I had the best experience ever! My car was back to new again! I wouldn t trust anyone else. My uncle bought this car specifically for me before he passed. It s not just a car!!!Best customer service around! Very dependable, keeps you informed, handled the insurance company, and I had no stress or worries!!! All repairs was made in a timely factor without cutting any corners. Excellent eye for detail. The paint matched perfectly.My day was a body and paint man so I knew what to look for. As I said, you could not tell it was wreck and best part, you can let go of the steering and it drives straight, no vibrations at high speeds!!! If you want the best, skip the rest and go to Port City in Muskogee!!!

Before and after a deer hit me. The guys at port city, got my car right in and fixed up way sooner than I thought they would. The customer service was extremely friendly and informative. Absolutely worst experience ever, I turned in my truck to get fixed from a hailstorm on May 30th and 11 weeks later they still have not gotten it finished. They have wanted to have it done weeks ago but keep putting it off or the technicians call in sick. I have suspicion that my truck was further damaged while on their lot when a hailstorm came through Father's day weekend and so they tried to get that additional damage paid for by MY insurance who disagreed and so now I have to foot that bill as well but of course that will never be mentioned. They went back and forth with the insurance over who's going to cover that damage and nothing was done for over a month regarding the truck. Only after I made phone calls and provided communication was progress made. I have had to call every week to make sure they are in fact working on it and following through with their service because otherwise nothing no progress appears to be made with their huge lack of communication. I'm still waiting for my truck and will revise this review if needed, but I'm not likely to return to this repair shop.~Edit: I finally got my truck back, and the repairs are completed to satisfaction. The last two weeks though have been incredibly frustrating because they've promised every day - "we hope to have it fixed tomorrow" and then I'm left with another empty promise at the end of the day. At one point my wife and I both got off work early so we could go pick it up because they said it'd be done that afternoon, we get there only to find out - it wasn't and it'd be another 3 full days before it's finished. With such a huge lack of communication, its impossible to schedule and plan. I'm kind of glad I didn't have a rental because at this point, the cost would be nearly twice what the actual repairs were. I asked my insurance and they said that rental costs are so much now that they don't recommend adding the premiums. Regardless, terrible communications on their part but the repairs are good. No complaints about getting the job done as it should be.Service: Body & Trim

Top of the line. Best in Muskogee. At one time. Second repair service went horribly wrong. Was lied to twice, failed to get the vehicle to the shop at the appointed time then lied about it. Great quality with, horrible office staff and ownership.

My car was well taken care of. And they went above with cleaning up my messy insides. They made sure all was in great condition before I got it back. Hopefully, I won't have to use them again. lol. But glad they were there to fix my car.

I haven t gotten my truck back just yet, but so far I ve had a great experience with them. They ve kept me updated the whole way and have been much nicer then some of the other body shops I ve been too.

This is the second time I have had to take my car in for repairs. They were always friendly and on time with answering all of my questions! From the moment the claim was filed Port City was on top of it. They called right away to schedule and had the assessment done in no time. When the work was done they communicated and made the pick up very easy. The quality of the work looks outstanding. Took our car there to get repaired from a wreck. Took them three months to get it done. Received it back with one headlight still not working and the alignment of the hood was off. They gave me the run around everytime I called to see where the progress was on the vehicle. They also said you can pay half of the deductible and the other half with a post dated check for 30 days. The next week they cashed the check. Bad business!! Will not deal with them ever again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Great service! This family business made sure my wife and I were happy with our experience. Several things popped up unexpectedly after our accident and they, without hesitation, repaired all our issues. They kept in constant communication throughout the process. If I ever need a body shop again they will be the business I go to.

Hands down the best shop I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. When I came to them with my car, I was having problems renting a car due to the other drivers insurance company. They said no problem & put my rental on their account. They were very helpful & kept me updated every step of the way. When I got my car back it was better than new. I live in Missouri & if I were to get into another accident I would be tempted to have my car towed all the way to Oklahoma, just to get my car repaired by them again. Thank you Port City for being so friendly & helpful throughout this process. Top notch service, best of the best.

There was visible discoloration from a bad blend and orange peel on the car. They put filler when filler was not due and on top of it all they somehow put 350 miles on the car which I could only assume is from them lending it out to someone. I had a friend who refused to work there because of the quality of their repairs and I now see why.

This body shop is great! Unfortunately, I've had to use them 4 times over the last 3 years but I know that the work will be top notch and they will bend over backwards to fit your needs. Their work has a lifetime warranty. I recommend Port City Body Shop!

They went above and beyond. They helped me when I needed work done to my car and was scheduled to move to a different state. They also helped me by giving me a ride to the car rental when my insurance dropped the ball. I can t recommend them enough! Very polite and professional. Port City Body Shop at all their locations does excellent work. Body work is never cheap and they may be a little more than some people, but you get what you pay for these days. And when it's your car you want it to be right. Highly recommend

Worst business experience I've ever had. They drove my car put 18 miles on it for the personal business use picking up text from the Toyota place here in town in Muskogee Oklahoma. Very unprofessional would not recommend anybody using this business

My car was involved in a car accident causing damage to my car. After going through all the insurance channels I was referred to Port City Body Shop for my repairs. As stressful as it was dealing with everything involved with a car accident Port City and my Insurance Farmers Insurance Company made my experience as easy as possible. I honestly think I would have lost my mind if I didnt have them on my side. Port City and employees was very helpful, respectable, and delivered quality care to my vehicle. Thank you very much!!
