They gave me a great price for repairing a vehicle!!!!! I had it towed there and they said they would contact me after the Christmas holiday! They did with a great rate!!I ll update review after I have the final results back.12/27They made contact with me to inform me that the car needed repairs to the fuel tank and sending unit,they advised me of the risk of not replacing the fuel tank,they gave me the updated price of repairs which I feel is fair for the amp of work they will be doing,they also gave me a timeline for repairs to be completed,I m very pleased with this shop so far. I will update the review as soon as I receive the vehicle back!! I m hoping to get this situation resolved and get back on the road! Thanks mustang auto

Recently, my dog and I were in Mustang and discovered that I had a flat tire. I live 2.5 hours away and didn t know of anyone to call. I pulled into On Cue and asked a man for help. It turned out to be someone that worked at Mustang Automative! He had food for his crew, so he took the food back to the shop and then he grabbed his jack. It took him less than five minutes to put my spare on. He was kind and suggested a couple of places to get a new tire. His payment? Help someone less fortunate and to give a review. Thanks for the help Mustang Automotive!

Sent them a non-working 2002 Maxima. Issues with alternator. I am comfortable working on "regular" engines and components. But this car, with the alternator buried on the bottom of the engine...nah, I'll pass..They got the car right in. Diagnostic and inspection services let me know exactly what was going on , and some additional issues i knew were coming.Communication from Collin was fantastic. Always knew what was going on. Loved the professionalism from him, and the service they provided.

Initially came here for a battery issue with my 2010 Honda Accord. Mustang was very open and quick to a short notice appointment and did a proper inspection of my vehicle for areas of concern. Upon learning that I would have to pay much more than I initially thought I would, I was initially a bit frustrated but realized in hindsight that the additional charges were just from sub-par or outright derelict parts on my car (older car, don't take it to a mechanic very often).Even with the heftier than anticipated price tag, I'm glad I went with Mustang as they went above and beyond and corrected not only what I initially came in for, but also several additional things to get my vehicle really in working order. Had I not had these additional things corrected, I'm sure I would've been back within the week, probably under worse circumstances, so I'm glad I did.Overall, Mustang does excellent, comprehensive work. They charge properly for each service/part replacement/repair in my eyes; the only time you'll have an even remotely large bill like myself is if you have simply waited too long since your last comprehensive tune-up/maintenance and problems you didn't know about have added up over time. Great work from Mustang!

Collin has helped me so much I can t even put it into words how thankful I am! He has so much knowledge on cars and is quick to problem solve. My car is old and does crazy things but there s never been anything he couldn t fix! Reputable company and workers go out of their way to assist you. Wouldn t trust my car anywhere else :)

Anytime I have problems with our vehicles I always use mustang automotive they have always been fair and stand behind their work they will give you a ride back to your house or come pick you up if you need it. They are cheaper than anyone else and their work is solid. I don't even consider anywhere else. Look at their parking lot it's always full so they are doing something right

This is going to be a mixed review.I took my wife s car in 2 separate occasions.The first visit, I was having spark plug issues, causing a misfire. They replaced spark plugs and one of the spark plug wires. They looked at the car the same day and fixed the issue. Good experience on that visit.Fast forward several months later.The car starts misfiring again. The spark plug wire that they replaced had a bad connection (cheap wire) and kept coming unplugged when we hit a bump. The car showed the same code as before (cylinder misfire). I took it up there to have them check it out. They called back and said I need a new engine. Apparently they found metal shavings in the oil and would be $13,000 to replace the engine.When he told me I needed a new engine, I could tell in his voice that he wasn t confident in what he was telling me.Soooo I took it to get a second opinion, they said the spark plugs were fouled, injectors were dirty, and possibly had water in the fuel. They put OEM spark plugs, all new wires, cleaned injectors and put water remover in the fuel. Car is running great now! I had them double check the engine for shavings or anything else that would cause an engine to need replaced, they found no sign of anything wrong with the engine.So, either they were trying to upsell me something I didn t need, or they couldn t diagnose the problem and just claimed I needed a new engine.And for that, you get 1 star!Be careful who you trust, get second opinions.Their $13,000 engine replacement ended up being a $500 fix.

Tonyray and his crew are top notch. I have brought my car here since moving into the area almost 2 years ago. Their diagnosis of issues on a 15 year old car have been spot on and not once did they try to up sell me on something that wasn't necessary. You guys are great. Thanks.

I had scheduled an oil change and an A/C checkup. From now on, I will only bring my car to Mustang Automotive for routine maintenance and other issues that might come up. Recently brought in my 2011 Cadillac SRX because it would start but then die after 2 or three minutes. They put it on a computer, I assume, found some sort of computer code which they cleared off, then they started the vehicle and it did not die. They drove it many times, left it running in the yard and it never died. After numerous attempts, got the same result. We came and got it and they charged nothing. Lots of attempts to let it happen again but it did not. I thank them for the work they did and will bring future problems to them.Thanks again.

Tony ray has solved our issues on both vehicles I ve taken in. I took them in for a second opinion and man am I glad I did. Saved thousands by doing so. I feel like their honest and transparent about what needs to be done to your vehicle! These guys are GREAT ! Took my Ford van into their garage in an emergency oil leaking situation. And, I was almost 2 thousand miles from home in Ft. Myers, Fl. Mechanic found the leaking part. It was ordered and within a short time the new part was installed. Shortly after that, I was on my way back to SW Florida. Arrived home safely, with a full amount of oil in the engine. I gotta say, I've been to dozens of mechanics, had some problems with vehicles that no one else could fix. The guys at Mustang Automotive were the first and by far the best. Issues that have been with my car since I first got it are fixed the first time, and fixed well. They absolutely outclass everyone I've been to, fair prices for repairs, quick service, and friendly people. If you're tired of some random Chuck telling you its gonna be at least a month before they get your car in and then they hold it for weeks, don't fix anything right, and then charge thousands, Mustang Automotive will be your saviors. I am so happy to find a good and reliable shop close to home that is very familiar with Hondas. We are a Honda family and it s very important to me to have mechanics who know their stuff. Great work on our 2011 Pilot and 2006 Ridgeline with full initial detailed diagnostics with costs of future repairs that I choose to make. Had an issue with my wheel bearings and brakes, leaving my vehicle not able to drive. Mustang Automotive had it fixed up in a matter of hours! This was something we thought would take close to a week! Great customer service, and very helpful.

Called them twice and left message both times. No reply either time. Guess I will go there and see if they can fix an issue with our car. They explained that Cox had messed up their phone messaging. Took car there and they worked on it. Found brake pads gone and a broken shock along with tire cupping that Rodney said was making the noise. He made the repairs at a fair price. Was very satisfied with the results. Will be taking my truck there next. GOOD FOLKS!Have used them 2 more times since. Both times they correctly diagnosed the problems and made the correct repairs. I have found my permanent repair shop!!

These guys are amazing! A year ago, I took my car in for some service and they fixed it right up! About 3 weeks ago, I had to take my car in for some more services (not related to the previous). They were great! Very quick turn-around time of 1 week with all that we had done. I had expected them to have the car for 2+ weeks. Everything is running so smoothly now. If you are in need of repairs, please go see these guys, they are amazing, friendly, and will find the problem and not just replace parts to add to a big bill. The technician walked me through everything he did to find the problem and solve it, without coasting me an arm and a leg. Truly greatly appreciated all their hard work. On 2/15 I took my 2017 GMC Sierra in for a transmission service. I was told no service was done because of the condition of the transmission and needed a new one, which I expected. I was charged an $138.69 diagnostic fee which would be refunded if I used Mustang Automotive to do the repairs. On 2/16 I called to find out the cost of a rebuilt transmission and was told by Tony Ray that it would be around $4700.00 but would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it but for about a $1000.00 more he could get one with in two to three days and if it was delivered by 2/22 the truck would be ready by 2/24. I agreed to the latter cost. On 2/23 I called to get a total cost of the transmission and was given a total of $5778.62 but he had not received the transmission as of yet. I called again on 2/24 and still no transmission. Again I called on 2/27 and was told the transmission was shipped on 2/24. The excuse for the late shipment was a part could not be obtained for the rebuilt transmission. Tony Ray said if he got the transmission on 2/27 it would be ready on 2/28. 2/28 on no call from Mustang Automotive. 3/1 I finally received a call that the truck was ready. On 2/24 when the truck was not repaired nor the transmission received no thought given as to whether I wanted to continue to wait for this extra charge or not. This is poor customer relations and the $138.69 was not refunded as Tony Ray said would happen.Service: Transmission

I was told my issue would cost $1,486 for entire PCM (computer). I got the code read at Orielly's which said bad camshaft position sensor. Sensor cost $45 and I changed it myself. Problem solved.
