Everyone is so nice and white and they can help you to put it on what type of tire you need I have all trains highway tires truck tires just depending on what time are you looking for and they have different variety of tire companies that they go by and they can recycle your old tires or they can tell you you can keep your other tires and they have different promotions going on depending on the holiday but they make sure they are by your best interest on tires it's just the very just depends and berries on what type of tire you're looking for what type of vehicle you need it for they can realign everything and also they have different packages depending on what type of package you need or want tell you also that you can pay monthly or weekly just varies on what you want to do but they try to work with you on your tire package depending on if you're missing or light on your payment

From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! Their is no other tire place we would go to. Everyone was super friendly & nice from front desk to the office ladies to the guys who put our new wheels on. I want to give a big shout out to Justin who took the time to answer any questions or concerns we may have had, and provided us with all the options available.

******THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN STEALING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A EXACT PAYMENT HISTORY!!! DO NOT HAVE AUTO DRAFT BECAUSE THEY ARE GOING TO ROB YOU.******I got some rims for around 1200. I agreed to pay them off quick AND I DID!!! I paid them off way before the 180 same as cash date. They was taken 100-150 out of my account each week since July 2023. I called in Nov and told a lady name Jennifer i wanted a payoff/payment history sent via email and not to charge my account again. The charges did not stop and i never received a payment history in my email. I informed her that i doubt i owe anything and she needed to check. Anyway, withdraws for 100.00-150.00 a week kept coming out my account. I went into the store 02/13/24 and they was only putting little over 5 bucks to my account. Well where did the other 90 something dollars go?Anyway please please be careful because they knew they messed up soon as i was telling them to look at my account. I asked for a payment history and balance and they told me i still owe over 500 yesterday but then they closed my account out quick and said they would send me a 600 dollar check in the mail. LOL They owe me way more than that.MAKE IT MAKE SENSE RNR!!!!!!Also they need someone looking into this because this is a major error!! I am sure I am not the only one who they have done this to!!!!!

This is the place you want to go! My tires were bald and I didn't have enough money to buy some immediately. They have in house financing, they got me hooked up for a good affordable plan with choices between weekly, biweekly, or monthly! 6 months same as cash or if you're really strapped for cash you can go for 18 months. I feel much safer driving now knowing I have new nice tires and an alignment! They offer alignments, replacements for road accidents to your financed tires, and rotations all included into the price you're paying for 4 new tires. Everybody was so helpful and kind. The mechanics are working super hard and I didn't mind waiting a little while. Thank you for what you offer and for being so kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend to anybody out there needing tires or rims!

I deleted my review of this place, as I had told one of their employees I would. Justin & Jennifer were kind to me, however MY situation was NOT resolved & I was VERY unhappy & unsatisfied and can honestly NOT recommend them. Really it is not worth it, unless you like wasting money. Just being honest.

So friendly and helpful!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance. We were on our way home from celebrating Christmas with the grandkids (& their parents ) and ran into tire problems. We were in and out of there in a very short amount of time. So grateful to the gentleman who helped us! Thank you again!!

Told me I was qualified for a loan before I got there for 4 tires and then when I got there they said I wasn't qualified yet! They lost my business at that point and Harrison Tire got my business the same day! I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this business, their finance is twice as high as Harrison Tire! Would rate zero stars if possible, please don't finance here!

Edit number 2 got new tire put on but was told I still have not received credit as promised and the "owner " that replied never reached out after emailing as he requested. The lady that works there though went and bought my replacement lug nuts and she was a super sweet lady !*Edit: spoke with management today again and they are trying to make it better so i will raise my review when it is resolved and i have proof. *Got 4 new tires Thursday and Saturday 2 days later the locking lug nut comes flying off passenger rear and busted one of the new tires. I had to change the tire myself since roadside never showed up. Then the guy in the shop argues with me trying tell me it was the lug nut. I know what I head and the nut is missing and the impression was in the tire. I missed a day of work with no compensation from rnr on my bill offered and I felt I had to insist way too hard for a new tore not just a patch way too early in contract to start this way.So far I don't see myself returning again now inhave too make another trip there to get new tire

Was a five star in the beginning now down to a two. Things have gone WAY WAY down hill. Hopefully they can get their billing issues fixed and change my mind

Just left from here with a bad tire. The guys were so nice and professional. Offered a quote for a set of new tires, answered all my questions and I even asked about a lift kit for my truck which they don't offer as a service but helped me with some references for a couple businesses that do. We will be buying our next set of tires from here solely based on this awesome experience. Really loved our tech too, he kept me updated as he worked on our truck.

Love the service here! Employees are always nice and helpful! I financed a set of new tires which were insured and they truly come through on thier word for insurance, had them paid off before I even knew it. I dont think 5 stars is enough for thier service!

My tire had a slow leak, so I went in there to see if I had a nail or something in it, and I did. They got me fixed up back on the road in no time and didn't charge me anything, wow that's super nice!

Man.. David, Gabe, and Ryan were so much help, they went above and beyond for me and my wife. They took customer satisfaction to a whole different level. We had a few hiccups, and they never wavered once . Truly a great experience. Would 100% recommend. Had to reward them with pizza at the end of it all

Definitely recommend getting your tire/wheels service here, Manager and staff are pros at their profession, and treat you like long time friends. After servicing your vehicle, they would show you what they worked on and how they fixed it. If there is something they couldn't resolved, they would give recommendations to remedy the solutions. would most definitely have my vehicles serviced at this location in the future!

Nice staff, great service. Came in to get a flat fixed and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Didn't charge us either. Wasn't expected but appreciated!! Definitely coming back

Definitely recommend rnr. My tires were bald and showing wires. I went in to talk about getting new ones and they were fantastic. I got four brand new tires and an alignment. It didn t take them very long at all and my payments are very reasonable. I will definitely go back for my other vehicles tires.

RNR has the nicest, most polite and respectful employees! I came in with my 3 month old daughter for a front end alignment. While we were waiting (a very short time, I might add) for my vehicle to be done, at least five men came past us while working and every single one of them asked how old the baby was and made polite comments. When it was time to pay, they told me they had done both front and rear end alignments and that I didn t owe them a penny.I would highly recommend this company!

Stopped in to inquire about a wheel alignment. The gentleman I spoke to was very attentive to my questions and had his technician check out my Journey and it was in need of a wheel alignment and he had his technician perform this service for me at no charge. This gentleman was a blessing and I recommend this business to anyone who is in need of the services they offer. God bless them.Visited them again in need of tires and an alignment. They were very helpful were able to provide what I needed in a timely and professional manner.
