I got into a car accident on December 20th of 2023. I got the truck moved from mays towing yard to here on December 21st. With the holidays I knew it would be hard to get an appraiser to look at it. I did not get my truck back until March 5th. I was told it would be ready at 4pm to pick up. We arrived and they were still cleaning it (which I am thankful for). I had to call the shop a lot to get updates and my original date for it to be done by kept getting pushed back further and further. They finally ordered a part off of a wrecked truck to fix to put on my truck. I was told they had trouble with some parts. Before I got my truck back I was told I could get a rental on them because of how long the truck was taking. There dm would not approve it for it was Nissans fault according to the shop. I was even told by the lady that works the desk that they had a rental ready but when I talked to Jesse it did not get approved. On march 1st I called the shop several times and never got an answer so I went to the shop to get some paper work to take to the bank for the check for my truck. I was told I couldn t get anything because someone took the day off, but I talked to someone the day before and they knew I was coming that morning. (I live a hour away and was frustrated) I put a review up before this one and was told it got some people in trouble with my truck so I took the review down. After doing the paperwork and waiting for my truck on march 5th the lady looked at me and my husband and asked for all 10 s because it was not there fault they had problems with the parts.Besides that, the truck looks and drives amazing! It just took forever to get the truck back. With having a newborn baby trying to get to all her appointments was hard.

I have taken vehicles there several times and get them back just like new. They keep me.advised as to how the work is going and the people are friendly and respectful. I wont go anywhere else!

They did such an amazing job! The car looks great. They kept me informed by text every step of the way. They were really fast too. I got a text on Oct. 10th saying the car was expected to be done on Oct 27th. On Oct 12th I received a text saying the car was done and ready to be picked up.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They were great!! My car looks better than how it originally looked. The other party s insurance was only trying to pay for an used part, but the team at Joe Hudson s Collision repair was able to argue them down for a brand new OEM part for me (without me even having to ask) and I am so appreciative of this!!They also do a superb job at keeping you updated consistently. Would definitely recommend coming here if need be, and that says a lot because I typically don t recommend places in Muskogee!
