Had to use the towing service today for my car to be taken home. Kristoff was our driver and he was AMAZING! His ETA was right on time, explained to me what he was doing took GREAT care of my car. My car is LOW to the ground he was patient and knew exactly what he was doing and got it on the truck and off with no problems. Definitely will be using them again if needed.

I received exceptional and excellent service from the Tow truck driver Dmitrly who is a very knowledgeable and professional driver who works for Red Beard s Towing. Took excellent care of my Mercedes Benz that would not start due to a bad camshaft sensor. I would highly recommend this Towing company and especially this driver. Five Star Service is so extremely rare nowadays.

I'm deployed to Kuwait and my wife works full time in OKC, yet we found ourselves needing one of our cars towed from our house to our normal repair shop during business hours today..After calling AAA to arrange a tow, a lady from Red Beard's called me while I was still on hold with AAA.. She told me they had received the assignment and one of their drivers, Kyle, was in Norman finishing up one of two local tows there, then would be out to our place to pick our car up..Kyle W. called me a little over an hour later and said he was headed down to our place.. After another call to assist him in finding the house, he loaded our AWD Rogue onto the rollback, sent me this pic, and then headed up to my requested shop..He sent me a closing text letting me know the car had been delivered, we exchanged pleasantries, and then the job was done..From my initial call to AAA to Kyle's arrival at the house, it was right at two hours, pretty much in the window their dispatch promised..Red Beard's is trying to break into the central Oklahoma market, and I want to wish them well.. They certainly earned my business today.. Thanks, Kyle!!

Somehow managed to wake up to a dead battery in my driveway.Luckily, Chris Cherry came within 15 minutes and got me back on the road with efficiency and a few laughs.Definitely recommend their service. Totally satisfied!

After hours of AAA trying to get someone to accept the job, we were so thankful Red Beards, Hunter, accepted that job.He kept us updated on his ETA, and when he arrived he was professional and thorough. Even at the late hour or early hours, he was so polite and courteous.When we arrived at our car repair shop, which was 85 miles away..he was a great service provider. I wish everyone we encountered was that helpful.He really deserves our kudos. Thank you My. Hunter (don't know his last name)The Butlers are grateful.

Chris was awesome! Very nice and polite! I was stuck on the side of the road with big trucks passing and rocking my car. He got there as fast as he could and got me safely where I needed to go. I appreciate AAA and Chris!

Hunter is the best!! I one million percent recommend Red Beards Towing!! No one wants to be in a situation where they need a tow but the experience I had was absolutely top notch and even educational! My tech Hunter was able to get my vehicle started by showing me a trick and even diagnosed the issue. Still had it towed to the dealer for repair but I was extremely impressed with Hunters professionalism, knowledge, patience, efficiency, and kindness! I will absolutely use Red Beards Towing for any future needs! Thank you!!

Had to get my mom s car towed from her driveway to a repair shop. Dmitriy was the driver that came out while it was raining and was very professional and courteous. Even in the rain he was mindful of not blocking the street since my mom s house is on the corner . This man was wonderful! He went above and beyond to help me out and it was greatly appreciated. I believe the name on the card is Kristaff but I am not 100% sure. I added a pic of the card just in case I am wrong. He was so professional and polite. 10/10 I definitely recommend!!

Brad was absolutely the BEST! He delivered my car in perfect condition and was somehow able to simultaneously calm my nerves. Communication was great, from the arrival to the vehicle to the departure of the drop-off destination. 10/10 would recommend!

Red Beards Towing did a superb job rescuing me and my car after its transmission unexpectedly quit during rush hour in Norman. From the first call until the driver arrived, the dispatch team kept me informed in a timely, friendly, and professional way. The driver, Kristoff, deserves special thanks and praise for the way he watches out for his customers, his expertise in picking up and offloading a difficult towing job, and his professional and friendly interaction with his customers. He clearly enjoys his work and helping people out of tough situations. Will definitely call Red Beard Towing first the next time we need roadside help! Theo was awesome! He patched a leak in one of my tires for me and did a great job. He was friendly and explained the how and the why of everything he was doing, and he got to my location faster than I thought he would! Would definitely call him again.

Im Truly Thankful for Hunter! That Man was Heaven sent. After being given a six hour window for pick up, Hunter came in a timely manner and completed my call and Tow in less than 2 hours. He made up for the lack of customer service that not one but Two representatives fell short of. The second representative gave him the wrong address for my service call, but thanks to Hunters EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, He called me and was able to locate my vehicle.....Thank you again Hunter for your Hard work and dedication.......

Kristoff was hands down the best and most professional Tow truck driver Iv ever worked with. Iv had a lot of different companies help me in the past but from now on I know who I will call for any roadside service needed in the future. He was able to load a very low riding car with no problems and this same car he picked up was denied by other companies saying it wasn t possible to tow because of the heavy modifications done to the suspension I can t thank Kristoff enough for his help getting my car home so I can fix it!

Theo was great , on time and knows what to do. I have aftermarket wheels and couldn't remove the flat. He took care of it and i was on my way. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

These guys are the best! My driver Bradley Clevenger babies my Classic Camaro . It sits so low to the ground that a soda can won't fit under it. Which makes it hard to load and unload. He has towed her twice. He genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. A flat tire is not the way you want to start a Saturday morning after a grueling week, and I was more than a little peeved that the time frames Hertz was giving me for the arrival of the tow truck that would resolve my problem were way off. But when Thomas arrived, I knew I was going to be taken care of. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed while he got the car loaded. He and his wife told me a lot about Norman and Moore on our drive back to the airport. And they made sure to drop me close to where I could get a replacement vehicle. It seems like there is a communication gap between reality and what customers are told about when their tow truck will arrive. But once the tow truck arrived, Thomas's service was excellent. Thanks!
