What an amazing place! So honest and they do such great work! Speedy and very affordable. Thank you for being such great people and taking care of others.AND they even loaned us a vehicle to drive while ours is getting fixed at no charge. You don t get any better than that.

1 star is being extremely nice.But this shop is the worst that I have ever seen. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.We paid to have a vehicle towed to them and even paid what they charged us when we picked up our vehicle after it was there for a year (and we have the receipts) waiting to be fixed and we were lied to the entire time.When we pulled our vehicle from this place, it was in worse condition than it was in when it went there.Now we re having to take it it another shop to be fixed and to repair what Six Shooter did to it.Six Shooter has proven to be nothing more than a wanna be chop shop and scammers.Best to avoid this place at all cost.They will lie to you right to your face.It s also very convenient for them that no one can reply to their comments about these reviews.

Stay away from this place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They ve had my truck for over 2 years now. I was patient as they kept giving me excuses why they haven t pulled my truck into the shop. Once they finally did work on it the over charged me on my quote by $3k they told me I had 3 days to pick up my truck or they will start charging me $75 a day and after 30 days they was gonna sell my truck. After I was patient for two years while they worked on my truck this is how they treated me. I m a combat veteran who need his dads truck fixed up to surprise my dad. They shared info about my truck with other people who came to there shop with out me giving consent. They did work on my truck and charged me for it with out sending me a quote or estimate first, they just did the work and told me I had to pay for it. Which is against the laws in Oklahoma. They never sent me a quote until the finished all the work and told me I had to pay in full, even tho I didn t ok some of the work being done. They just did and charged me which is against the law. This has been horrible. No one should ever deal with this or come to them for work. I m currently filling a lawsuit against this company. I ve reported them to the AG of Oklahoma and to the BBB for investigation as well. STAY FAR AWAY. I d go to anyone else over these guys.

These guys not only did a great job for a great price but even had someone come into the shop on a day everyone is off just so I could have my car back. Good ole boy system never fails. Highly recommend

This s a terrible shop to take any vehicle to. I took my truck to them to and they took a year to try and fix my truck. I would call for an update and they would tell me one thing and the next time I called for an update they would tell me something completely different. I finally got my truck back and it was in worse condition than when I left it with them. My advice DONT let them work on your vehicle

Went in for a radiator flush and AC/heat repair, and I was not disappointed. The owner and employees are professional, knowledgeable, competent. I highly recommend.

Fantastically communicative about repairs to be done, time availability, and price. Speedy turnaround. Great work. What really stood out for me is how detailed the printout repair order was, and how packed with information that i (someone who does not know much about cars) can actually understand and use! I was blessed to come in contact and meet such great souls. They have most definitely restored my faith in humanity. They genuinely have big hearts & great work ethic! They are always willing to work with me and my tight schedule, & willing to get me in and out considering I have children who depend on me. If I could give them more stars I would!! Best Emergency Auto Repair While Traveling experience!Passing through the area when the engine blew a sparkplug out. They took a little while to get to our vehicle due to the shop being busy, but I am very happy with thier work anyways. I felt the price I was charged for the work was fair and not nearly as outrageous as I was expecting to pay for my vehicles ridiculous problem. I had my vehicle in other shops who could not solve my cars problem and then we came to 6 shooter and they got us going in a reasonable amount of time.

Wonderful people who did a great job of getting us back on the road. We had engine trouble with our motorhome as we were passing through. Every dealer we called told us they were weeks out. ^ Shooter was very busy but fit us in during a very busy time for them. Issue was a leaky manifold gasket had gotten ignition coil packs wet so they shorted out. Took the time to find the problem, explained the possible repairs, and then got us on our way. Really impressed with how much they cared about people who are unlikely to be repeat customers.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Handled my extended warranty AC repair on my 2015 GMC Sierra. They contacted the company and got the repairs done. Great job, very happy with them. They got me scheduled and had my truck in and out in a few days. Very Happy with 6 shooter. I needed front and rear brakes done and the day I called for an estimate they were able to fit me in to get the job done. Very nice woman at the front desk. I will definitely return if I have any other mechanical needs.

Great service and Prices. I have had my pickup to them twice in the last couple of years and have gotten great service both times. They are quick and Very friendly folks. What I can't do myself I will definitely take to them. You can't beat the service or the prices you will get from Six Shooters Auto repair.

Best auto repair experience ever! If you have to break down, make sure it's near Muskogee and make your way straight to 6 Shooter Auto Repair. They treated me like family, and got me back on the road in no time. Techs Nick and Bill were great, as were the owners James and Charlene. Phenomenal customer service and honest prices. Thanks again for your help!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Made an appointment and they had my vehicle for over a week. Never called once. I called over a week later, and I asked when they could do it. The lady told me she had to check her appointmets and would call me back in 30 minutes. Never got a call. They are friendly but the most unprofessional mechanic I've used. I can't reccomend anyone else but avoid this place at all costs.Service: Air conditioning

I would highly recommend going here. I took my mini cooper in and they accurately diagnosed my problem. They even had the parts ordered before I got there based on my description so they could repair it that day. When the part they ordered was faulty they got me a cheaper temporary part and stayed late to get me back on the road that day with the replacement part coming in the next day at no extra charge. They also found something else and got that fixed as well. Really appreciate the hard work.

Excellent service and great work. Called in the morning for a quote and they had me in there that afternoon and got my truck fixed and running like new. My couldn't get me in for two weeks and quoted me more. Thank you 6 Shooter!!!

If I could give this group 6 out of 5 stars, I would. My car wouldn't start in town around 2PM. Called them after being turned away by another mechanic and they squeezed me in 2.5 hours before closing. Charlene told me on the phone "we always try to help travelers" she was 100% serious. I needed a part from Tulsa that wouldn't get there until the next morning, despite my need to get to OKC that night. So they DROVE TO TULSA THAT NIGHT to get the part. Installed it at 8PM and I was on the road by days end. Very reasonably priced and they actually care about their customers, which is a rarity in today's world.I have people I met that day in the town for the first time that I will be going out of my way to recommend this group. Never had a better auto experience in my life.

6 Shooter Auto is awesome! I broke down in Muskogee coming from Missouri to Texas and these guys stayed late the night before Thanksgiving to fix my car. They put in extra time to assure my car was safe to travel to Texas. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience! The 6 Shooter Auto Repair team took care of us from start to finish! After leaving Arlington, TX we experienced a problem with one of our wheels and luckily found the best customer service in all of Oklahoma! We enjoyed meeting the team, owners James and Charlene and their boys, and Nick took great care of our vehicle and explained everything throughout the process. Can't recommend them enough. You don't ever wish anything to happen to your car, but if it does, you wish you had a local mechanic like the team at 6 Shooter!

We bought a used van, and shortly thereafter, the transmission went out. They obtained a rebuilt transmission and replaced it in a timely manner for a reasonable price. The transmission had a local warranty.A week later, while driving to Minnesota, the transmission went out again in Illinois. We reached an agreement that I would have the transmission removed and shipped back to them, and they would honor the warranty for the repair, and ship it back. I covered the coat of removal and reinstallation, and shopping to them. They would pay for the return shopping. They estimated a two day turn around. When I first called back to check on the status of the rebuild, they told me that the time estimate was actually a week. After two weeks, I checked back again. They said they had the transmission back and it would ship the next day. Two days later, I called to see if out had shipped, and when I could expect delivery. I was told that the shipping company had not yet picked it up, but that they would call them to find out what was going on, and that they would call me back, or I could call back in ten minutes. Two hours later, when I called back, the owner chewed me out for bugging him, and told me that they would call me when it ships and hung up on me. In the three weeks that I've been dealing with this, the only time the have called me was when the transmission arrived and the shipper mistakenly tried to charge them, which I immediately took care of.This shop has a good reputation, but I feel they need to seriously work on their communication and customer service.

Hands down the only people I'll trust with my vehicles. It's hard to find a family oriented business these days. They go above and beyond for their customers. James and Charlene are amazing people.

The owners of this shop were awesome! We had an issue with the RV we were renting, and they fixed it on the spot at NO CHARGE. So refreshing, considering all that s going on in our world right now. Would recommend this facility to anyone in the Muskogee area!

Very trust worthy folks, I'll only take my vehicles here. I love the fact that they don't talk down to you if your a woman. They explain things to you and MOST IMPORTANTLY they don't fix anything until they're told to by owner. Best auto shop I've been to.

We broke down not far from Muskogee during a relocation from Atlanta to Seattle. We chose 6 Shooter Auto Repair based on their positive reviews and their proximity to our hotel. James and Charlene prioritized the replacement of our battery so that we could get back on the road quickly. I found them to be considerate, fair to deal with, and very welcoming during a really stressful time in our lives. I even watched them shuttle customers back to work and home while their vehicles were being worked on! I really wish I could clone the Gilleans and their team and move them out West with us.
