Nice folks, a little unorganized upfront. I knew the quote I was given sounded too good to be true (half the price of Satellite) so just prior to install I verified my quote. There was a $300 difference. After initially getting upset when it came time to replace the quarter panel in my 4Runner I concluded the new price was more realistic, mistakes happen, and my hearing sucks so I could have just misunderstood from the get go. At any rate . Their auto windshield guy was awesome even with me trying to micromanage his job. So all-in-all I would definitely recommend Mr Glass. If I could make one more recommendation it would be for someone to run a roofers magnet around the parking lot/ drive thru . The last thing a customer needs is a flat after having to replace a windshield.

Cracked windshield, Mr. Glass scheduled appt 2 days and replaced the windshield as indicated and had me in and out within 1 hour 10 minutes, Explained all they did including with modern windshields explained how they verify all components work as with the mfg installed windshield. All functions work great. Friendly and took time to explain.

They are nice people but their pricing is outrageous. They wanted $500.00 for 1/4 x 58 x 28. Robinson charged me $103.00. They sold me a piece of lexan for 180.00 and when I got home I noticed the lexan was only 116.00, they changed me 65 to cut it

Had a back window replaced in my 2019 Frontier, staff were friendly and efficient in and out in less than an hour. Fair price and quality work.

Very friendly. Quick, and reasonable. I had a couple of issues, like my windshield washer nozzle was not hooked back up, and my wipers were installed too low after they replaced my windshield. I called to let them know, and they seemed concerned, which was all I wanted. I believe they would have gladly fixed the problem, if I had not already done so. 5 stars aside from the small problem. Windshield looks good, no leaks, rain sensor still works, nothing broken!

The glass was fine. Wipers were put back on incorrectly. Rain rear view mirror compass has electrical glitch after glass replaced. They are nice, but their technicians need to focus more concern on not tearing stuff up. I would go back for a regular window, but not for a window with extra accessories.

TERRIBLE customer service EVER. The young lady that answers the phone is CLUELESS about the business. They promised a tempered glass front glass would be ready many many times. My husband and I always give positive reviews when they re good, we always ignore bad customer service. This time it s different. We DO NOT RECOMMEND Mr. Glass at all!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!Well after this company replaced the driver side window & it's a newer vehicle after a month the window broke & they refuse to pay for the regulator they broke. I called 3 times about getting some glass replaced in a piece of equipment. Said they would be out the next day each time and they never showed up. Very unprofessional, will not be using again.
