Did not communicate during service that an aftermarket alarm was removed. Did not communicate before hand the risk of causing shifting issues and engine malfunction for installing a remote start. If it's not a brand new vehicle don't go here. Disrespectful shop employees. I've worked for 8 years in auto repair and have never been treated like this and would never let my techs treat someone like this. Incompetent shop staff.

Horrible customer service and extremely unethical. I had a friend and his family driving to visit me in Houston. His van broke down. He is disabled and in a wheelchair and was stranded. His van has an airbag suspension and this place said they work on those. I rented a van and drove from Houston to Norman OK to get him. After having his van towed there they supposedly looked at it and said the airbags were blown and they could not get parts for it. After renting a van for a week and spending $1500 he was now stranded with out a vehicle that meets his needs and no way to get home. He ended up buying a 40k van in Houston so he could get back to Kansas and had his van towed back to Kansas only to be told the local repair man that "there was no way they even looked at it" "The airbags are fine you just blew a hose" The laziness and unethical treatment of a disabled family in a desperate situation is disgusting. This ended up costing this family over 40k for a problem that could have been fix for a couple hundred dollars and a hose.

Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere for your vehicle needs. Used them for powder coating and the experience was atrocious. From the communication, pricing and quality of work, it was completely terrible. Will never use them again or even recommend them. Fabian was who I dealt with for a powder coat job on a cadillac. Poor product, communication and pricing all around as well as them not standing behind their product .

It would be zero if I could. My vehicle left me stranded with an air suspension problem I called them and they said yes we can take a look as they do work on air suspension so I had my vehicle towed to the location but it was a holiday and weekend so it would be a few days before they could look at it so I made other arrangements and that was fine. They then called apparently after they looked at it and said it had a blown air shock and they can t get the parts so I m like ok. So I have it towed again to another shop and he fixed it in an hour. He said the first place didn t even look at it because it was a simple fix.

Front desk (Fabian I believe) is very cordial. Everyone was pleasant. I think they had fair prices to fix my truck bed cover, and communicated well.

Install overall looks good but do not trust or rely on their scheduling or time estimates. I had a 8am drop off scheduled and at 6pm (after they close) I am still waiting and being told they don't have an exact time I'll be ready to leave. They apparently do not hire enough electrical techs and don't care about proper communication on timelines.

They don t like to help people that have disabilities! They will tell you they can t work on your vehicle and they will tell you your vehicle can t be fix!! And you try to go to your local mechanic and they are like oh this was an easy fix!! Norman Oklahoma just want to avoid people that have disabilities and won t work on your vehicle!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I payed them too install a brand new top of the line subwoofer. They hooked it up wrong and it ended up blowing. I assured them this was not an operator error and they refused to give me a refund or install a new sub. Idiots costed me 500+ dollars.

I highly recommend these guys for leather seats. I took my Ford Ranger to them to have the cloth seats replaced with leather. They ordered them for me and they arrived in a couple of weeks. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday afternoon, they called that it was ready for pickup. I was VERY surprised with such a quick turn around. The installer did a fantastic job and they look exactly like they came from the factory. I can t say enough good about these guys and their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend them for your leather seat needs.

After figuring out the dealership miss communications to them and me. Everything went smooth fast and professional . The owner was on top of his business and I respect that.I highly recommend them the work they did was fantastic . I even bought a extra bed step to keep money local and not Amazon.Its important to support your local businesses.I will be back for bumper soon thank you for everything.

These guys are very knowledgeable about what they sell . Any questions are answered promptly and confidently . Their product selection is good , too . I had them spray my truck bed liner twelve years ago , have had no problems what so ever . They even brought it over the edges to body line ( about an inch ) for no extra charge . I bought both front and back bumpers from here and I'm happy with them , too. They're WAY heavier than stock. Highly recommend.

They lifted our 4Runner 3" with shocks and struts and fit bigger tires. These guys are very knowledgeable. They know what looks good and can make your ride look the way you want even if your not sure what you want. My SUV not only looks great but rides better than ever. Highly recommend

I had been told this place was good. NOPE! Today is Friday. I went in Wednesday and paid 1685 and change for a bed cover. Showed up at my appointment at 10 this morning to have it installed. Waited about 30 minutes until i was informed they didn t have it. I wasn t happy but things happen. I said okay, just put my money back. They did, minus a 60 dollar service charge!!! So for the inconvenience I spent 60 bucks. Never another dime!!

Had window tinted on a new Honda Accord, tint looks great.. Still some water in the door handles inside the vehicle, not a major issue, but needs a little closer quality control before giving it back to the customer. Customer service skill need to be improved. Dropped off the vehicle, guy behind the counter mumbled, and was hard to understand, and the guy taking the money at the end said hardly 2 words to me just wanted me to pay. NO INSTRUCTIONS ON WHAT TO DO WITH THE TINT!!

After having my camper shell for 6 months, I've edited this review. I'd give less than 1 star if possible. The camper shell had 3 problems: the rear door would not stay latched, the factory corrosion protection on the rear glass screws failed and they were rusting, and the camper shell leaked water. After 3 visits they never fixed the leak and refused to even look at the latch or screws. The last visit they told me they will no longer service my camper shell. :o If I cannot trust them to install and service a simple camper shell, how can I trust them for the other accessories I want installed on my truck. My advice is shop elsewhere, these folks are all initial sales, poor installation, and bad follow up service.

If I could give them a 0 I would. The work they did was poorly finished, incorrectly done and not what I wanted at all. Plus they couldn't get anything done on time. I'm so disappointed with their work. I wish I went somewhere else. Do not use this shop. They will overcharge you and not do the work properly or how you want it done. My vehicle has been back 5 times and they still haven't got it right. The last piece I'm waiting on they told me they would have it done overnight and it has now been 10 days and it is still not done.

Bought a truck from a dealership, wanted some aftermarket wheels and tires put on it. I walked in to auto accessories and Phillip and Eddie picked right up on what I wanted for the truck. I told him that I pick the truck up in 2 days from the dealership and he coordinated with the dealer and did his best to have the wheels on the truck ready to go on the day that I wanted to pick it up, and he made it happen!

Auto accessories unlimited applied a clear coat covering to my wife's car and due to no fault of their own there were some minor defects present in a small area on the hood and bumper. After inspecting the job and without hesitating Chris and his staff redid the entire procedure at no additional cost. The car looks excellent. There integrity and concern for customer satisfaction is rare. I highly recommend this business.

Got the Spray-in liner with lifetime warranty for my truck. They removed the bed bolts, tailgate bolts, and tie down hooks before spraying. Gave it a very clean look and if for any reason I need to remove my bed or get access to inside the tailgate, I dont have to bust up the liner to get the bolts out. I got the over-the-rail and the line on the outside was straight and true. I would recommend and have already recommended this place to everyone.

Got my lift kit installed here and two months later I started to hear a weird noise, so I took it in. 45 minutes and $0 later my truck was fixed and I was back on the road. The work is always great and the price is right

These guys did an incredible job transforming my truck from a stock LT Trail Boss to what it is now. They are very knowledgeable about their industry and I appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail. I m glad Carter Chevy referred Auto Accessories Unlimited to me because they are by far a better up fitter/accessories place than two other place I ve tried on previous vehicles. Thank you to Clay and all the guys that worked on my truck.

I've had a nerf bar and a spray in liner added to my 2016 F150 from here on 2 separate occasions. I don't normally complain and can't start here. Good service and good work. I'll be getting my bed cover from them in the next couple months. Didn't give 5 stars because it wasn't free
