Used to work there! They promise you quality and perfection and say what separates them from bigger companies but I ve done more hack work than any other company. You pay for whole bumper to be painted but only have us paint half of it and burn the clear half way and tops that paint job last is 2 years. Not hating on the company I quit for my own reasons. But I would take my car to any Other shop

I absolutely love love love this auto body shop in Norman. Its amazing and sooooo wonderful how they fixed my CRV car.and also when they replaced the window on my back window with my sticker decals the guys were sooooo perfect to me. I wasn't ever ever expecting the auto body shop to do such an awesome job. Super duper job! And I had to get NM we mufflers under my car,plus get my whole back door that goes up to from my trunk had to be replaced completely cause of about accident and I was rear ended by someone back in October f 2023. It sucked,but it looks like no one even can tell that I had accident or any work done to my car at all. I also love love the woman at the front desk. Her name is Jerry!! She's an amazing person and woman. She was extremely blunt honest and tells ya how it us and what the risks are, but is very very sweet,beautiful and cares about any customers that walk in the body shop. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone and everyone. Don't go anywhere else!!! The all suck! Except this certain one. No lie either. And unexpectedly they even cleaned my whole car out, most of it anyway. And even swept or cleaned out my car as well. No body shop with ever ever do that. And honestly that made me really really wanna come back to these guys and to Jerry at auto body shop! I highly recommend. And I would give a million stars if I could. Thanks Jerry and all the guys up there that worked on my car! Yall are more than radical and awesome m never been to a body shop near as great as y'all are! My paint job is even amazing. It matches so well you can't even tell they did focus it or replace anything. Will recommend to y family and all. Thanks auto craft body shop in Norman. Thanks Jerry too! You all are more than amazing. It's extremely hard to find a right body shop. No lie!! my real name is Terrie but my nickname is,Dakora..for years..and I'll for sure go back to this body shop again if I ever nerd repairs or my car fixed again for any reason..I won't go anywhere else now in the future. Thanks all the guys up there that worked on my CRV my var looks fabulous brand new like I just bought it yesterday..and no complaints of any kind from me. And will go back forever and always. Honest loyal people there and Jerry she's amazing too! Thank you Jerry soooooooo MUCH! will recommend to anyone. If they don't go I always will. Thanks Jerry! And to all you guys there for you're hard amazing work!!and to Jerry too. Mostly for explaining things and being honest! Will go again if I need to!

Exceeded any expectations I had. Great service, communication, quality work, and had my vehicle ready sooner than even expected (and much cleaner than I left it!) After frustrations in the past with other body shops, it's so nice to find one with this kind of amazing service!

If I could rate it more I would. The lady at the front desk was amazing. She answered every one of my questions and kept me updated on my car. I will recommend them to everyone who needs their car fixed.

We were involved in a very bad accident in a 2016 Toyota Highlander on 3-12-19 and to our surprise the insurance company did not total our vehicle. So by recommendation from our Toyota dealership we took our Hilander to Auto Craft Body Shop. Very nice and very knowledgeable people they are. The officer manager "Jeri" and the owner "Jeff" both kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. When we picked up our vehicle we were very pleased with the job that they did. Our son is an auto body and big truck body tech so we had him scope out the body shop job. He was very surprised at the quality of the repair. He couldn't find any flaws or any tape lines where the old paint met the new paint. He said it was as close to perfection as you can hope for! They are very good so they are very busy, therefore you may have a small wait to get your vehicle in for repairs but the wait is well worth it. We would recommend Auto Craft Body Shop to everyone.

10/10 recommend. My car was in and out in a timely manner and the wonderful office manager kept me up to date the entire time. She was very helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company and took all the stress away from me. The work looks flawless and I picked up my car to find out it had been completely detailed as well. I felt like I was driving away with a brand new car.Service: Body & Trim

I recently bought a new car and unfortunately damaged my drivers door so it needed to be replaced. Auto Craft came highly recommended and they did an outstanding job! Everyone is so pleasant and very helpful. I had my car back within a few days, my total was less than my estimate, and my car looks better than new!

Auto Craft came highly recommended by our primary auto repair shop, MasterTech. They are trustworthy, honest, and fair.Our 2017 suburban was damage after the April 2021 hail storm in Norman. Jeri (office admin) and the Auto Craft team handled our difficult insurance company (national chain who decided to subcontract adjusters for this storm) over the past 3 months. Jeri consistently provided me with updates and was always so nice.AC team did a great job on our VERY hail damaged car (glass - windshield and rear side windows replaced; body damage work - hood, roof, entire passenger side, + recalibrated) - there is only one spot that had a few waves still showing, everything else was perfect.We ll absolutely use them again for our auto repair needs.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

i brought Jeff at autocraft the body and all panels from my 1976 Triumph TR6 to be repainted. I am doing a "better than new" complete restoration on this car. Jeff and the guys did an awesome job in repairing a couple of dents and doing a complete paint job. it looks BEAUTIFUL!! i could not be happier. ive known Jeff and his quality of work for over 30 yrs and highly recommend Autocraft to anyone in need of body work. the "customer service" you receive is just as great. there is nothing like being able to talk to a real person whenever you have to call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great business! Friendly staff! Worked seamlessly with my insurance company and had my car back to me much faster than expected! There were a couple things that needed a second look, but they were glad to fix them and even went above and beyond and replaced a battery terminal and battery in my key fob! And to top it off, they gave me a ride to work and also delivered my car after it was ready! Exceptional service!

Auto Craft Body Shop did some work for a friend of mine after they hit a deer, and the work was fantastic. I knew who to call when I hit a deer in my Ford Taurus recently.They got me in for an estimate fairly quickly and we setup a time table for repairs. They were very friendly and got to my car quickly. The work they did was flawless! The front of my Taurus looks brand new. If you are around Norman and want to get some work done right, these are the guys to work with.

My husband and I took our Honda CRV and Honda Pilot to this facility to repair the body damage after a hail storm as well as repair an electrical issue with regard to the door locks on the CRV.With regard to overall level of craftsmanship related to the body work, this company did a great job with repairing/replacing the side mirrors, windshield and tail lights.However, we did have two issues that were a bit concerning.1) Before I took in my Honda Pilot for repairs, I spent 3 hours vacuuming the shards of glass out of the cabin because the back windshield was shattered. I also cleaned all the back of the cabin around the window, which included plastic covers around the back door window. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there were two of those three plastic covers missing. When I went back to Auto Craft to ask if they could please return them to me, because I literally thought they just forgot to put them back on, the manager told me the mechanic working on my vehicle, informed him before he even started working on my vehicle that those parts were missing???? That is kind of an odd thing to do especially since it was not documented on the paperwork that parts were missing before they began. Suffice it to say, the manager implied I was either lying to them or I just imagined that I cleaned them. Yes, I am a senior citizen but, I definitely know what I cleaned in my own car, especially when I was looking at it for three hours and have owned my vehicle for 16 years. At the end of the day, they did not offer to replace the missing parts.2) My husband and I both mentioned there was an issue with our door locks making a loud noise and were repeatedly locking even though we were not activating the lock/unlock key. According to them, they said my husband informed them to replace the lock assembly on the driver's door.My husband said he definitely was not that specific nor would he be, We simply asked them to identify the issue and do what they needed to do to repair it. Unfortunately, when we picked up the vehicle, the door locks were still locking every 10 to 20 seconds on their own and the passenger door would not open as before. When we called them to let them know it was still not working properly, we were told, by the young woman who answers the phones and schedules appts, they were just doing what we asked them to do and it is our fault for not providing them with more accurate information regarding what the mechanical/electrical issue was. I did let her know, we are not mechanics and as such were relying on their expertise to make that assessment. Her reply, "Well you can certainly go to someone else and have them check it out" Of course there was no mention of the fact we were charged $122 plus labor for a repair that never happened. YIKES! Not professional....Not nice.....and down right rude!At the end of the day, I would like to recommend this place, because, they do have some great technical skills as it relates to body work. But alas, their people skills are sadly lacking. Not only were they unprofessional and uncooperative, but more disappointing was their arrogant and condescending attitudes.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Our new Honda CRV (one month old) was broadsided by a heavy pick up truck. The people at Auto Craft Body Shop made our CRV look brand new, like we picked it up from the Honda dealer showroom. Absolutely perfect work. We are so grateful to them. Jeri and everyone else there were very polite and very professional. We highly recommend them.

Hands down the best body shop in Oklahoma. I am in the auto industry and have done business with these guys for over 15 years. I never cease to be impressed with their workmanship and quality control. You may have to wait to get in or get an estimate, as they always stay busy, but it is definitely worth it.

Good repairs and easy to work with. After getting an estimate from this shop a few weeks ago I recently took my corolla in for a front bumper replacement. The repairs were done quickly and well and the initial estimate was spot on with the final cost. Can't really ask for anything else from a repair shop. (However, I will mention that due to the hail storms in the area earlier this year you can expect to wait a few weeks to get your vehicle in for a repair.)

Thanks to all the wonderful reviews on here I chose this shop to fix my 4runner. This shop was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. One of the parts was no longer available through the dealer and they still managed to find a part that worked with incredible timing. Took it in for an estimate, parts were ordered, and when the parts arrived they got the job done before the end of the business day. Very satisfied customer and they are highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Auto Craft; friendly, courteous, and helpful staff all around. The final product revealed master craftsmanship (thanks Jeffery and Jeff) and my damaged 911 was restored beautifully. I've been called a perfectionist by my good friends and obsessive-compulsive by others when it comes to my automobiles, so my giving a rating of 4 stars speaks volumes!
