Dont recommend this guys . They are cheaters!!!First time we used service for tire change they charged $55 for mount and dismount, paid $250 in TTL including tire etc. We came next time, they told if driver can make it by 5pm they will not charge after hrs fee, driver arrived exactly at 5:00pm , those guys not only charged service call fee (after hrs fee) in the amt of $95 , but they charged $145 for mount and dismount while they should have charged $55.Same driver had mechanical issues. For replacing LF airbag Smith Diesel charged 2hrs labor while it took 1hr to complete jobBilled amt during that day was: $947.52 (overcharged $330)-changing tire $436.47 (overcharged $185, they should have charged $250)-airbag change $511.05 (overcharged $145)

Jimmy and his team are beyond amazing. We broke down on the road and called somewhere else first and they couldn t come out til the afternoon. We called Jimmy and he said I ll be right there and within 30 minutes he was onsite diagnosing. We had to be towed and the gentleman from their business who came was the utmost professional and so careful with our rig. Once back at the shop, they let us plug into their 50amp so our food wouldn t spoil in the trailer and when their plug wouldn t work they went to Lowes to get another 50 amp breaker. And they let us hook up to water and even said if it can t be repaired til tomorrow you guys can just camp here. My heart was seriously touched by their kindness and going over and above for us Texans. Truck was fixed and even though they still offered for us to stay, we are back on the road. Everyone we came into contact with at this repair shop was kind and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

good afternoon I am from you went to do a road service at night and told me that you could not fix it because I had to do it in a shop I give you a tip go grab mechanic classes was and fix the truck in an hour right there if you don't know mechanics i'm a professor of mechanics at a university to teach you in Dallas TX you can't really get the people from fraud i'm going to put it on the internet that you are scammers Smith diesel repair

Amazing service! They came out to my truck on July 4th and had me repaired and on my way. It took them less than 2 hours from first call to tires rolling. Impressive when most service companies aren't even at your truck in 2 hours on a non holiday! A++, two thumbs way up.

Went in to get a used tire after a blowout. They gave me a tire that has metal showing already and charged me almost $300. You a@#holes just remember that karma's a bi$%th

Honest shop. We had a truck towed and repaired here. The bill was around the target our own shop priced it at. I'd recommend going here if you need your truck repaired or even call their mobile service. If you need a tow, they have their own tow trucks. We had a drive shaft replaced which took two days mainly due to the parts not delivering until the second day. Overall good experience and fair pricing.

Never been treated better. Quick, fair price!! Great staff. They know how to treat truckers. We have 6 drivers in Oklahoma alot. They all will have your # when I get back to Kansas. Thank You!!

First and last experience with this place ! Road service tech named bill is a hot head. I felt as if at any given time it wasn't a safe place to be. I'm not accustomed to rude behavior from the help. lowest rating is because of the fact I was made to feel unsafe at this business .

Great guys! Took us too and from our hotel. Got our semi fixed in a couple of hours and got us back on the road. The owner is super and the mechanics are great and know what they're doing. I can't say enough. Thank u so much!

Truck wouldn't start one cold Sept. morn. They were called thru the company breakdown service and came out fairly quickly. The technician was really cute & friendly but his name now escapes me as it was almost 2 months ago. Anyhoo he got me jump started and told me I possibly had a bad battery or batteries. I passed that on to the company shop techs and I wish they had of listened but instead they replaced my starter. The following week I needed a jump start again. Took a different company an hr to get my battery charged enough to crank. Took it back to the company shop and it turns out I needed new batteries (just like Smith's tech said I did). So awesome mobile repair tech for helping me and being knowledgeable!!

The crew at Smith diesel is awesome, I've never had much if any wait time to get my truck or trailer worked on and they were fast and efficient. Great company for your truck and trailer repairs or even a trailer wash out. Couldn't be happier to have a LOCAL company without having to drive 40-50 miles. Highly recommend the Smith diesel crew.

These guys are awesome! I had a broken trailer door and they had it fixed in no time. I was able to pick up my load and still make on time delivery. Highly recommend.

I got stranded here while transporting a truck to Missouri from Texas. Ryan was very accommodating letting us store the truck at his place.When it came time to fixing the truck we gave a deposit for the repairs. After the repair was completed they actually refunded us money because there was a lot less wrong with the truck than originally anticipated.They could've taken advantage of us but didn't. This is an honest, ethical shop.I was able to complete the drive in the repaired truck back to Missouri without incident.Thanks!

This place sucks big time. Mechanics all had 0 personality. Couldn t do a job as simple as straightening a couple mud flap brackets and then accused me of being OCD. Will never give these losers any of my business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zero stars. There is a lack of communication and knowledge on certain procedures. They quoted our towing fee WRONG by $50. Then, they told us WRONG information about methods of payment. When I addressed the so called manager, which he shouldn't be because he lacks customer service skills, he kept cutting me off when I was talking. He did not apologize. He did not fix the price. All he accomplished was being rude, cutting me off, oh, and acknowledge his tech gave us the wrong information but it wasn't his fault because "well he's the tech." Excuse me? So that justifies all the misinformation given. I had to pay this horrible company $2,500. What a shame. AVOID COMING HERE. They only get away with this kind of awful behavior because people have emergencies i.e truck breaking down on the side of the road. Hopefully, my truck is fixed properly.

I use this place often and will again. If Terry is there, I never seem to have a problem. If he's not, bad communication between the crew. Work is always top quality, just sometimes the customer service isn't what it could be. Lori is always on top of things.

They are excellent. Those guys knew what they doing. I been there many times and everything time they fix my problem and quickly. I will recommend to everyone who wants there job done get to this place. I promise you will not be disappointed

My employer has sent me here numerous times for repairs on trailers and on my tractor, and each time they have been nice, respectful and quick. I wish more shops were like the men, and woman, here at Smith Diesel.

DONT COME HERE!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here for repair, They are very overpriced. They charged $1,104 for a $800 Truck Compressor. When called in and spoke to the manager, very rude and told he didn't have a receipt for parts because he knew they didn't pay $1,104. THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED ITS A TOTAL RIPOFF. OVERPRICED/RUDE/NO EXPLANATION FOR BILL

Call Love's in Weber Falls!!!! Smith Diesel will leave you stranded and won't bother to call you. Waited for over 3 hrs on the side of the highway. No calls, No updates. When they finally answered their phone they gave me all kinds of BS excuses. ZERO STARS Terrible Service!
