Customer service was great! I went in for an alignment and they had me in and out in like 30 minutes. I also like how they test drove my car several times to make sure it was right. Definitely will use them again!! Thanks so much guys!!

I was amazed to go here for the FIRST time, a lone female, and these guys made me feel comfortable! I got a front wheel alignment and am extremely happy with the price as much as the Service! They were honest & kind by telling me I did not need the back aligned. Thank you Sam and Paul

If the internet shows them closed...call them anyway because they're not closed.I took my 'new to me' motorhome in to have alignment and tires checked.Top notch service with detailed information and some education tips for a new RVer. They will be my goto for any of my tire needs in the future.Glad to find good old fashioned customer service still exists some places.Thanks for everything, Sam!

I CAN'T THINK OF ANY BUSINESS THAT I WOULD GIVE A STRONGER RECOMMENDATION! A friend recommended them to me because I NEEDED front end work on the love of my life, my 2000 Chrysler 300M.I knew that it needed many things done to it, but I asked them to diagnose everything and break it down for me by safety/importance.They did just that, explained everything, and surely one by one we are getting everything repaired on it.These guys are great at what they do and they take pride in their work.

I don't trust mechanics. Single female here. Another shop informed me that my front end was severely damaged which was why they couldn't do my alignment properly...,.....and why they made it worse. They couldn't fix my car so they referred me to Shelton and Gray. I took my car over to them and told them what my problem was. They could have accepted my explanation and charged me to fix or replace my front end and I would never have been the wiser. Instead Sam asked me one question and with my answer my repair went from in the thousands to under 200.00 dollars!!!!! The other shop was to lazy to do the job and lied about what the problem is!!!!! Shelton and Gray have my business for LIFE!!!! They are honest.......trustworthy......and......dependable!!!!!!!!!

From the time I called around 7 am to the time I took my Mercedes in at 1 pm, my front and rear wheel alignment was done at 2 pm, only took one hour. I was very pleased with the service I received and they were very reasonable.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Use these guys. I came in for an alignment, he didn't just make an adjustment and push it out the door, he made an adjustment took it for a test drive made another adjustment drove it again and didn't stop till he was satisfied. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my truck is back to driving nice and straight. Honest and fair priced is correct

I have now used this company two times. and in each case they advised me what was needed in a conservative way. If they could not help me they advised me who might. And were incrediby reasonable with their services as far as dollars. Should I take a car to them a third time, from what I have seen, and they charge me a lot, I expect that somewhere else would not have done as good a job and charge me a lot more.

I took my car to be checked to see if I needed any maintenance done and they checked out everything and assured me that everything was good. They could have found "SOMETHING" to replace that was unnecessary but they don't work like that! I love honest people!#ifitaintbrokedontfixit!

A++ TO SHELTON AND GRAY WHEEL SERVICE.I WENT IN WITH GRINDING WHEN I PUT ON MY BRAKES ON MY TOYOTA. THEY HAD HECK FINDING MY PROBLEM. PLUS THEY ALLIGNED MY TRUCK. I JUST SUPPOSEINGLY, HAD IT LIGNED AT ANOTHER PLACE ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. SHELTON AND GRAY ALIGNMENT IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN OTHER PLACE. ITS LIKE DRIVING A NEW TRUCK AGAIN. THE BEST YET. I went in , with what I thought was a bad front end or tie rod. Ended up being two front tires.I think they were a fair price. I would recommend them.
