The guy was very helpful with his personal experience changing his water pump. The rental of the tools really helps us poor people do our repairs. This is a specific process to help the little guy...thank you so much!Kelley

The O'Reilly's in mustang is very good, the counter help is knowledgeable, and will help you find what your looking for, a heck of a lot better than that auto store in mustang, that place needs guidance

These guys are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a little mishap on some rotors and I believe his name was Tanner he went above and beyond, very professional, great staff, always a great experience.this is why this is my go to Parts store.

Been here a few times and always had good experiences. Had my battery go out on me so I got a new one. Wesley was very helpful. He showed me all my options and installed it. I'll definitely be back if I ever need to have something looked at.

Replaced steering gear box. Junk. Had to replace it 3 times. Finally took bad and got a refund. But lost my core. Was just payed 109 for my core. O'Reillys know there sell bad gearboxs.

The store was clean and stocked. I was asked if I needed any assistance finding anything, promptly after entering store.Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient.

My battery ended up dying on me while I was at Oncue. Luckily I was able to find somebody that could give me a jump they recommended that I come and check out O, O, O, Ol Reilys Auto Parts . OW!I decided to give them a chance, The manager Tanner helped me out. After the battery test it was unfortunate that I needed a new one. Tanner recommended a great battery that will hopefully last me another 5 years like the old one.Tanner seemed extremely passionate about his job and position. I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a chance.

Extremely friendly staff, they did not hesitate at all when I asked to borrow a tool needed to change the battery terminals on my car. To show my appreciation I looked around in the store for some products I would have bought online otherwise, and one of the employees was actually able to help me find a better product at a cheaper price.Also, while I was working on my car in their parking lot the poor Mustang next to me was informed by a staff member, after extensive testing in 100� weather, that his alternator had gone out. I can't speak for how the guy's day went, but from my perspective the other staff members in the store were very helpful and efficient at diagnosing his problem and offering help

Best parts store in mustang hands down, had a battery issue today and the staff did everything they could to get the car car going again since it was currently my only car. Special shout out to tony he went above and beyond to help me. Will definetly be getting all my business

The kids working at this location are not helpful at all. As soon as I started talking about an upper radiator hose he looked lost then just pointed me to aisle 5. He stood at the register the entire time I'm trying to find the part I need instead of offering to help look for it. I'll stick with AutoZone from now on when I'm in Mustang.

I ve been a mechanic for many of years prices are usually good but the help is lousy young kids that think they know everything come on train these kids for their future and the of future of O Reilly Auto Parts . Help is only as good as the manager trains them to be..

Very helpful had a rack an pinion go bad on my gf vehicle price $40 cheaper than competitors was in when they said was able to get old one out new one in with help from my son and staff helped me to find exhaust piece to clamp to existing pipe had to hack saw a section out of exhaust to get bolts out. Im second owner so when this vehicle was assembled it was done wrong The person I delt with was kind and helped me find what I needed not what I wanted to do on 4th of July but the gf is worth it vehicle is up and running just have to get it aligned

Some of the staff was helpful... I was in the store for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me...Autozone staff were more welcoming and acknowledged me sooner (and let me know I would have to wait).

Dusty at the mustang location is awesome went to two other stores and a autozone just to be told the seal we needed was not available or able to be found. He went above and beyond to find what we needed and make sure we got it. Awesome work

I was broke down with a bad battery. Called the mustang location to verify they had the battery. Went and pu battery and went to put it in and they sold me the wrong battery. Had to drive from Tuttle to Mustang again. No apology no I am sorry you had to drive all the way back because I sold you the wrong battery. Would have been nice.

Had to change front rotors and brake pads. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me the right parts and made sure I new the rotors needed to be cleaned off. I like going here and buying the parts I need.

Needed a battery charger/ maintainer for my 2018 Indian Roadmaster. Lots of selections but wasn't sure which one I needed. The associate was very helpful with selecting the right charger for my situation. Two thumbs up!

Went looking for light bulbs, the "kid" behind the counter acted like he was being tortured by working there, then, in the middle of our conversation, his "kid buddies" showed up, in mid sentence he completely ignored me and started talking to his friends, I told him to enjoy his conversation and left, I will no longer Shop there, I highly recommend elsewhere, as the teenagers that work there are not knowledgeable and completely rude. They all have a bright future

Tonight, on the way home from an awards ceremony, a warning light came on in the car to let me know that I needed to inflate my tires. We were at the Tuttle exit sign, the last exit before the interstate entrance, and I didn't want to find myself with a flat tire on I-44 with three little boys in tow. The first place I saw when I pulled into town was O'Reilly Auto Parts and while I realized that it's way outside of their scope to check PSI in tires for people, I decided to ask anyway because I didn't have a tire gauge in my car.A kind gentleman named Charley cheerfully retrieved a tire gauge from a sales rack, went outside with me, checked the PSI in all four tires (30 in all four instead of 33) and advised me that the 3lbs would not make a difference in regards to our safety and being able to travel. I profusely thanked him and when I shook his hand, he said "Safe travels, ma'am. Keep those little boys safe."I SO APPRECIATE the kindness of everyone, but especially people I don't even know. He could have been begrudging or grumpy or annoyed because O'Reilly's doesn't have anything to do with the PSI in my tires. But, instead, he saw a concerned mom with three children and did what he could to make things better.If you live in Mustang,OK, you're well represented in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you, Charley!

If you have an account with Oreillys you better pay attention to your account invoices.If oil is on sale and you are using your account you Did Not get the sale price I don't understand this those of us with accounts spend a lot more money with Oreillys but they will not give us a On Sale Price.
