Mike was great and cheerful! They took good care of me, and got my car done a week ahead of schedule! I really appreciated the automatic text updates too.

There was undercarriage damage to my Honda Odyssey that they took care of. From the time we brought it to Gerber until the day it was ready, they texted us with updates as to what phase of repair it was in. It was ready the day they promised, and so far it feels as good as new! The van was cleaned inside and out when we got it back. The staff was very professional and friendly. We will definitely go back if needed!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The entire staff of the Gerber location in Mustang, OK was outstanding! From the estmator, to the scheduler, to the technician, all were great at their job. They went above and beyond fixing my daughters car. She had cosmetic damage other than what was part of the insurance claim (which is what it was in the shop for) and took care of it as well without charging me or the insurance. The car looks great! We are truly blessed by this and appreciate the Gerber Collision Team in Mustang.

I had a great experience getting a mirror replaced and painted. Curtis was fast and efficient with a quote getting me the best quality and price. He kept me updated while waiting on the part to come in. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I only waited about 20 minutes for it to be installed and then I was on my way. I will be recommending this company in the future. Oh and Autumn in the front is a doll! She makes everyone feel welcome and is very courteous. My wife took her car here, got the car back and they didn t blend the paint like they said they did on receipt, so its 2 different colors. The fog light was hanging out and loose. Took the car back to get it fixed.Then we noticed they didn t replace the scratched up headlight like it says they did on the receipt. Took it back a second time to get it replaced, now they Damaged the bumper and fender around the headlight. This place does not care about their work or their customers.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Came in asking for a simple quote had 5 people in office just chatting and laughing when I walked in not doing anything and they told me I was going to have schedule a full week in advance for them to even walk outside and look at the scratches on my fender...

I should have known better! I've used the Mustang location last year for hail damage repair. It was a major repair. I had to take my truck back a few times after it was repaired. Each time they did due diligence to fix the issues. I still have some issues from this initial repair that I haven't taken care of yet or I took care of myself.Take two..I thought I give them a 2nd chance. Scheduled an appointment for undercarriage damage from road trash. Showed up to the appt, but the person who was going to do the inspection was not going to make it due to a personal issue. No problem, they should have let me know and we could've rescheduled, but the work around was to have the receptionist take pictures and she would give to the inspector and he would get back to me. Well no one called back after two weeks. I reached out again and spoke to the same girl who took the pictures, she remembered me and she assured me that she would pass this along and someone would get back to me that afternoon. One week later...still no phone call. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The customer service and repair work from Collision Works was outstanding! They kept me up to date as they progressed through the repairs and I am very satisfied with the work performed. I am exceptionally impressed with the Mustang Collision Works customer service experience, ongoing communication, and quality workmanship of my vehicle repair! I contacted this location for warranty work after a not so pleasant experience at another Collision Works location. I was immediately impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of service advisors, Mike Hennessee and Curtis Cannon, as they walked me through what I should expect of their repair process.I can personally attest to the fact that this company, and especially this location, deeply cares about customer service and satisfaction. I hope that I do not need to contact the professionals at Mustang Collision Works for future vehicle body work or repairs as a result of an auto collision, but I can honestly state that I would not hesitate to contact them again if needed! A special shout-out to the detailing crew who delivered my vehicle to me cleaner than when I dropped it off at your shop! It is value additions like this that separate your location from the rest and place an exclamation mark on customer service!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I was so very happy with our experience at Mustang Collision. We hit a deer with a vehicle that no longer had full coverage on it. We really wanted to keep it a few more years so we went in for an estimate. Not only did they do a great job but, knowing it was coming directly out of pocket, he worked hard to find ways to keep the price down for us. I really appreciated that. Both I and my husband were very pleased with the results and we would definitely recommend them!

I couldn't be more impressed with the overall quality and professionalism of Mustang Collision Center. Not only did they have my car back to me quick, they also kept me updated on the progress. They made sure that everything was working properly before returning my car to me. I am also excited to say they fixed my MyKey issue with my Ford, which was above and beyond what they had to do! So needless to say I will be going to them for all my future repair needs!

I had to get work for my car done as needed a new bumper and fender. Took about a week for the work to complete which was kinda slow. But the final product ended up being far better than I could've hoped for. They took their time and made sure everything was done right! Even the headlights look significantly better than when they came in. I am really impressed with how it looks now! Thanks!

They do excellent work here very friendly and locally owned and operated just recently got it a vehicle of mine repaired here via insurance claim and couldn't be happier with the final product car looks absolutely gorgeous even better than it did before my only complaint about this place is that they did not check my ID to make certain that I was the owner of the vehicle before just handing me the keys and paperwork. They need to start verifying identity and proof of ownership before releasing vehicles. Can't ever be too careful these days, people will try anything

When I came to drop off my car for repairs, the center already had all my paperwork prepared from the insurance company. The work was completed ahead of schedule and I was keep abreast of the work by regular texts. My car looks better than when I bought it!! I cannot say enough good things about Mustang Collision Center.

Everyone at Mustang Collision was very helpful in the whole process. If I ever need any other collision work I would return. When I had a problem with the rental car they let me drive their loaner. They went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Collision Works provides amazing work and will treat you right! Michael Hennesse stayed past his time to leave on a Friday to give me an estimate. The bumper came in damaged which was completely out of their control causing my car rental to be extended and they took care of it! My car came back cleaner than I left it with no signs of damage. The body work and paint job that had to be done looks fantastic!! They also put on the side mirrors on my vehicle as well, and when I picked my car up, I noticed how clean and shiny it was! They had detailed it!! Great service from this Collision Works!!

I had a phenomenal experience!! My car came out looking better than the day I bought it. The staff is incredibly nice and the prices are extremely reasonable. It is clear they prioritize customer service and quality work. I will 100% go back any time I need any work done.

Very poor service! They set up a time for me to drop it off to get started on it after my quote. The vehicle only had damage on the roof and was drivable. Ended up picking up my vehicle after it sat over there for 4 days untouched while I paid for a rental. Very unhappy and will not ever take any vehicle back to them!

Took my Mustang in after being rear ended. I was sent consistent text messages letting me know what stage of repair my car was in and when it may be ready. When I picked it up the work looked great.

I was satisfied with the repair of my F150. They found additional damage and negotiated with the insurance to have it repaired correctly, rather than cheaply. There were delays but they can reasonably be blamed on the insurance company.

If you value your car & your time. This is not the place for you. Who ever they contracted the mechanical work out to put the wrong transmission fluid in my car, busted the brake boosters, engine cradle Is crooked, dented the starter, damaged the alternator & left parts in my back seat. Yes, those parts were stabilizer parts for the frame. This is a State Farm preferred shop BTW.. body work is already cracking & falling apart. I had to have my car towed to a different shop. They caused another $11,000 to my car!!! I wouldn t take my lawnmower to them!!!!
