I make a 30 minute drive to make sure my car is taken care of properly. They know what they are doing and never worry about if I am being lied to about my repairs!

I had a great experience with Smitty's. Had an A/C issue plus oil change and not only did the A/C get fixed promptly, the owner explained and showed to me in detail where it was leaking and what needed fixed and then followed up a few days later. Very friendly and accommodating on phone and in person. Will be back!

Smitty's Auto Repair provided exceptional service! Our vehicle had been diagnosed at the dealership, and they were quoting $2K for parts and repair. I did some looking around and found Smitty's Auto Repair, which had good reviews. I called and asked if they would be able to service our van based on the dealership's diagnosis. They said yes and quoted me a price of less than 1/2 of the dealership. They let me know that it would be a few days before they would be able to get to it, but that was fine with me.I dropped the van off on Wednesday, not expecting it back until some the following week. I received a call early the next afternoon stating they had a cancellation and my vehicle was complete. What surprised me even more is there is a 12-month warranty on the parts installed and it is good nationwide!My 2018 Colorado is due for an oil change, and plan on taking it there for regular service.Thank you, Smitty's Auto Repair!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

These guys work only on an appointment basis, because they're that popular. This is an honest mechanic, and I recommend them to anyone in the area.The prices are good, but that's not all. They've even refused a repair I had in mind because they thought the symptoms weren't yet distinct or severe enough. As I later found out, I was pretty far from the mark. I was only charged for labor, since they did have to go through the diagnosis process.I once had to talk to the mechanic to explain how badly I screwed up, and the (bizarre) manufacturer-designed fix. At that point I wasn't willing to risk any more screwups, and I just supplied all the parts they needed.I don't think I'll take my car to another mechanic for as long as I live here.

I love coming here! The experience all together is amazing! I wasn t waiting around for hours wondering what was wrong or wondering how long I was gonna wait for! They treat you like family here! The women at the front were an absolute pleasure that even after my car was worked on I stayed around just to have great conversation! The prices are very great as well! They've been working on my family's vehicles for many years and they just now worked on my 2011 Nissan Versa. I got it back and it drives like a brand new car! They did fabulous work and quickly. I am super pleased!

A couple weeks ago I discovered I had a leaky tire valve stem. I called Smitty's in the morning and they said they could get me in that afternoon. When I got there, it was an easy fix and they didn't charge me a dime. Seemed friendly and honest, and that's how you earn a return customer. I'll definitely consider coming back again if I ever need to!

I had a run of bad luck with two of my vehicles having issues that code readers were no help with, took Mike's old school, shade tree mechanic skills to troubleshoot and fix the issue. They were more than fair on the cost of all the diagnostics and repairs. I highly recommend.

Smitty s auto repair was very pleasant to work with. They were very friendly, efficient and had reasonable pricing for the job. I always prefer to go to smaller mom and pop shops over the big name companies and I am glad I found this mechanic. I will continue to use Smitty s and recommend them to anyone! Thank you.

After my mechanic of 20 years retired, I went on the search for another. Its difficult to find one that does good work but finding one that's competent and honest can be a task.It took about 4 years but I found Mike at Smitty's and have been nothing but 100% impressed and satisfied with their work, their price and their customer service. And the bonus being that they still have that feel of a friendly mom and pop shop at a full service garage.I trust them enough to send my daughter there. And that's about the biggest compliment anyone could give

Don t trust this place. I had a check engine light on and they told me they will inspect my car and tell me what the problem is. The lady was giving me mean looks cause I m not Caucasian. But I m used to it at this point, the mechanic went to my car with a device and connected it to get the codes, he told me he don t know what is the problem is, The mechanic told me they shouldn t charge you go back inside the office, but I heard the mean lady yelling at the mechanic for saying that so the mean lady told me my total is $50 and she wouldn t give me my keys back. So I paid her the money. I could ve gotten the code check from O rilly or autozone for FREE. This place is a scam! The most unprofessional people you will deal with. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN I hope this review was worth that $50 you stole from me !Service: General repairs & maintenance

Smitty's helped save me not only a ton of money but a lot of time. Had some estimates made from a dealership and they quoted me an outrageous amount. I was lucky to find smittys and gave them a call. From the moment they answered the phone they were so nice and supportive! They are a great family business and there are not many Auto repair places left like this. I installed my own front struts and needed an alignment. Originally I went to a local place that specializes in alignments but didn't have the best experience, but I digress.I saw Smitty's was a locally owned mechanic so I reached out. I've always been wary of mechanics due to bad experiences.Denise emailed me promptly and said bring the truck by and they will have a look. I was able to talk to Mike about my concerns and he took way more time than he needed to explain things and ensure me he'll look it over. He performed an amazing alignment, checked my suspension, and was overall super awesome to deal with.I mentioned I am expecting a new u-bolt to show up, and asked if I could come back for him to install it and cut the bolts down, he said no problem. I brought the part in and he was able to install and cut my bolts with no issues. He once again took the time to talk truck stuff and was just super patient with all my questions.Its such a relief to find a stand up business such at Smittys and I look forward to giving him as much business as I can, as well as tell all of my friends.

This shop has been awesome! I highly recommend!(Seemingly odd) a part of me wishes that my vehicles needed their help just so that I could use their services haha! They've reached out to me since the previous time I was there (which has been over a year) to check in with me and offer any help, and I am grateful and yet I also feel kind of bad that I haven't needed an auto mechanic since the previous time. Haha hopefully i am making some sense with this post.Anyways, Mike is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and most definitely sincerely honest. The ma'am that runs the office inside is also helpful and kind. I will most definitely continue to use this place in the future! And I will most definitely tell others.
