Trevor just finished up tuning my 2014 GT and I was previously tuned through VMP. Then I made the switch to tricky and it was a night and day difference! The car performs 10x better than it did before.Theres an extensive revision process to get everything with your car dialed in right. Much smoother transition of power from gear to gear and it hauls butt. Really got all that latent power out of my car and couldn t be happier. Nick and Trevor will hook you up!!

i tuned my 2018 gt through nick and Trevor and have never been happier with how the car runs! grab 2 fuel tunes and nick was very helpful with the invoice. trevor is quick, reliable, knowledgeable and a great tuner to have who who will help you through the process. would 110% recommend if you are interested in a great tune/company capable of power.

I can only rate on what I experience with a business. When I call three times, 20 Oct, 23 Oct, and 26 Oct, and no one ever calls you back, let's me know they don't want to do business. No excuses here either. If you are on vacation - say it. If you are "so busy" you can't get to the phone - say it. If you are so busy and you are not accepting new business - say it. If you don't answer the phone - get rid of it. Want more business? Do better.

All I really HAVE to say is my stock trans MT82, full exhaust, Tricky 91 tuned Gen 3 5.0 keeps equal pace with a 91 tuned 10-speed Gen 3 5.0. Car runs mean as hell. Can't wait to go E85 with Tricky once I get a clutch and an MGW short throw.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

Trevor tunes are great. I have a 93 and E85. I m very particular and don t know much about tuning and I ll say he will work with you patiently until the car gets 100% dialed in. I also talked to Nick on the phone and via email and he was very patient as I discussed numerous things over a two week period prior to choose tricky. No regrets! I even sent Trevor extra logs and asked questions which he was very willing to look into. Car pulls hard and shifts great. Tricky to the front!

Trevor has really amazed me with his tunes. I have been tuned by 2 other companies (well known in the coyote world) and it is no comparison from the drive-ability to the time slips. He will work with you patiently until the car gets 100% dialed in to your liking and performance wise. I grudge race in my area so getting the maximum potential out of the car is the most important thing, and Tricky has completely exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not letting him get to it sooner.Service: Auto engine tuning

I love everything about Tricky Performance, I ve heard nothing more but great things from them but from my personal experience it has been a nightmare. Got a 93 and e85 tune through them for my 18 Mustang GT and Trevor has been horrible at respond back for revisions. It has taken him about 2 weeks to get on my 3rd revision for 93 and hasn t even fully finished it. I understand they do national tuning and have a lot of customers but I ve been tuned with bigger companies such as PBD and Lund in which they don t take 1+ days to get back with me for datalog. Trevor makes this a headache for something as simple to dial in a tune for 93 and e85.Service: Auto engine tuning

Switch from another big name tuner to tricky and couldn t be happier. Trevor worked with me with every issue to get the car dialed in to where I was completely satisfied. Car picked up 2mph in the 1/8th from tricky tuning over other tuner. Amazing customer service and fast response times. I'm fairly new to the custom tuning world and just recently have been using email tune through a handheld device. I very happy that I decided to use Tricky Performance, these guys know Mustangs like no one else!! They tuned my 14 Mustang and it runs amazing, I have more upgrades coming and they are really great on price and helping to understand what would be the best upgrade for your car. They have the same goal as anyone that walks in there which is how can we get more HP and do it the best way. I would recommend anyone that is looking for more HP and have it done right by these guys, cause you will not find anyone else like Tricky Performance. Went from old tuner (wont say who) big brand. Car wasn t running right, tried multiple times to get it right & was told it must be your car not tune.. Went to do the switch over to tricky, talked to me on the phone and sent over a tune THAT day. Car runs better then ever, very patient with me, all the problems before gone. Its a FBO 10r80. Highly suggest tricky over any other tuner, great tune for e85, and even better is how they take care of you.Thank you Trev and Nick!Service: Auto engine tuning

Trevor at Tricky Performance is the real deal. They put a Whipple on my 19 GT with some supporting mods. Quality work, affordable price, and great customer service. If you re looking for a place to take your coyote based car, Trevor is the man! Hands down, one of the best for installs and price. He really cares about what he does and treats your car as if it s own. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my car back in the near future.

Made the switch over to Tricky just last month contacted Nick and he set up quickly, I can t thank them enough for their great work and customer service,being a trucker myself it s hard to have my data logs done quickly but even after all the time I took, their responses were quick Trevor is awesome he deserves all the success with his amazing tuning my car feels great!, it s running like it was suppose be it s a night to day difference ,Thank you guys!

I've called 3 times. First time nobody answered. I called the next day with no answer and left a voicemail. I called the day after that and got ahold of someone who couldn't answer my questions so he took down my name and number to have someone call me back. Well guess what? Nobody has called me back. It's a shame too because I needed a new fuel system and a full tune.
