Auto zone is always willing to help out with finding what I need even delivering! Returns are super easy and I always get treated with respect and haste.I aquired a car with rusty lug nuts which required a lock set. They had one that had been returned laying around, so he let me have the key for free when he didn't have too. I didn't have the 34.99 so he really did a huge favor for me! Thanks auto zone team!

I just picked up an order for a part. I was told it was showing in their system twice so I wanted to make sure I didn't get charged twice. I don't know why Mr.Wilson D had an attitude but did when I asked if he could check. I got my answer but his attitude was terrible when I didn't even make it a big deal..

I often use this autozone as I'm rebuilding my daily driver, but after tonight not sure I will be again. I arrived at 8:58 pm (yes I'm aware the store closed at 9 pm) due to my work schedule. I already knew what I needed and was planning to be in and out as I had to limp my van in to autozone, before I could even reach the front door I had a gentleman step out and tell me his store closed in 1 minute and my cash was no good and he couldn't help me. Didn't even bother to see what I needed and was rather rude about it, thankfully I dont live far and was able to get my van home safely. Will definitely be making the extra 5 minute drive to O'Reillys next time as I know for a fact they wouldn't refuse service to me and would offer to help.

I was traveling out of state when my truck started having issues The manager at the store took great care of us. Not only did he do his job well at yhe counter but he explained what was going on with my truck and gave me advice how to fix it. Then he checked to make sure we were good to go. Great employee great guy.

An older gentleman with the single hoop earring, I didn t catch his name. But he was the most helpful person there, I had some questions about my car battery and for it to replaced along with some other questions about my alternator and engine and he was encouraging and patient! He helped me check a few things and didn t look at me strange when I was mentioning that I wanted to learn how to fix my own car as well. He was very uplifting and motivating!!! 100% will be returning for any future help!!

The staff and management at this location are incompetent no knowledge are for that matter no care for for customer service and the heavy set manager with the beard shouldn t have a job with them , I ve been a customer for 30 years and I ll never set foot in one of their stores ever again, I bought a driver side and passenger side cv axle from them one looked like someone already tried installing it and then returned it and came with no hardware, the other one also came with no hardware so when I tried to see if the could get me a set that hasn t been used and came with the proper hardware he rolled his eyes at me and said look you sometimes get hardware and sometimes don t it s just the way it is .and said it with an attitude, at this point I was done asked for my money back and he got more of an attitude, got my money back and I ll never shop there again

Awesome service. Went to Walmart auto center when my car died but they were unable to help. Went to Autozone instead and they were so helpful. Came out to the car to test the battery, found me a new one and put it in for me. Definitely recommend!

They might be a little more pricey than some of the other Parts Stores, but the quality of their products, and friendly, helpful staff make up for that so, I don't mind that so much.

Completely clueless and sarcastic. Did not pay attention to a word i said and gave me the wrong thing. Didn t know how to even change my blinker light bulb. Was not paying attention and did not even wanna help me. He could not even do a refund right! I paid with card and gave me cash back without even explaining! Put the refund in the wrong name and number! Please do not come here! They have no idea what they are doing or talking about and mansplained stuff to me when they were wrong. Didn t do anything right.

Great experience here getting new bulbs for the interior lights in my vehicle. The gentleman who waited on me was knowledgeable and patient with me. I know it probably wasn t fun because I was dealing with things like tiny bulbs for the shift indicator and HVAC controls. Great customer service.

Great staff, always helpful and usually have whatever I need for my 05 Chevy Silverado 4x4. And if they don't have it in stock they can in most cases have the day mid morning. The GM of this store is not only very knowledgeable but he has a great staff as well.

I definitely won't be returning to this specific Auto Zone location. Went in yesterday morning and couldn't get any help. One employee was busy helping another customer and a second employee was too busy with her phone. I waited at the counter for a few minutes, then decided to leave. As soon as I walked towards the door she looked up from her phone and asked if I needed help. Too little, too late. I took my business to the O'Reilly on Lindsey.

I get that everyone is needing help right now. Totally understand but when you walk at least greet the customer. This lady on the commercial side never said one thing to me. Just kept yelling for help up front.

I didn't hate this place. I couldn't stand the guy who put the new battery in my car. He is cashier 56 and he is not friendly and acts pompous. I called and spoke with Edward to get an estimate on a new battery. Edward was nice. But when I got to the store 4 minutes later, he was unavailable and I was helped by the man with no customer service skills. I work in customer service and am familiar with just being polite (it's called being human) and tried making small talk. He kept cutting me off mid sentence. He had no time for me. He didn't even test my old battery before he installed my new one. When he was done, he waved by at me and went back in the store. And when I left, my car died 5 hours later!!! So thanks a lot for the defective battery that cost me $150, and also the lack of human communication skills we learn as children. Cashier 56-you have not one reason to feel as though you can act that way. You have to be pretty first!

They not only sell parts, but gives customers helpful information about your auto. I've purchased several batteries for my family. Today I had my battery, alternator, and starter tested. I left with peace of mind. Wonderful service!
