I took my Nissan Titan diesel to the service department to have a couple issues addressed. A week later they call and say it s ready to be picked up and good to go. Paid $721 and the check engine light was still on and absolutely no improvement in performance. They didn t even have the courtesy to tell me they were unable to fix the issue. I took it straight back and they told me the technician couldn t get the check engine light to go off and that I would need to take it to Tulsa to a Nissan dealer. I called and spoke to the service manager Caleb and was only offered an oil change in return. Said that is with $200 to $250, I hope that is not what they charge because I pay $90 at oil express. They can keep their oil change. I will never take a vehicle there again. I definitely do not recommend their service department.

I m more than impressed with Tommy Nix of Muskogee! They did a incredible job today! Jon did my oil change! He made sure I had a reminder sticker, my windshield wiper fluid was filled, my tires were rotated ALL done in a timely manner! Al detailed my car & he did a immaculate job! My Jeep Grand Cherokee L looks like it did the day I drove it off the lot! Reid, the service advisor was very kind & professional. Hands down the best service experience!

My husband and I had a great experience here. Ryan, our salesman, was very nice. He let me test drive several vehicles and did not pressure me. He did everything he could to make sure we got the perfect car for us. Everyone was great!!

Had my vehicle dropped off here after an accident, they were supposed to work with me and my insurance agents to make sure I got all my belongings out of the vehicle before it left their lot. With plenty of communication from both my agent and I stating that I would be in to clean out my vehicle and not to tow the vehicle before 2pm, the dealership failed to hold up their end and my vehicle and belongings weren't on the lot as of 1pm with no notice to me that it was gone or that I should come earlier to get my things. I was going to try and use them to find a new vehicle since that one was totalled, but not if this is how they treat customers.

Came in at 8:30am into the service area. Nothing being worked on. Asked to see someone about checking my car and scheduling work. I was told come back next week. I asked what if I knew what was wrong, still come back next Friday. I guess Tommy won't be undersold, but they also don't want to work on your car either.

Drove 3 hours from Dallas to purchase my truck from this dealership. The sales Manager, Bobby Joe, and sales rep, John, made it an easy transaction. Very straight forward deal. Hopefully ill get to pick up my next truck from these guys

Thank you to everyone working at Tommy Nix Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Muskogee! You're the best! Kat Wheeler and Bobbie Jo were especially amazing! Everyone there was very professional, quick to respond to any questions I had, going above and beyond assisting me with my purchase. They actually helped me get my dream car, plus they even delivered it to me! I'm still astounded with how well everything went. From the first initial inquiry about the car to finalizing the paperwork, they were understanding and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Truly, it was exceptional. I would never think to go anywhere else to buy another vehicle.

Service guys are idiots they don't even know how to open the hood everyone that works there is stupid 4 weeks for a jacked up Hood and an air conditioning fan that rattles now

I've purchased two vehicles from them and from now on I'll never buy from anyone else! Ryan was and will always be my salesman the next time I need another vehicle. We did 90 percent of both purchases via text messages and emails and each time I went to pick up my vehicles the transactions were hassle free and they are pretty quick with the paperwork. I 100% recommend this dealer to the fullest. If I could rate them1000 stars I would. We were on our way home from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania when our dodge truck went into limp mode. The entire team was amazing, helpful, and kind from sales team to the mechanics. They had our truck diagnosed and back on the road in no time. The diesel mechanic Brett, especially went out of his way staying with us past his shift to make sure we were set, even lended me his personal vehicle so I could go run to get my daughter dinner. I would trust them 100% and take any vehicle there for service or even buy from them. They will not steer you wrong and are 100% about helping you. I can t rave enough about this place! Appt. on Friday @ 11:30 for a full diagnostic for my truck stalling and engine light. Got there and they sd there was no appt. written down. Made appt for Mon and left truck. Mon end of business, two of 3 recalls fixed, ordered parts for the third. They sd engine light was off and truck never stalled. Unlikely since it stalls with every drive or idle and the light has never turned off. Actually it turned on 15 minutes into the drive. Coincidence? It stalled in the driveway as well.

Tommy Nix of Muskogee was incredibly amazing to deal with on the purchase of my 2019 Dodge Ram Classic pickup!! They went above and beyond on so many levels to ensure a personal as well as product satisfaction. From financing to installing desired accessories, they were top notch. Chad Krifa was a great young man to work with in the sales area, even went out in the rain to help me out on a test drive!! Ronnie Pressley, manager, has been extremely helpful in every area possible, including after the sale. It says a lot about these men that are willing to extend a hand -even after a sale is completed. Thank you guys so very much for being such a pleasure right here in Muskogee.

Will, Evan, and Lisa went above and beyond helping us replace a battery and a Z Fuse. The quantity and quality of care was phenomenal. We will not take our Jeep anywhere else. They fit us in at the last moment on a Friday night and fixed our vehicle. Again thank you so much for the kindness and care. We will be back!

Would like to thank Kat Wheeler and the entire Staff at Tommy Nix Dodge. They helped my son get into his first truck !!! They were extremely helpful and positive through the whole process. Worked with the sales rep Levi the hole process and he was awesome. We were able to get the truck we wanted and had the deal basically done by the time we arrived to pick it up. It was a great all around experience from start to finish.

Service department was amazing. Helped my.husband out in what he needed.The staff that greets you for the car lot. They were kinda Rude. But Lane in service department was a Big help. . . For Lane. Service department was very polite by all who we talked to.

The worst service experience I have ever had! They have had my 2005 dodge almost a year and even after NOT fixing it I have an over 400$ bill! They won t release my truck until paid in full. No arrangement options

Had a decent experience purchasing my wifes wrangler. Dealership was suppose to pay to have a remote start put on, after the remote start was installed we started having problems with the Jeep. They refused to do anything about it, I had to personally take it to the place that put it on and have it removed. So no remote start now.....

My 2021 Dodge Durango was towed here because a hose became loose and it caused my car to overheat. They fixed my hose, but my car horn no longer works. I finally took it to another shop to get the horn fixed, and they just told me that they will have to take the whole bumper off to figure out why the car horn isn t honking. How do you mess up a car horn replacing a hose????

Took my jeep renegade in to get transmission checked out and a rattle I was told my swaybar links were bad and was charged 150 dollars for diagnosis and 400 dollars to replace when I asked about the transmission I was told it wasn't was out of warranty and it's not covered under power train when I have a 100000 mile warranty

If you want your car parts put on someone else's car, then come here! If you wanna be told rattling noises are normal under your hood then come here! If want to set an appointment and have your vehicle setting for 5 days only to find out they havent gotten to it yet, come here! Basically if you wanna waste your time, come here!!! This place is a joke!

The folks at Tommy next were so warm and frivolous I'm warm and fruitful to me and my lady but she's at a distance away and ensuring that I was able and with the speed officials she received my card back thank you so much I highly recommend any other facilities that there are facilities that Tommy nicks is involved with why did go you guys in Moscow.

They have all new sales manager salesman's very good people to sit and talk to very professional very nice I enjoyed we just took our truck in there for service the service department was awesome helpful explain things to you very professional I will buy a car from them when we're ready for another truck
