Until today..have always had a pleasant experience through the years. But today I go get 2 new back tires. Upon inspecting when I got I home I notice chips in my black rims on both sides. I give them a call and they say they ll look at it-I get there and after looking they say yeah this can be aggravating, we ll dismount them for you free and YOU can pay the guy to paint them. Newsflash!!!! They don t have to be dismounted to be repaired #2 I m not paying for ANYTHING!!!!! THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!!! It s been nice

Logan, Ben and Steve are wonderful! They're always willing to explain what they need to do/have done to my car, and listen to any questions I have. Anytime I need my car looked at I head here, I know they'll do their best to take care of the problem!

They're really reasonable! They have fast service and wonderful customer service, also! The front desk attendants (Logan/Steve ) and the tire technicians seem to really value their customers! I appreciate that!! Thank you all!

Love this place. There is no better customer service than King Tires! They go the extra mile to help the customer. They actually put a wheel & tire on our truck just to see if we would like it before buying it.

If you are a truck driver do not go here! They are not equipped or have the skill set to do truck tires. Had a simple tire patch done that the tech had to break the tire down and remount twice due to it being a directional tire. The patch later failed! This cost me even more money! Now if they can't do a simple tire patch why would you intrust them to install a tire? That would be a very bad idea! I did call them about the patch failure in which they replied they do not warranty anything they did. Very bad business practices! They will rip you off!

This is the best place to go to for anything tires. The guy's here go above and beyond the call of duty. I have found them to be very honest as well. If they tell you a tire can't be repaired and need's replaced you can take it to be truthful and not them trying to pull one ove on you and make a buck.

Great experience here! They had to order a tire for me (per my request) and it was ready for me at the time I chose to have it installed. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Fast, Friendly, hometown service. Logan is a rock star! Highly recommend

They broke 2 of my center cap metal retaining rings, then put the caps back on the car, without the rings, anyhow. They never mentioned it to me. By the time I got home, one center cap had fallen off. I retraced my route home and could not find it.I checked the other three, and one more had also just been stuck on, without the retaining ring, whatsoever.When confronting the shop, they just said my car was older and that they were probably broken when I brought them in, which they absolutely were not.The issue is that the technician absolutely knew he had broken the center caps, and rather than letting me, the customer, know, he just tried to hide the problem. They could have, at minimum, offered to order the parts, and let me pay their cost for them, but instead, King Tires decided it was best to take zero responsibility for their mistake.

There is no better place to give your business!! We blew a tire on the turnpike and showed up at King s Tire 15 minutes before closing on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Not only did they agree to help us but they were so incredibly understanding and kind while doing it. They had wonderfully affordable prices and even aired up our donut for us!

Thankful I was helped even though it was almost time to close. I really appreciate 'BG' for helping swap my tires after a flat I had that morning. Unfortunately, I didn't get off work until 5 pm but he helped me. I am very thankful. I hope he got his promotion that I recommended to his boss.

My wife had picked a wheel that she liked but once on the truck they didn't flow and they let her change the wheel to something a little more to her liking.Thank You

I love this place! Great tires, great prices, and amazing customer service!! I had my nieces with me all three under the age of 6. I brought a bag with toys in it for them to play with because we all know how kids are. King Tires went above and beyond! They had me pick something on the tv for my nieces to watch! Thank you guys again! Y all are awesome!

Called to have a tow package installed. First was quoted the wrong price, they call back up the price by 100 bucks. They was having the parts overnighted. Go in this morning take in my truck, they ordered parts for a Cobalt car not a Colorado truck.

Never go here for anything! Front end had to be completely re done after getting a lift kit. Also went to a real mechanic and there were broke things all through out the engine that we thought had been fixed by king. But they just kept finding more problems on top of those and charging my husband and I for things they never fixed. In all wasted over $4,000+ Will regret it for the rest of me life.

I have been in there twice first time they where too busy to put tires on my truck and they didn t act like they cared that I was trying to buy 2000 dollars worth of tires. The second time I went back I was in there for 30 min and nobody acknowledged me. Even tho they had people in there bullshitting with other customers. I just called them to try to make an appointment so that I could just drop my truck off and come back later to pick it up they put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 min before I hung up. My original plans of just buying 35 tires changed to getting a 6 lift 37 toyo mudd tires and new 22 American force wheels. Business they didn t want business they won t get either.

Do not bring motorcycles here. Way overcharge and cant even get tire balanced. Save your money and use a reputable Moto shop. I tried them because they were closer to me. I didn't know it wasn't getting balanced.

You get what you pay for. I was happy with the tires, but not the job done. Ruined some of my tire studs, striping the thread. Also ruined some of the nuts, also striping the threads on them. The studs cost me $15+ each to replace. Definitely not going back!

I had friendly and quick service. They were able to identify the problem with my tire (slow leak) and repair it. I would not hesitate to in recommending them.

I went in for a brake pad inspection and they told me that the brakes were good and didn't need replaced. Thank you King Tires for your honesty!!

King Tires has been one of the best shops for me.. new tires, wheels and a lot of mechanical work. Go by and give Steve a chance, he will definitely hook you up..

They did a good job, but I wouldn't recommend them they told me all my new parts needed to be replaced after I told them I already had new upper and lower control arms

I had a problem with my American Force rims, that the last 6 shops I went to wouldn't touch. The owner of King Tire fixed it himself. Great job guys, and thanks.
