Best place for a quick oil change. The service good and you don't even have to get out of the vehicle. In and out in about 15 min. I get top tier full synthetic, which they offer here. I recommend if you're looking for a no frills quick oil change service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Its a good place to get oil changed . However i went in Friday and they put too much air in my front tires its at 52 and 54 and it should only be 37.

If you have a foreign car I would look else where. Oil change took 1.5 hours, it takes 20 minutes in my driveway with a floor jack. Oh and it was 140 dollars as well.

We went in for an oil change and they were fantastic! Super friendly, great with our kids and didnt even have to get out of the vehicle. Best experience we've ever had.

First time at this Quick Lube. I did get the oil changed and it was quick, which is the idea, but there were several items they checked off on the receipt that was complete that they never did. Items like washing the windshield, and vacuuming the floors. Not a big deal, but I was sitting in the car the entire time.

Always really fast and professional.Would be five stars, but they will only use full synthetic oil for my 2011 Chevy truck and it costs $70 for an oil change.My wife took the truck in for me and I told her since it has over 160,000 miles now and it s long out of warranty to just have them use standard oil. She said they wouldn t. They told her they were only allowed to use full synthetic?It s my truck and it s out of warranty!I ll be going somewhere else from now on.Aside from the cost and maybe a little suggestive selling that everyone seems to do now days they provide a really good service.

I really feel comfortable with these young men changing my oil. And doing what they feel needs to be done to keep mee and my family safe while driving. I have been coming here pretty much since they've opened. I actually enjoy getting my oil changed. Keep up the great work guys!

I had a great experience here. I went in the afternoon and they had me out in 15 minutes. They cleaned my windshield and offered to vacuum my floorboards but I had an embarrassing amount of junk there so I regretfully declined this time but it's a definite plus for next time! Price was definitely competitive compared to Blanchard's options.

Quick oil change before heading out on vacation. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They suggested having the air filter changed and knowing that it had not been changed in over 1 year, I agreed. In and out in under 30 minutes.

2 stars for the high price. With Walmarts basic oil change for $20, this place gets into your pockets. I spent $65 on a basic oil change. They disqise the price with doing basically nothing but checking fluids that even a inexperienced person can do. I myself will not be going back. Not to big on Walmart, but on this one, thay have you beat. Drop them prices and or your days are numbered.

I had great service here! They were fast and very friendly, and the price was fair I will definitely come here again Cullen and Justin were very informative and helped me locate an oil leak and cleaned around the leak to help me keep an eye on it, some places wont even do that they slap and go so I thank them very much!

Very very bad. Broke my dipstick and tried to blame me. I was a new customer and a possible free advertising customer. Why not offer to fix it??? Repeat customers is what makes a small business successful. I felt like they were trying to swindle me so I don't trust them and will never use them and I will sway anyone that asks me to go somewhere else. I don't like Walmart so I tried to stay local but my experience was very shady. We need more options in Newcastle. I do not reccomend this place. I can't reccomend this place and I really wish I could.

My 16 year old son went in there to get an oil change with instructions to put heavier oil in his truck. The manager "Joe" told him "that would not make any difference." And proceeded to change the oil with the same weight that was already in the truck.The heavier oil was suggested by my ASE Certified Master Mechanic. Apparently "Joe" is more knowledgeable than my mechanic. Point is, they didn't sell him what he asked for, they took advantage of the fact that my son is 16 years old. Turns out "Joe" is not even the manager!I would highly discourage ANYONE from taking any vehicles to this establishment. Joe is very RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT use Tri City Quick Lube in Newcastle, OK. Yesterday my drain plug fell out while driving. Had to have it towed $205.00. Dealership charged $117 to diagnose and oil change. Not really a change since the oil had run out. Stopped by Tri City Quick Lube this morning and they said it wasn't there problem. Excuse me, but you changed my oil the last time. I am very fortunate (so far) no engine damage. Please tell everyone you know not to use them.

They really did a great job servicing my vehicle. However, when I called them on the phone before I went there they did not give me the true price of just an oil change.

CROOKS. I was having fuel related problems while headed to OKC. I stopped in to change the fuel filter on my Dodge diesel and they tried to charge me $98 for a $22 Napa filter (5 times the cost of the part). When I told them that seems high they lowered it to $80. That's not how you run a business!

Really expensive and the young employees don't care about the customer. I'd avoid this place.. Update; look at the response I received? Lol! So maybe you'll be asked if your bias after pointing out a problem!? Shady at best people. Avoid these schisters. Pathetic little people..

Ask for pricing BEFORE you drive into bay. I did not and got sticker shocked. If you can wait until you get into City you may want to so competitive pricing available.
