Over 2 hours waiting time for a simple oil change when the shop claimed it wasn't busy.

My battery tested bad on my dealer s equipment. So I took it to Walmarts auto care, where I had purchased the battery. They offered to test it for free and it came back good on their testers. Which I appreciate checking it out, but I m still having slow start issues and diminished reserve capacity. My dealer insists it is bad. On top of this, when I had picked up my car from Walmart, my hood was not closed correctly. This is a safety issue and not acceptable. Had I not checked, this could have caused an accident. The car wasn t fully engaged in park either. The car was still in accessory and powered on.

Had an issue with my battery cables. Mechanic diagnosed & took care of the problem expertly! New cable connections installed and needed a battery. Didn't cost me an "arm & leg" plus service completed quickly. Thank you!

Got there at 3:40 and waited 15 minutes for anyone to even come to the desk. Saw 2 workers just talking and ignoring the 6 people out there. When she FINALLY got there said they weren't taking any more oil changes for the day. Before 4 p.m. Will not be going back to try and use Auto Care at this Walmart

Never and I mean Never buy a battery from Walmart! I bought my battery in March and it started going bad. O'Reillys tested the battery and alternator and the battery was bad. Walmart tells me they need to test the battery and I can't get a refund only a replacement. Lady at the front counter was nice but management lady had a slight attitude cause I ask questions smh.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Battery, Oil change

Terrible. Absolutely sucked. The man who waited on us was grumpy & very rude; then they told us our tire could not be repaired- the next day we took it to the dealership & they fixed it quickly & easily. Walmart SUCKS

Maybe I am crazier than I realize. You be the judge...Would this upset you?I went to Wal-Mart in Muskogee to get a simple oil change on my truck (my first mistake). They told me when I got there that the oil change bay was empty so it would not be long. Oil changes take about 10 minutes so I looked around for 20. Came back...no truck. Trying to be patient. So I just sat. After over an hour an my truck was still not done I asked what on Earth was going on. The kid behind the desk informs me they have a computer that randomly picks a customer to have the manager come and look at the work and sign off on it, but the manager was not available so they are waiting for him.I told the kid that was not acceptable. The work is done, I am the customer waiting to pay, and that I am over riding their manager's inspection of my truck and I want to leave now. Please bring my truck up.He talked to the mechanic and they both refused.I informed them that you can not legally hold my truck when I am demanding it and willing to make payment. Still refused. So I told them that I am not obligated to wait for their manager and if they do not bring my truck around and allow me to pay that amount to theft and I will call the police.Well that got their attention and they finally got the manager there who still refused to release my truck until he looked at. Fortunately, once he finally got there, he looked at it and finally let me have MY truck back.So would this upset you to be forced to wait an extra hour just so a manager who was too busy to show up could look at you car/truck for 30 seconds? It upset me.

Called and was told my tire was covered by warranty, waited a hour to get it replaced. Just for them to tell me that tire wasn t covered by warranty AFTER putting it on. Should have communicated that to me before putting it on because I could have taken it somewhere else for $60. Rather than paying $122. The only reason I went there was because I was told it was covered by warranty previously. It s always a bad experience going here, something ALWAYS goes wrong. Will be calling corporate.

I ve been to this place three times over the last year and there s one thing I can say is consistent: The people behind the counter and in the shop are very nice folks. They ve always been very helpful and extremely polite.I only know one of their names, her name is LaFawn, but the guy with the earring in the shop and the guy at the counter who s eyebrows are always arched perfectly are some really good and honest folks.I hear stories about people having hard times in the automotive department at other Walmart s, but I never have.Sure, the wait time sucks, but at least the folks there are honest about it and try their best to get you out quickly.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and rebalance. They got it in and out pretty fast for walmart, but after driving it down the road, I realized they balanced the tire incorrectly and had to go back and wait 30 minutes for them to fix it.

Went in to get oil changed. It was $10 cheaper than the Nissan dealership. I told them to change the oil and the air filter, and check the tires, as the Tire maintenance warning was on. I also told him to check the wiper blades. They changed the oil. That's all they did. They said it didn't need a new air filter. I didn't ask them to check it, I asked them to change it. The checklist on my receipt said they checked everything, and vacuumed the floor. (They obviously did not, and they left several pieces of their own trash on the passenger seat.) Guessing that since it was Saturday evening, they just wanted out of there.

Expect a 2-5 hour wait for a 15-20 minute job; such as a simple tire change, JUST ONE TIRE. The cashiers at the register weren't very professional either. One seemed to be doing nothing while the other cluelessly tried to run the register & stopped to answer the phone constantly while the checkout line went around the corner. Seems to be a growing trend, to do the least amount of work in the longest time allowed.

The automotive department here is an absolute joke. Very unprofessional staff and ridiculously slow service. I listened to them laughing about mad customers and the service manager thought it was hilarious when one of the employees told someone the wrong information. The associate, Bowen, is very abbrasive and rude. Had a previous issue with him once before when I went to ask him where something was and he stated "our department is closed" in a very disrespectful tone. I will definitely be going elsewhere for future automotive needs instead.

I have been buying tires at Walmart for many years now. I drive 25k miles a year and have to replace tires every 2 years. Why Walmart, one simple reason...service! They they remove them and put the new ones one the same way every time. They check the torque specs for my vehicle, tighenten the lug nuts, another employee rechecks the torque. They drive it around the parking lot and come back to recheck the torque! Safety first!

Extremely rude. Didn't even get my foot in the door good and the lady at the counter started snapping at me. They have no signs telling where to go so I parked near the door, leaving ppl in the vehicle so I could run and ask where I needed to park. Despite me saying I was planning on moving, the girl told me again that I needed to move or I would be towed. Not even worth one star!

As usual it's just Wal-Mart except they keep raising the prices something fierce. Each month it seems the product selection is smaller and replaced with Walmart brands instead of decent name brands and the prices jump up noticably. It isn't the most affordable place anymore.

For the ones crying about vacuuming on here they don t clean your nasty car out for you it s a courtesy vacuum so if you have trash and clothing items there not gonna take it outta your car and for the ones crying about the wait times you might want to take the time and ask how many people are ahead of you first because guess what it s first come first serve not your the 8th person in line and they skip everyone eles so again if you don t want to wait hours don t be the 10th man in for work being done
