They told my hubby that they had a certain car battery available. When we got there, they actually didn't, so they gave my husband a better battery at the same quoted price. This place has earned our loyalty. And the people were very nice.

Great selection. If you're looking for more than just the typical autozone and O'Reilly spread of cheap tools and car wax and air fresheners then this is the place. They have tons more hardware. Tons more tools and specialty items. Still didn't have the fuel injectors copper washer seals I was looking for but wyd?

Its an independent Napa, apparently not tied to other Napas so your acounts you have isnt in there system so it doesnt give you discounts and have higher prices than "corporate" Napa's. The owners words not mine.

Due to the new-ness of my truck they didn't have the part I inquired about. They were, none the less, willing to look at my vehicle to see if there was an alternative. I felt like they truly cared and tried their best to help me. Thanks!!!!

These guys have stuff the other stores don't have like clamps and zip ties and such. All sorts of odds and ends here. Friendly people there too.

One of the last local owned NAPAS in the state. Why go to the Ozone and get the run around when you can go here and get the right parts every time.
