This is a great place to take your car too!I took my car here for a wreck I had.Front of my car smashed in, I got my car back in a timely manner of 2 weeks!!When I got my car back, my baby looked fantastic and brand new. They do great work!!The owners are very friendly and humble and I definitely took some of his business cards. Highly recommend this place!!

I brought my vehicle here after an auto accident. They were the first place I called that could get me in quickly. I am so glad I did. Rick and family went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. He and his family are so friendly and the customer service has been far better than I believe I would have received anywhere else. My car looks much better than it did even before the accident. Highly recommend.

These guys were great! I got several estimates on hood and front bumper after a hit & run driver backed into me. Although I had liability auto insurance, I did not have comprehensive/collision insurance, so had to pay out of pocket. This place gave me the best price and they were able to get me in right away bcz they just had someone who had postponed the work they needed done. Courteous, helpful, and like family. They also did a fantastic job and I couldn t be more pleased. My car actually looks better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend them !!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I needed a headlight replaced that I couldn't do myself. This place was recommended to me and I'm so glad I went there instead of the other 50 places I'd called for quotes. Rick and his son Isreal are so nice and honest, I'm a customer for life now. As an wonderful holiday gesture, Rick polished my headlights and they look like new!! After having read some comments from other people's reviews, I can't help but to also provide my feedback as well on my Impala that was serviced there. This is a family type run business who puts out great work and services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I had a good conversation with the owner, who also happens to be a fellow Army Veteran as I am. I learned that they own THE TIRE SHOP across the street that deals with new and used tires. This is like a one-stop-shop for automobiles if you ask me. Go see them for your vehicle service needs (They do auto repair, paint & body, fix flats, provide new and used tires). Anyhow, I figured I'd put my 2 cents in, another good review doesn't hurt especially for something that is well deserved.

Ok, so I m gonna start off by saying that anyone posting a 1-star review is either crazy or hasn t bothered to go in and talk about their issue to get it resolved. I say this because I didn t have the slightest issue with my experience here. Ricky and Thelma were very polite and professional.My car got scraped by someone trying to park next to me at my job. I had damage to my rear passenger door (dent and paint) and wheel molding (scratch). Ricky took a look at my damage and gave me a very fair quote without any attempts at money-grabbing. His quote was roughly 30% lower than other shops I had visited. They were able to get me in immediately once the parts were ready, they completed the job early, and everything looked perfect upon pickup.Some people have posted 1 star reviews talking about issues with their car after the work, joyriding, etc. It s been 1 month since the work was completed and I ve had no issues at all, and I run a dashcam and can confirm they only took my car to get it washed and nothing more. If that s a problem, tell them you don t want the wash. Some have complained about the lack of parking space, which is fair, but what do you expect them to do? They only have so much space and they work on cars, it s gonna be crowded, get over yourself.I mentioned that someone from 3 years back stated in a review that the new owners are great, and that I noticed most all of the lower reviews were older than that and must have been under the old owners. Ricky immediately informed me that he s been there for 5 years and then explained some of the complaints and how he s tried to address them and resolve the issue to the customer s satisfaction. He could ve let me believe those complaints never happened under him, but he was honest about it and explained it and I really appreciated that.Overall, Ricky and Thelma were great in every interaction I had with them. If you re considering using this shop for your car, I couldn t give them a higher recommendation. I hope this review has been helpful to you.

The people at Acres Auto & Body Shop are really good people. They have everything, all in one place. Auto garage, body shop, and tire center, new and used tires both. So whatever your auto needs may be, they can take care of about anything. I have never heard any negitive comments about this business. They do good work and stand behind their work.

Highly RACISTUnprofessionalsRude & MeanHad problem with AC took $150 for check only & $1400 for fixing, went there for more than 6 times (1-2) days each got uber, got leaves from job Still it is not working well, the changer buttons are still not working. It was wasting of money at all.Do not ever recommend them to no one ever again very unsatisfied.

Acres has done bodywork following accidents on two cars I have owned. They are fast and reliable, and will move quickly once insurance sends over what is needed. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. They look like they do a lot of business while simultaneously having low wait times comparatively to other shops, where I might have had to wait months to get in line. Their work is exquisite. On both cars, I have not been able to tell there was ever any damage to begin with. My discussions with them revealed that they try to repair everything to perfection. Their standard of vehicle repair is very high. It has been a pleasure to do business with them both times, and if I ever need body work in the future, I will be returning. This is an excellent and reputable business which I highly recommend.

I have taken 2 cars to Acres Auto & Body. One was my parents new car that was totalled in an accident. Not only were they the cheapest quote to repair their car, other body shops were either double the quote amount or just flat out said it could not be repaired. They had the car like new again in less than 2 months and kept me informed regularly as to the status of the vehicle. The other was my car that was front damage from hitting a deer. When I took it by to get a quote, Rick put a new bulb in my headlight where it was busted out just so I could drive safely in the dark until I got it in to be repaired. I dropped it off on a Thursday night and they had it ready for me to pick up the next Wednesday. I would like to also say how he went above and beyond the repairs and helped with the back taillights that didn't have anything to do with the damage from the deer. I recommended Acres Auto & Body Shop to everyone. They are a small family owned business and are great people to do business with.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

They refused to give me a quote before fixing my car. They then charged me for their service before ever informing me of their assessment. Essentially robbing me of my money.

Very good place nice people. Sad to see prices went way up since last year unfortunately. Had em change brake pads for me a year ago and cost $80 labor and got a quote a few days ago for same exact job and the price jumped over $20 this time. But still very reasonable

My husband and my boys have had their vehicles worked on and today, they worked on mine. First off, it s a family owned business, from the moment you make an appointment, you immediately feel like family. They re trustworthy and honest, reasonably priced, great location and I will forever take my vehicles to them for any and all oil changes, mechanic and auto body work.

Acres was the fourth body shop I visited. The first shop, (I won't leave their names because this is about Acres), took approximately 6 months to complete the estimate. I authorized the work and approximately a month later, (after they had cut the fender, bumper, etc), off my truck, they called and said they couldn't do the job and recommended another shop. I approved the tow to the other shop and they said the frame was bent and it would cost 3 times the previous estimate. I declined and had the truck towed to my house and found a third body shop. They said it would be approximately two months before they could do the estimate. The day before they were to do the estimate they called and said they lost a technician and couldn't do the job. Then I found Acres, they completed the estimate the same day, (with the price the same as the first shop), and started work on it a couple days later. Rick told me that due to the age of the truck, (finding parts was difficult), and the damage to it that it would take approximately a month to complete. One month later my truck looks and runs like brand new. I can't recommend Rick and Acres Body Shop highly enough! If I ever need any body work again I will DEFINITELY use them again.

Acres Auto & Body went above and beyond to help me with my car after a hit and run! Their services were the fastest that I could find in Norman for body repairs. They even finished the job 4 days earlier than I expected! I really appreciated the extra attention to detail in their service- I have a vinyl stripe on the side of my car that isn t available to order anymore so they custom made a new one for me and matched the color perfectly!! They are extremely professional, quick, and super nice! They ve worked on my car a few times and my experience has been exceptional every single time! The owners even went above, beyond, & out of his way today and considering a very short notice, was able to get me in right away today! Out of all the other car shops I ve been too, this one is by far the best one & affordable as well. I ve never been over charged by them as I have with other places. Thelma and Ricky have been a Godsend to me and my family. We were blessed to have found this business when my husband needed his Xterra worked on. They have always been more than fair on their prices and have been wonderful to work with. They kept me updated on what they needed to do to fix the vehicle and it has been running amazing ever since. They are a business that puts the customer first and treats you like an old friend. we came in for a bad blower motor, not knowing what to expect (we had heard from several technician friends that the dash would have to come out). Ricky and Thelma were warm and courteous when we dropped off our Jeep. Within just a couple hours we got the calm that it needed a blower motor (but not that the dash had to come out). The price was much less than expected, and I ran a set of fender flayers over to be swapped out as well. Ricky also handled the check engine, airbag, and tire sensor lights for us while it was there! When it was finished (precisely on the timeline promised) it looked great and the repairs were done with care. We will be back in next month for some paint work and accessory installs- again, the price is fair and honest for this work as well.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I seem to be the odd one out, but the others must have gone to a completely different shop. When I went in with my vehicle, they were polite, open, honest, and dedicated. The owner, Rick, was blunt, but in a good way, telling me what I needed and how he can help what is wrong, as well as the pricing. Thankfully, unlike other shops who just slack around all day but still price you overtime for a job that could take less than an hour, he works by the book and you only pay that. He is even open about how he works and how he's starting from the ground up, working hard to support his family. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I have had my car worked on here twice and it s my new go to place for my 10 year old car. I first went here because the paint started peeling on the hood of my car and I was going around to body shops and the high estimates were curling my hair. I noticed that the place on acres and flood said body shop too so I stopped in for an estimate. (This is the place that used to have the sign. our tires are keen). The new owner Ricky was great. He explained why the paint was peeling and gave me an estimate much lower than the others. He also showed me some showcase projects he was working on paint jobs. The paint job was great and he was transparent and fair and fit in the car when I was out of town so I would not miss it. I decided since he was so straightforward with the paint I would have my 100k work done including my timing chain. When he went to do that work, he found the chain to be in good shape and could be ok to 150k so he did not charge me. I appreciate he is honest. The shop is run by his family. This will now be my go to for regular maintenance.

I messaged this business about getting assistance after a bad accident since I was clueless how to proceed. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks they finally emailed me about what needed to be done. Very unprofessional if lookouts for a helpful body shop this definitely isn't the one to use!
