They are popular, I had to make an appointment but they are very knowledgeable. I called back to check about a filter for my transmission and JD the owner said it was included, and they even replaced a gasket that looked worn. this was about the fourth time to use their service and will be back.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Took my vehicle in today and although I haven t heard anything back, I was offered great customer service. I m in the army and I need my vehicle fixed ASAP, so I drop it off expecting to walk all the way back to my apartment. We walked outside and I m expecting to grab my things and head back on foot to find a ride to the armory. Owner (I m guessing) then hops in his truck and takes me back to my apartment where I was able to get into work on time. Amazing

This company supposedly rebuilt my transmission and a few short months later and less than 10,000 miles I started having trouble with it again. I called the owner to get him to fix it and he said that I probably had an electrical issue. The problem steadily got worse and the next time I called him he told me the case on my transmission was cracked and that he would be looking for another one. He was supposed to call me when he found one. Needless to say he never called me back. I have recently had my transmission repaired by another company. They have rebuilt it properly and assured me that the transmission I have was fine. It was just not rebuilt correctly. Please do not use this company. They will take your hard earned money and leave you with a broken transmission.Service: Transmission

Being from all the way up in Alaska it was very unnerving to put our safety and sprinter van in the hands of people we didn t know in a town very very far from home. However these guys have shown us how fast, efficient and educated they really are! More than once. We were pensive about calling to say there was an issue not more than a month after our rebuild, they made us feel confident in them and told us to get to them and they would warranty all they work.Not one more penny paid. They won t except our tip lol we tried. And we are so very happy and impressed with the guys at Affordable Transmissions thank you guys so much!!

Very happy so far. It's been less than a month but the transmission is working great. The work was done in a very timely manner and the price seemed fair. I would definitely recommend.

I have had several transmissions rebuilt at Affordable. They have always taken very good care of me. They have always completed the work cheaper than other quotes I have received and I have never had any problems with the work performed. I always use these guys.

Great service, and quality work are cornerstones of good business. Another less discussed characteristic is honest advice. With but a phone call, the gentlemen at Affordable Transmission diagnosed and suggested fixes for my transmission issue, with no benefit in it for themselves. They were spot on, and quite frankly, I'm a little disappointed I couldn't give them business today. Rest assured, any future work I need done in this area will go through them.Thank you Affordable Transmissions, thank you very much, you are a rare breed.Talor

These guys know exactly what to do and how to fix it fast without over charging you. I would recommend this company before any other. They own the shop so they don't over charge you for the expensive overhead all the other shops charge for. This transmission shop is by far the best price and service call these guys first you won't regret it. I send everyone I know to Affordable!!!!!!!!

They quoted me cheaper than than anyone in Norman or Noble by $300-$400. Turnaround was quoted as 2 to 3 days.When a blizzard came in I expected everyone to be take off of work. Sure enough, they had it done on time for the price quoted with no hassle.I for one was blown away by the fact that a mechanic exists that doesn t try to screw your over and jack the price up once they take your car apart.

These guys were some of the most helpful and respectful guys I have ever been waited on by! There were straight up with me. Took care of all the issues my truck was having and charged me a very affordable rate!! I will be going back and refering friends/family!

They rebuilt the transmission on my 2007 Ford explorer. Almost 3,000 miles since the rebuild and everything's great! Not to mention the estimate I was giving was $1,000 cheaper than everyone else that I had talked to.

Nightmare experience!!! Worst customer service ever, and absolutely no communication skills whatsoever. My car was there for about 2 months to get the transmission rebuilt I was never contacted once. I finally called to see what the deal was and the only thing they said was we are looking for a computer for the transmission. I finally got sick of waiting and got a computer myself and installed it. I put a new properly programmed computer and it still wont drive and shift properly makes a terrible sound. conclusion: Haven't had my car for months. Paid them 1600$.. Still don't have a working car. Its back at their shop for a week now hoping they will honor their warranty and havent heard from one person. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

INTEGRITY! The transmission wasn't bad, a caliper just needed 2 bolts! I was expecting the bad news, I heard the grinding noise when my wife tried to drive the car forward but it wouldn't move more than an inch or two. We had it taken to Affordable Transmission and when they called to let me know it was a brake caliper that had come off the rotor and lodged up against the wheel preventing it from moving forward, we were relieved. They had it fixed and ready to go for us in no time. Honesty and Integrity are the two qualities that Affordable Transmissions does not lack. We have no hesitation in referring anyone and everyone to them.

Had my truck in on Monday morning had it back Wednesday morning tranny is better than when I bought the truck!! Very good transmission shop I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone with any transmission problems thanks again affordable!!
