As our insurance provider, they were able to assist us when we had a flat tire. However, I encountered an issue when I requested roadside service and a replacement tire. I submitted an online request for someone to bring a spare tire, but when the technician arrived at my location about an hour later, he didn't have a spare tire with him. I explained that my roadside assistance request specifically stated the need for a spare tire, but he showed me his tablet, which indicated that there was no such request on their end. This situation left me feeling frustrated. Fortunately, they ended up towing our car to the nearest repair shop, which was only 4 minutes away from where we had the flat tire. Once we arrived at the AAA auto repair shop, they were able to fix the tire within a reasonable amount of time.

It has been awhile since I went in to have my oil changed but I feel that I should still leave this review. Being a member I knew of the discount and saw great reviews. It was a really nice facility. My oil change took a couple of hours and ended up costing more than my regular place. I was also told that I needed $1500 of work done. I took my vehicle to others to ask them. I did need some work but less than $500 worth.

I have had AAA for probably 20 years and it's just a great product and if you need help they can get there pretty quickly

We stopped in because this was a full retail AAA center. We needed luggage tags and they didn't disappoint! Everything was great quality with a selection to choose from (as we've come to appreciate being AAA members for 13 years) and the associates were super friendly and helpful.

Love them - always called us to remind us our renewal was a couple months out . I can't remember her name know it's been 3 or 4 years ago, since we went auto pay. International drivers license ... Gotcha covered ... Great prices on airfare, rental cars, travel packages, tips and tricks for a great travel experience. Bonus new building right off the hwy; should you need to face to face ...

I had a wonderful experience at AAA getting a car repair yesterday! Everyone was so friendly and kind, which was such a relief as getting mechanic work done can sometimes be intimidating. Their space and waiting room is so nice, and they did such efficient and excellent work on my car. I had a lady named Jessica helping me, and I really appreciated the way she walked me through everything as they did it. Overall a fantastic experience.

I got my IDP done here. The staff were very friendly, probably the best customer service I've encountered in years. They can also take passport photos for a fee.

Check my car to get levels checked before extreme cold front hit. The guy took my car back it was there about 45 minutes. Came back up and told me that the oil was low but he didn't have a mechanic on site to change the oil or check the other fluid levels? Also told me to check my battery they would be a labor charge? Made me question why even pay for AAA.

This place is wonderful! They are very friendly, professional, and are able to get me in the same day I call and always give me an estimated time of how long I will wait BEFORE performing the maintenance. Look guys, when I tell you that this was the best, most efficient experience I've ever had with an insurance company, I mean it. I myself have been in-and-out of sales most my life, and I never felt like I was being sold anything. James Gardner was polite, friendly, and when I say fast at getting me answers to my questions, I mean like within moments, minutes at most. He is a true professional, and has a good heart to go along with it. If you guys are looking to get insured, or are looking for any of the list of services that James provides, definitely hit him up! Went to AAA's Norman, Oklahoma location on 5/21/21. Super nice facility. Needed 100,000 mile car maintenance and new tires. Comfortable waiting area. Very competent staff who helped me prioritize needed service. No high pressure. Glad to see competent female service representative who updated me throughout the morning on how far along they were and what problems needed to be addressed. I explained tire/alignment problems. They listened. I asked for alignment check. They found and corrected the areas of concern. I requested Michelin tires and they ordered them. They suggested air filter, windshield wipers, coolant flush, and told me how my brakes were doing so I could plan future service. Informed me of total price before each additional service or item. I purchased car organization items from showroom. Luggage and tons of accessories were available for sale at discounted AAA member prices. Very pleased with facility, service and staff. Will definitely use this location in the future.

Tyler told us today to bring are vehicle up there to have the mechanic look at it cause they could of possibly damage the emmission sensor. Well when we got there at the time we were suppose to. They didn't do anything. Justin just went out and looked under the hood. Justin had a attitude with us sense we had it serviced the first time. Why I don't know. Coby is the mechanic who serviced our vehicle and said it was fine. The point of this review is to not tell somebody something. And not follow through. So bad on your guys part.

Tyler was the person that helped me. He was wonderful. He did everything he could to make sure my vehicle was fixed before they closed at 6:00 pm, so I could have my car to get to work the next day. He also gave me water when I got there because I had to walk to the AAA facility because now you can't ride with the tow truck driver. That was awful and I was not happy about it. I didn't want to call an Uber for a little over a mile. I was pleased with Tyler though and he took very good care of me and I got my car just before they closed.

Good place, no wait, coffee, wifi. I called yesterday and they booked me for 8, but they open earlier which I like, especially on Saturday mornings. They listen well, diagnosed the problem and took my recommendations. They fixed the problem for less than $200 and they could have charged more, but they care. Anyway, I take all 4 of my cars there and will continue. Why go any other place? Just go here.

This AAA always remember us. The ladies here are so nice. I needed to get a copy of my insurance card and when I got there, they had it already printed out for me. That was appreciated by me and my partner. Considering it was new years eve and everything was closing early.

On Saturday, July 3rd I noticed a slow leak in one of my rear tires. I have been using the same tire shop here in Norman for over 10 years. I went to both locations and neither one of them could help me with the tire because they were "too busy". I took a chance and pulled into AAA. They immediately pulled my truck back and got it looked at. They fixed my tire for FREE!!! The entire process took only 30 minutes and I didn't even have an appointment. Needless to say I will be ditching that other business and making AAA my new auto repair place.Service: Tires

Zac Corrales is the most helpful, dedicated, professional, and truly caring insurance agent I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made sure to work around my work schedule and was even able to make a work around to quote me a policy I could afford that I was also comfortable with. You can tell he s extremely knowledgeable at his job but that he also cares about what his customers need which is a quality that is hard to find unfortunately. I will always recommend all of my friends to Zac because I know he will take great care of them. You guys are lucky to have him on your team!

We use the Norman AAA office and have been pleased with how friendly and accommodating this office has been. They're always been willing to go a second step to be of assistance, particularly with providing tour books and vacation and travel insurance quotes.

We needed an international driver's license, and this place has it all. We got the license, and you can book a vacation , purchase luggage, and travel accessories, plus get new tires for your car.

Very great Service, very thorough job, we got an Oil Change they checked everything thing, all the fluid's, rotaed tires, checked brakes, & brake pads. Light's, windshield wipers for '96 Chevy truck cost $65

Came in, waited for 10+ mins waiting for someone to help me. Front desk was empty the entire time. The guy helping another person in the back didn t acknowledge me or let me know he d be right with me or anything else that an establishment with decent customer service would do.
