Recently had a fuel pump go out and due to lack of tools and expertise, I needed to find a shop. I literally did a random google search and began calling shops. Every where I called turned me away or never returned my call. Nix automotive changed that. Even with a very full work load and pretty big projects (he was in the middle of dropping a motor into a truck), he told me to bring it in and he would take care of it. Called a tow, got it there Monday morning and they had it ready by Thursday afternoon. The staff is super courteous and so helpful. Nick presents as such a genuine human being and he explained everything in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel dumb. Britney (who works in the office) was also always kind and patient. The day of the diagnostic, I was at work and couldn't answer the phone and so he reached my father, who I had put down as my secondary contact. By the time I could call back it seemed like Nick and my father were old college buddies or something. Pretty sure he even earned my father's business in the future as well. Just remember, if it has a moving part, it will eventually break down and when it does, I would trust Nix automotive to handle anything on my vehicles. Quality people. Quality work.

My buddy and I fight mma and my car had broke down the day of my fight. These mechanics are the greatest I ve ever had to deal with. Not only great mechanics but great people. I m pretty ignorant to cars and they were able to explain everything to me to were it made sense. I live in Amarillo Texas and I will make sure I drive to Oklahoma to get my car fixed by these guys next time. All around amazing! Highly recommend! If this seems to good to be true we ll think again. I am now friends on Facebook with them and have their personal numbers. They even came to my fight. If I could give 10 stars I would.. I ve always noticed how busy his shop is.. I called around town on prices for a ac charge.. They all were ridiculously expensive.. So I called Nix and he work w/me in a price I could afford.. I took it in today and the compassion you hear in his voice while talking to him on the phone comes thru in person too.. I felt like I was treated as a queen.. He is a awesome honest mechanic.. He also employees on of Muskogee s female mechanic and she is as equally compassionate and has a awesome sharp as a tack little boy that was there today.. And can tell by her sons actions she is an awesome mom.. You need auto repair Nix s Automotive is your place.. They will not disappoint Service: Auto A/C recharge

Nick is a very busy man and with reason. He is very good at what he does & has an amazing crew to help him out. I brought my truck in for 2 new manifolds. This man combed through every crack and crevice of my truck. He found several mishaps and now has my truck running great. It took some time to do but when working on vehicles there's always complications. He worked on it in a decent amount of time considering the hurdles he had to overcome. I can honestly say Nick goes above and beyond dealership quality without the hefty dealership prices. I recommend him 100%. He has done my family & I generously. His secretary Laura is very kind and sweet. Nick has a full on all star team.

I needed my air conditioning serviced and I went by and they took care of my problem in a professional and courteous way if I could give them 10 stars I would their prices are very reasonable my thanks to nick and brittany for their help

I ve taken my vehicles to Nick more than once and he s great. He diagnoses your car, gives you a call on what s going on, gives the price, and leaves it up to you on whether to fix it then or at a later time. My vehicles have always been fixed correctly and he truly cares about your car when it s in his hands. I highly recommend Nix Automotive for all vehicle repair.

I had a problem with my car that another shop failed to fix. I took it to Nix Automotive based on previous reviews and I have to say this is the BEST SHOP AROUND!! They worked for several days to find and fix what the other shop screwed up. They were always up front and honest about what they were doing with my car and explained the problems in detail. They did everything they could to save me money and asked me for permission on everything they needed to do before they proceeded. After being scammed so badly by the last shop, the honesty and service I received here was appreciated so much! Everyone in this shop - from Laura in the front to the mechanics in the back - are extremely nice and answered absolutely every question I had. I will NEVER take my car to anyone else and I will recommend them to absolutely everyone I know!

Nix is the BEST! Straight to the point, no b.s. kinda guy. He even shows me whats wrong with my car. Not just tell me and expect me to believe. Nix and his staff are kind and courteous. Patient and most of all caring! They care about you and your ride. Every time i leave nix. I feel a peace of mind. Like something is getting done. Hes replaced a cracked exhaust manifold, breaks ( wich are awesome breaks) nix and his staff are A1! I'll always be a loyal customer

He's kind and incredibly caring when it comes to his clients and their vehicles. He helped inform us what was wrong, how to better maintain our vehicle while educating us on what to keep an eye out for. Overrall, a great guy.

I heard that Nix Automotive did amazing work so I had my car towed there when it broke down on me and my children. And it maybe true that they do amazing work however I wouldn't know because my car has been there for over a month now. They have not called me once about my car. I've been having to call them once a week only to find out that they have not even looked at my car. I have spent $800 on a rental car at this point. I will be having my car picked up and towed to another auto repair shop. As I am positive other vehicles have come in after mine and have already been completed.

Nick & every team member went above & beyond 120% to ensure we could drive to Cali with a good air conditioner....they even buzzed up to Tulsa without hesitation for a needed part so we could keep our travel on schedule!!!!! THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!!!

Very happy. They fixed the things agreed upon and even threw in a freebie belt that was needed after all the work was thought done! Highly reccomend!
