure and Shaun and his staff had us in and out in 30 minutes. I had my puppy DB with me and Shaun gave him a cookie whole we waited.

Autumn was very polite and helpful I thank the staff here very professional and willing to help you out anyway they can.Very clean lobby too.
