First day of orientation and after meeting and talking with everyone, I have no doubt that I have made the right decision.Everyone I have met either in orientation or just standing outside have been friendly and willing to answer questions.When the employees are happy and relaxed and you can have a good time with, that's a sign the company takes good care of their employees.

Lesley is a recruiter & Kay gets most of your paperwork done in orientation both amazing. And everyone else I met absolutely great My first experience but I think I'm going to enjoy working here.

This is THE greatest place I have ever worked for. Words can not express how amazing Jay, Brenda and my co-workers are. This company works together to ensure that our drivers are top priority and are well taken care of. We do a lot with a smaller staff and always get the job done and done to the best of our abilities. Thank you Trucks For You for this amazing opportunity, it truly has been a blessing to me and my family.

Came to orientation and I was very impressed with the company!The employees were all willing to answer any and all questions!Seeing the employees happy and in good moods shows that this company takes care of their employees.This made me even more comfortable with our discision to sign on with TFY!!!

I work on the Dallas Local Fleet and I Love working here. I ve been here over a year for what that matters, and this company has always been Fair, Flexible and Honest! Any problems I ve ever had here were caused by me not communicating what I had going on. Every time I communicate with someone from the company they are friendly and helpful. Trucks For You is the best company I ve ever worked for and I plan on working here a Long time! Also the equipment is very good!

I was threatened by one of their truck drivers simply because I parked next to him. He got out of his truck looking in between my truck then walking around to my passenger side making hand gestures as if he was saying I could have parked in that spot.I asked if there was a problem and the driver got irate and said, "I got something in my truck for you!" I told him to go on about his business and he walked it off. When I tried to bring it to the company's attention, the lady was condescending, speaking over me, and hung up on me. I reported to the incident to the local state police department.I would not recommend working for this company if you have representatives who wont take your concerns serious and if theyre going to have their drivers out here threatening people for simply parking next to them..Truck number 414, trailer number 60309Red Freightliner Cascadia 126 sleeper tractor.I really think the owner should really be careful who he hires because a bad driver can bring his whole company down!

I will start by saying that I've only been here for less than a month. But i have found the best person in transportation after 25yrs. Mrs. Kay who runs orientation at TFY this lady is awesome in so many way. Her demeanor her tone and her attitude not to mention knowledge. Most of the times its about having someone who will have your back and getting stuff done. You don't always need the correct answer for your liking but no you have someone fighting for you and with you. If i ever had to make a choice to stay or leave it would be a very very hard decision. And it would be all because of Mrs. Kay there are not enough words to describe this Lady. And i mean it from the bottom of my . She is absolutely positively amazing. Much love Mrs Kay

Orientation at this company is easy to follow, well organized, and informative. Ms. Kay is patient and knowledgeable, she kept the class on track and moving forward at a manageable pace. Truck assignment occurs on the first day of orientation and you bring your rental car onsite to load your truck. Facilities are well maintained and well appointed. Everyone has been friendly and respectful. Transparency, honesty, and respect seem like core principles to everyone I encountered. I will update the review after 90 days and a year.

One of the drivers was in Kansas City, the trucker moved into the center lane after being in the far right lane. I moved over into the right lane as this was my exist. As I m turning into the s turn of the exit, this trucker came flying back over and pushed me out of the lane and into the side, luckily I was able to steer clear and not get hit by this complete idiot of a driver, (Next time miss your exit and find another) instead of putting a family s life in danger. COMPLETE jack a$$. He then proceeded to tail gate me, I refused to let him get in front of me because of his driving, afraid he might do something again. He then got along side of me, after me flipping him off multiple times, started hanging out of his window to record ME! As if I was being the idiot. Idk who this toothless Joe hillbilly was but he needs to be fired. He kept antagonizing the situation, making faces, sticking his phone out the window. Finally I called his dispatch to report him. Way to represent your company toothless Joe. Tuck 203 trailer 53..

For almost six years, TFY has been a blessing in my life. In my time here, I have grown in all aspects. From the Safety department to Operations and now in Sales, I have always felt right at home. TFY continues to teach me new things and I am in it for the long haul! God bless TFY.

I just started with this company. I had some prior engagements to take care of and they have been extremely understanding and helpful. The people here are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have certain food allergies and Kay went out of her way to make sure I was good for lunch. I am striving to get my ring!!!

Hired on Tuesday truck not ready till Friday. Dispatch says no loads available till Monday. Return Monday check out truck real good flat tire go to shop. They take back the keys and say I don't want to work. I was fortunate to get out early. Not willing to run on a flat tire angered them as they wanted to charge a week's lease but had no loads available. Nice facility though good loads average pay and equipment

The driver who was in Dallas on 2/25 on I30 was absolutely horrible. Not abiding by proper traffic situations and about sandwiched me between them and another truck while he tried to merge in a construction zone. Afterwards felt the need to tailgate me. I wouldn t trust this type of driver with anything I felt was precious cargo. DOT290541

TFY do not give employees of the month to people who handle late loads for them, get loads there destinations a day early. TFY does not recognize people who complete their work on time and ask for extra work. You are rewarded if you shut up.

I just started a week ago and tfy has been great. Getting the miles. And they don't bug you while you're working. I should have came here long time ago. The people at the office are very helpful and great people. They make you feel at home here

I pass by their terminal on a regular basis and it's always nice and clean. Their website has the necessary information, they provide engaging content on their socials and I have talked with the Marketing Director and it was a pleasant experience.

I have been in the trucking industry for 42 years..and no one should ever work for a trucking company that only has lease purchase programs.That tell you more then no they can't make it with company drivers..the want you to pay all the bills by l/p..Stay away from this company

Thank you Laura for the blanket my daughter loved it and it means so much to all of us for TFY to still go above and beyond to help their truck family. My dad loved this company and is greatly missed and I know he is watching over all of us. Thank you again and God Bless.
