Had a very good exsperience at this dealership todayMy car window wouldnt roll up no matter what i tried and two of the shop mem there tried to help me but thought the switch may have went out. it is about to rain and so these two kimd men put some plastic on my window. Thought that was real nice of them to do. So if you need a vehicle these are nice folks check them out.

Bought my car here in January and had a great experience. I absolutely love my vehicle and Emily was great to work with. I took my vehicle in today for my first oil change. I dropped it off at 9am and was called around 12:30 saying it was finished. If I was waiting in store for it I would have been annoyed that it had taken so long. I picked it up at 2pm and the process was easy. They offered a punch card for buy 4 oil changes and get your 5th free so thats cool. Next time I will have to wait for it so I hope that they work a little faster when they know you are inside waiting on it.

I go on Saturdays early for my oil changes,staff is very nice never wait to long .They have a card after 5 or 6 oil changes the next one is on them cashed in once evet bit helps have vending machines, coffee and charging for our devices

I'm not sure how to review a car dealership. They all will do almost anything to sell you a car, but I keep coming back because I like their service department. The people are professional, efficient, and friendly.

They were willing to deal. Left there with a brand new 2021 chevrolet Silverado Duramax quad cab, with the Z71 package. The price was right! I wasn't pressured. I also ended up purchasing a 2012 Silverado for every day use. I love the service I had received. Jeremy was a great salesman. Very polite and helpful. Thank you Jeremy!

I purchased a truck from JH on January 1st 2021. I was told there was a 15k rebate at the time which covered the $13,648 lift kit, wheels, and tires they installed. The night we left the dealership while pulling into my driveway the tires ripped the inner fenders and the mud flaps. Since then, the service after the sale has been a disaster! I notified the dealership directly after and in the following weeks which included my sale lady MH, fixed operations manager TM, parts manager SP, and sales manager JT. I asked if there were fender flares that could be installed to prevent the issues. They first told me no , no one makes fender flares for a 2021 RST Chevrolet. Like most people I googled my exact truck and several were available. I notified the dealership and they said they couldn t find any so I emailed them the first one on the web. They did agree to purchase the flares to help prevent the tire/inner fender issue. I also asked sales lady MH for a parts list of the lift installed to add to my book for documentation and she was more than helpful to TRY and get the info for me. Unfortunately they would never produce the manufacture or part number information for the 13.5k lift. I did my own research and found out with their labor cost at JH and parts, the lift actually cost around $5,500. I ask the sales manager to explain where the rest of the money was and he stated he would when I brought the truck back in for fender flare install and the tire sensor to be repaired for the second time. After meeting with sales manager he stated he never said the lift cost that much. I said you didn t have too, it was stated on the window sticker and showed him. He then said he could mark it up as much as he wanted. I stated 81% was out of line and he a shrugged his shoulders and said he can do whatever. I then asked to speak with general manager MB and he said the same thing and that he couldn t do anything for me. I told him I was in the market for a new blazer and was asking him to make this right with me. He said he would see what he could do but I never heard a word from him. I still have a truck that will damage the inner fenders if turned too sharp, I have the wrong size tires on my truck after I researched the lift (something they should have done) and my tire sensor is still causing a check engine light .If JH Chevrolet has a vehicle you want, I would recommend dealer trading with another Chevrolet dealership. There are plenty in Oklahoma.Very disappointed service after the sale by both the Sales department and Service department.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My wife ordered her tires and set up an appointment they confirmed we showed up for her appointment they had no idea about it or the tires we left the car why did the next day never called finally she called they said it needed brakes they would call back with a price they never called so we went up there getting close to closing time they wanted $247 for the front brakes 167 for the back we said no. Kept her car 2 days for 4 tires.

Sat for 4 hours, the whole experience was a nightmare, I've heard alot of bad experiences from others too, wouldn't go back to this lot and yes, I will tell family and friends
