Professional, informative and honest was my experience. There wasn't a question of whether all the requested work had been done. Before leaving they double checked the under hood components to ensure everything was secured. Highly recommend

Rudy (manager) and Justin were so awesome! Checked everything from fluid to lights on the vehicle. They were so kind and explained the whole process! 10/10 recommend!

As long as you only get an oil change, you will be fine. Anything else, I'd be careful. Management is polite, though!

I always use this place because the coupons are a good deal. They have new workers now and I went in 3 days ago with my coupon as normal that didn't expire until November 22 and they told me I couldn't use it. So I had to get cheap oil that I'm not supposed to put in my car. They waited to tell me until after they started that I couldn't use it and that they weren't Taking coupons So I had to pay. Then the same night the sent me another coupon. What a scam. I won't ve back.Service: Oil change

DO NOT WORK HERE, your are overworked to the point of exhaustion for hours with no break even in the heat of summer. the management shows favoritism to individuals they prefer over others & then allows them to do anything without any repercussions. While the rest are forced to work and uphold the policies. Management was also informed that an employee, Justin Stilwell, smoked weed in the bathroom & nothing was done & a customer also complained that he smelt like weed nothing was done putting the rest of the crew in jeopardy. During my employment I witnessed my service center manger damage company property in a rage of anger while there were guests present, which is done often.

Car was working great before I came here, now my engine has a loud clicking noise and my air filters were installed backwards. I'll never have a vehicle serviced by the Valvoline scam artists again.

So I just left Valvoline on Shawnee in Muskogee Spencer Richard and Nicholas was so fast and accurate I was so impressed they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes

I've never had one more pleasant experience changing my oil that I did this time.The guys that worked on it could not have been nicer (even though they were so so hot)They were efficient they were quick and very friendly.He even told me about a problem I have with my suspension. (They don't work on stuff like that and he didn't refer me anywhere so it has nothing to do with that.Also when I called the girl on the phone texted me about $15 off coupon!It was an awesome experience!

Great service. Don't have to vacate automobile. They do it while you sit in your car. Use coupons from online up to 50%off oil changes. Or call customer service to get coupon discount.

Definitely would recommend coming here for an oil change. After using a $25 coupon found online, I only spent $50 on an oil changed. They topped off my coolant and changed my filter. They did a full check over the complete vehicle. They also had amazing customer, and was done in abt 15min. Loved that we could just stay in the car too.

Horribly slow an hour for an oil change is ridiculous; especially for a place that says it s instant and get you out within 15 minutes Staff was friendly, price of an oil change was a bit much.I probably won t be back.

A friendly place full of well-versed team members. They expertly changed my cars oil in less than 20 minutes, all while checking all my fluids and wiper blades! �+ service and all with a smile. Highly recommend

They didn't even vacuum the floorboards out I had to place my own sticker and then windshield and my car still beeps check engine oil soon they kept trying to upsell everything so I ended up paying $129 before it was all said and done

The crew was very professional they got my oil changed quick and I also got fuel filters and over all had a great time, they were very intelligent with any questions I had. They were very honest! I will continue to come back when I need any maintenance done with my truck! Great customer service! Rudy was the guy who helped me and answered all my questions! I got an oil change before starting a long trip. 150 miles later in Muskogee I had to quickly Google somewhere else because I was losing oil.The tech was super friendly even with a finicky hood latch cable that took a while to get open, found that the original tech put the filter in upside down, and even told me to take a couple circles around the block and come back to make sure it was done right this time.Really went above all expectations I had for this type of quick oil change place. And made a trip up to see my dying mother not turn any worse than it already was.

They didn't vacuum the passenger compartment out, and they didn't reset the oil change sensor after doing the oil change.

I have a buick verano, which only takes 5 qts of oil. I stopped here to see how much they'd charge, knowing full well, after having had this car for 120k miles, should be about $65 right now. The first employee who greeted me, Elijah, indicated to me that the vehicle had a 6 qt engine capacity, which would run roughly $100. I almost laughed, but was too shocked to do so. I simply replied "well, I'm used to it being around $65." He said he needed to check with another employee, who came to me, had me pop the hood, read the oil cap, then proceeded to give me the exact same speel as Elijah. I said well I'd have to wait. Fast forward to 2 minutes in the future, and Fast Lube Oil Express, Inc on York, instantly gives me a price of $57, to which I obviously agreed.I don't know if they thought I was just some dumb female, or what, because let's face it ladies, sometimes they just don't think we know, but we know, and we know we know we know....but I digress.Dishonest business practices, and uninformed staff! Will not ever be back, and I'll tell all my friends they shouldn't either.

Saturday afternoon service, no wait and the crew servicing my vehicle were extremely polite and professional. Only issue was my oil change, even with Groupon coupon, was over $100. 8 qts full synthetic blend oil service.

I was not impressed, they continually tried to upsale us, a lot of standing around talking amongst themselves instead of working on changing the oil. It just was not for me, I will not be going back.
