Ignorant & rude staff. Go to the store near chandler & York intersection instead.Went in to get check engine light codes stored to see if the issue I had was fixed since the mechanics shop I just left forgot to clear them. They told me they couldn't clear them and began to argue with me when I blatantly told them they could cause the other store has done it for me on 3 separate occasions. Got tired of arguing and just told them I'd go to a store that could actually do their job and not argue with customers. Went to the other store and wothout asking me another question, immediately assisted me with the EXACT same request. Just save your time and mental health, and go to a store that actually knows what they are doing.

Shout out to Asst manager Cody who helped me out by recommending a place he would take his car to if it were to break down like mine did just as I was entering Muskogee. He did not steer me wrong and I am forever grateful for his recommendation and helpfulness. Please stop here if you need something. He was super kind and seems to be an all around good guy. A great asset to this company!

I have a new buddy here. He was so much help with finding hard to find items for my vehicle. Making sure it worked for my vehicle before I purchased. Reassuring me. But while there, I observed all the staff was as helpful to anyone coming thru the door. I heard "thank you", sincere "Thank you" from staff as well!! Not just the standard "I have to say thank you"

This location is very friendly and they were very helpful especially with needing to return a windshield wiper under warranty. Very satisfied with this location and with O'Reilly Auto Parts in general.

I come here every few days. Most of the time it is a five star experience. There are a couple of really smart employees here.When it is bad, it is really bad. Half of these people have no clue about anything automotive. Every battery test comes back as a bad battery, even on basically new batteries. Lots of wrong parts that cause extra time and mileage to make right.I love this place, honestly, but there is so much room for improvement.

This has been my go-to parts store since it opened many years ago. Usually has what I need in stock, if not, they will find it and have it the next day! Great staff and very knowledgeable. Computer is good, but having someone behind the counter that knows their parts is very valuable!

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful all the staff was. Even when the store was packed, an employee took the time to ensure I found what I needed. Helped me all the way through. Love the customer service!

We stopped for a quart of oil. Due to Covid my wife waited in the car. I'm on crutches (and not the one driving haha) and Curt walked with me back to the oil section, grabbed what I asked for, carried it to the counter, and then opened the door for me on the way out. The price was a little on the high side, but customer service and friendliness was excellent.

I made 3 trips and 36 miles later ,got the correct turning signal bulb. I thought they were picking on me, I was very frustrated and put out. WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THE OREILLY STORE ON MAIN AGAIN.....

I bought windshield wipers for a 92 caprice and they were nearly rusted on. It took the employee a while but he managed to replace them. The whole time he is working on them it was sleeting!So thankful for this man!

My Jeep broke down about a block away lucky me this place wasn t to far after I had to push it myself here the staff were all amazing at helping me figure out what was wrong with my car and let me leave my car here until my dealership could tow it back to Texas and even came out side to check on me while I was waiting for my ride this place is full of nothing but great people with good hearts I can t thank y all enough!!!!

Bought stuff from this place and it not worked and the management wouldn't return my money.This has happened several times and only at this one. Most recently I bought a stereo attachment that wasn't compatible with mine so within a few minutes I wanted to return it and the management actually broke the device in front of me and then refused to return my money because he ( Michael) couldn't resell it. Well it's broken!

This O'Reillys was my Favorite for anything then they Started to not get my parts right for example 2 diffrent U-joints in two different boxes but there the same U-joint they both were for the Transmission yoke and thats just being lazy. But that could put a world of hurt on someone so just up your game and you'll be good to go. And yes I had to come back to the store and Correct it but you guys fixed the problem.

On our way from Texas to Missouri the alternator went out and we were fortunate enough to make it to O'Reilly's! My husband is disabled and we had our 14 month old granddaughter with us. Totally unfamiliar with our surroundings they helped identify the issue with the car. Connected us with a mechanic that could fix it (Memorial Day Weekend!) and connected us with an Morgan Towing- which is also an amazing company!! They treated us like family and made a stressful situation a lot easier!

We choose to go to O'Reilly's for one huge reason. The staff has always gone above and beyond for us. They are always polite, smiling, and friendly. They will continue to earn my loyalty.

You would think a person at an auto parts store would know about auto parts. I guess it is the new generation. But even though they do not know much about cars, they are generally helpful. I can usually get the parts I need for not too expensive.
