Everyone was very polite. The Jeep I was looking at and talking about with the salesman was mid. I tried to negotiate a little but no counter offer. I m leaving a 1 because I drove a hour to look at it and they wouldn t even budge off the price a penny. Follow everyone s advice in the review thread. There definitely not for supporting your local combat veterans of my state.

I am financing a 2016 Chevy traverse from here and will be paying $10,800. I haven't even had this car for more than a week and it's already in the shop I'm paying another $1,000 to replace all rotors and brake pads and two motor mounts and that's not all that's wrong with it that's only what I can afford to repair right now!!!!!!! I'm so pissed!!!!! I was in there 2 days in a row for hours at a time with my 4-year-old son, they could see I was a single mom and financially not well off. Now this is the only problems I've had with this vehicle so far so it's not too bad but we'll see as time goes on. And I also called about 2 days ago and left a message to call me back and have not received a return call.

DO NOT BUY OR FINANCE A CAR THROUGH THEM! It is all perfect till you drive off the lot and you drive 30 mins down the road and let your car sit and then try to turn it on and it won t start. The problems keep happening and your putting your car in the shop more then you can drive it. You bring it to their attention and they tell you their is nothing they can do. use your warranty and then warranty doesn t cover a single thing on the vehicle! They will not offer any other kind of help they will tell you the shop isn t doing it right and you need to take it elsewhere to spend more money for them to find a list of things wrong with it. The problem has been happening since day one and they will not care and will not help you! Take your business elsewhere on a car that will run and get you places and not the shop! Their business is not worth the stress at all!

Talk about a rip off if you wanna waste your money this would be the best place to go, didn t even drive it. Two hours broke down on the side of the road, called them salesman degraded me started screaming at me so loud I had to take the phone away from my ear and then calls back and apologizes I guess a guilty conscience cause he knew, he sold me something that should ve been in a junkyard. I should ve written a review three months ago but every time I turn around and have to fix something after two months I decided to write a review I made the time this time they just make it to where the vehicle will make it around the block a couple of times You like it you buy it then you regret it Levi boy he is something else puts the R into rude

On January 12 muy son took us there and we brought a 95 Chevy pickup and a white Honda Odyssey van, we drove the van back home to locust Grove then drove it to telaquah on Saturday . Parked it because of the bad weather and our driveway is up hill we didn't drive it again til the 17th got less then a mile from our house and it jumped time, it is $1000 to $1500 for a new mother so there went my $2000

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. There was only one man there which was not Levi that was very nice and considerate. If you can go somewhere else for a car please do this place is not worth your time I should have listened ahead of time. Check out Nissan in Muskogee or Nelson in bixby!!!!

Turbocharger started leaking, coolant started overheating, cruise control went out, all within 4 months, and the best part is they didn't say anything. Oh and my tire psi are switched so my fronts are actually the backs. Worst first car ever!! Changed my tire in the back buts it's actually the front that needed the change. Don't trust this place

I read all the other reviews about sales not returning phone calls. This also happened to me. I m still waiting two days for a call back. The lady answering the phone said he was busy because he was the only one working. Well, I won t be bothering them again!

I stopped in recently to look at a specific car they had for sale. I understand, it's a used car. After test driving it, i discovered several things wrong with the car, and I discussed it with the salesman. It definitely felt like they were trying to cover up the problems and not be completely honest about them.I didn't feel confident enough to buy from them. Ultimately, I bought a vehicle elsewhere.

I have to say that I really like this place, the people are good and the selection of trucks and cars are great, but I have not even had my truck for 8 months and already I have had to rebuild the transmission and now replace the engine. When I bought the truck it had decent miles @ 112K - My good deal left me and my family stranded in New Mexico. My advice is buy low, but plan on replacing or repairing. I wish I would have haggled more.

Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with kept trying to talk over me said that I was yelling but would not let me get a word in whenever I was trying to ask questions and explain stuff all around the worst customer service for a car dealership I've ever had and they lied and said that they don't go off of credit which they do that is the first thing they do is pull your credit but they will tell you that they didn't pull it they had the lender pull it but then they won't give you the contact information for the lender so you can get a copy of your credit report. Violating the federal law on Fair credit reporting act. I will be reporting them

Great transaction. Honest and straightforward. No salesman routine here. This is how used car buying should be. We bought a used Toyota Tacoma and have no regrets which is rare in this industry. Highly recommend Matthew and Levi.

I got a suv from them, with in 2 days it started having issues by the end of 2 weeks it has motor issues, fuel issues, ac issues and more. I tried to get ahold of the owner mat and for a week he doesn't return my calls. I finally get ahold of the salesman and he tells me he had no idea that the car had any issues at all but its a car with 192xxx miles so any issues it has is on me and they have no obligation to fix it. unfortunately they are right I got it as is. I just want others to be aware if you buy from united sports and auto and it turns out to be a bad car they will be hostile with you and tell you are sol. very bad customer service and very piss poor vehicles

Salesman Levi told me he will not run my credit. He gave me a purchase order to take to my bank. After I leave I get a notification that I just had a hard pull on my credit.Levi. You know deep down in your heart that you re a lying s.o.b.

Nobody would wait on us, everyone else that walked in after us got waited on. To bad for them they lost 2 customers and I was paying cash. They shouldn't judge people I had just gotten off work and looked bad guess they thought I was broke.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.They rigged the car to make it look as though it didn't have issues. Check Engine light was disabled on the vehicle. Now I am stuck with a car that has transmission problems. I am a single mother and the car I paid for wasn't cheap. They then offered to let me trade it in 2 weeks after buying it and I thought that was generous until this man explained that all of the problems with the vehicle would be deducted from the price I paid for because "he wouldn't sell this car with these kind of problems to someone." But there wasn't a problem selling it to me with all of these issues. THEY SCAM PEOPLE and do not care. You will have better luck going to any other place than this one.

After 2 days with no communication , all I can do is pray that they are alive somewhere and not Dead. Because the place is full of cars but empty like a graveyard. No response at any of the 3 phone numbers listed = horrible service, don't waste your time. Website should be shut down.

Bought a subaru outback for cash drove fine for about 300 miles, then transmission went out.. called them to try and get some help since I only had it for 2 days. No return phone call. BEWARE don't buy here

Salesman Levi is hooked up busy with sales, keys, test drives, and lot portering the lot but when with customers it's undivided attention. Quickly in and out unlike purchase unlike my previous experience with another dealership.

I generally dislike car dealerships and salesmen. But I found a car outfitted like I wanted on United's website. So I called to ask a few questions. Kyle answered and one of the first things he told me was that the AC didn't work and that there was a rattle in the front end. I was floored! So I drove down on a Saturday and looked at the car. I ended up buying a different car on the lot. I dealt with Kyle and Matt. Both were upfront and honest with me. I felt like they were honest about the cars they had on their lot. They worked with me on the financing also. It took less than 45 minutes to get financed and the paperwork filled out! Quickest I've ever bought a car from a dealer. When I'm ready for my next car, I'll definitely be looking at the ones on their lot! Very satisfied with United!

Was not my experience. But I had a good friend buy from them not too long ago and put down a substantial down payment on a truck to have the transmission go out within 2 weeks. So obviously a discussion was held with management. And to have a customer feel like well it was used, so there are chances something can happen. I will discourage anyone in the future to give them a chance. Yes you have been around and in business a very long time, and will continue to do so. But myself looking at past reviews many major/costly malfunctions seem to happen.

I just bought a car from there and I asked them vehemently if there was anything wrong with the car . This was supposed to be a car for about 6 months the car is already having terrible issues and it has not even been 24 hours . I have finance for this car . I get car dealerships care only about money but this isn't right at all . This is wrong and fraudulent and unethical business

Got my daughter her car here, drove it a month and it was in the shop. Can t get anyone to answer the phone. It s now been in the shop 4 times in less than a year and still won t run. Worst place in Muskogee.

UPDATE to add: when my husband walked in to give you back the keys your sales associate was standing in the office playing with a nerf basketball and not helping any customer but call it what you want lolDefinitely will not recommend anyone go here.Left our name and number after looking at a car and they said their computers were down and they d call us back when they get them back up and running. Never received a call so we went back a week later and looked at it again to try and put an offer in, they went inside and never came back out after saying they d see what they can do very unprofessional and won t be back.

I might up my review later but I've been trying to call this place for going on two weeks to check the availability of a vehicle and NOBODY answers the phone, morning, noon, or evening, so if you're like me and can't show up in person on any given day, don't bother calling, it's a waste of time

We live out of state and just visiting when our vehicle decided to die. The guys at the dealership ship here were great! Honest as car salesmen can be. We test drove an Acura and ended up buying it. Was overall a good experience buying from here. Drove back to our home state with no issues. Always a gamble buying used. So thankful it all worked out

Do NOT GO THERE super rude and assertive general manager, his son was nice and quick to help. He was yelling across the building when we were in the office. After financing a VERY faulty vehicle they were refusing help to trade for a new one or even a return. Super unprofessional and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!ALSO THE GENERAL MANAGER,MATTHEW, GOT IN OUR FACES IN FRONT OF OUR CHILD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!I don't even give them one star. GARBAGE!! He also followed us out the door babbling abou how he knows more than we do and that that messed up truck is our problemNow as young parents we are stuck with a truck that we can't drive and a Contract that we apparently can't cancel... -- posted by Kaitlyn Jameson
