Always a great experience, even when buying a car is so stressful. A.J, amongst others, is very professional, and a cool guy at the same time. They all treated myself and my dog incredibly! I will stay loyal to my car peeps, because I know they actually care. Thanks guy for all of the hard work and support during the process.

By far the most painless car buying experience I ve had yet! We went and looked at the car, called back the next day, they got us approved over the phone, went and signed papers and picked it up in about 20 minutes!On top of that the customer service was amazing! Shoutout to Allan for getting us the payment we wanted, Kevin for his awesome attitude on our test drive, Jacob for making everything go smoothly, Mike for answering 50 questions I had about charging the car, and Brandon for making the signing easy! I haven t had many good experiences at car dealerships, but this time went great!

Purchased two new Honda's from Dalton here at Honda of Muskogee. It was a very streamline process and I was very happy with how the numbers crunched at the end. I traded in a vehicle and they gave me a fair trade in value considering how used up my old car was. The finance associate Brandon was very friendly, patient, and thorough with his explanations of everything as well. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all fully. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get into their next vehicle.

Allen and Dalton were awesome! They helped me pick out the car I wanted, I got a gorgeous red color. I m new to the newer vehicles but I really enjoyed the features. They were super patient and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone :) Brandon aka opie was friendly and helped me a lot with the financing process. I loved his mug in the office! Thank you guys again for everything. I was so happy

I came to Honda to look at a used 2022 Tuscan, which was a much needed upgrade from my Jeep Renegade. Bryce helped me through the process. He did a great job answering my questions and putting together the sale info. Carlos and Brandon were very professional and helpful. They worked really hard to get my payments as low as they could go with my situation. The whole experience was easy and comfortable. Me and my son were there for a few hours around dinner time and they offered drinks and had a large snack bar. I love my new car. I ll trust them with my business in the future.

A huge shout out and thanks to Allen!! He was able to help me trade in my 2020 vehicle for a brand new 2024 vehicle. The entire staff was very helpful in helping me finding a car I love and helped me finance in a way that made sense to me. Definitely recommend Honda of Muskogee!!

BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC if you're going to purchase a used vehicle. Do not trust that they have done an inspection, especially if it's a different make. I purchased a 2017 Ford F150 Platinum on Nov 29, 2023. I have owned this vehicle less than 3 months & it has been in the shop as much as it's been in my driveway. I paid way too much for the truck & am now out THOUSANDS more on repairs. I originally wrote a 5 star review (which I have deleted) because of how streamline & easy the purchase was..now I know why!

Mostly dealt with Bryce Shuman.Made things fun and easy. He was a great salesman and got me the price and payments I wanted.Unfortunately came in a bit late but Brandon Swisher stayed WAY late to help us with finishing everything up.Highly recommend both!

Special note: my original review was 5 stars. I was a REPEAT customer and even referred my mom and helped her get a car there.Short version: they sold me a vehicle with transmission issues, never put it on the lift or detailed it before we got it, and refused to make it right.Now, on to the reason for my negative review. I've waited to write this because I absolutely hate writing bad reviews. It's something that shouldn't have even been an issue.Originally purchased a 2016 Malibu from Rikki in 2020. Absolutely LOVED my car. Had a short term, 3 year loan and was about 5k from payoff when something major went wrong. I had it towed to Honda in the hopes they could help me. After all, no vehicle equals no job. They put it on the lift and their mechanic looked it over. It was going to be about 5k to fix it. Not having those funds had me sitting in the sales office seeing what we could do.I had $500 down. My credit was too good now for the loan I had and bad enough that my interest rates were awful. Rikki tried so hard to find us something. It's important to note I do not fault her for this. The sales manager was involved in this transaction a LOT more than is typical. Anyways, they eventually pulled a 'fresh trade' for us to check out. It hadn't even been detailed yet. But desperate times.... We hashed out numbers for the 2017 Grand Cherokee. Eventually got payments to what I could work with with just the down payment and cosigner. Got everything done.Keep in mind how long this process takes. Vehicle should have been detailed, washed, and filled with gas by the time the loan was done and paperwork signed. It wasn't. But whatever. I was thrilled to have a vehicle. But then we immediately started having issues. Reverse doesn't like to engage and 3rd shifts hard to 4th. We brought this to their attention several times. We received "well, there's no proof it was like that before you bought it" responses. Keep in mind, this is 2-3 weeks after purchase. They refused to look at it without charging me, they refused to take it back, they refused everything. And we were open to suggestions, after all, I liked them enough to go back for another vehicle when I needed one.We eventually gave up, though. About a year later, a new person reached out about my vehicle but was completely oblivious to any of the issues we'd had. Explained everything and he GHOSTED me.Will never go back and will NEVER recommend them to anyone again.

I just bought my second vehicle from Honda of Muskogee and I won't send me or my friends or loved ones anywhere else. I called the gentleman that helped me last time who is now the General Manager who got me over to a sales person who took my info and listened to what I wanted and needed for my family of 5, did it over the phone at my convenience, and got back with me quick about my options. At the time they didn't have the car I was looking for and instead of trying to shove me into something I didn't want, didn't need, or couldn't afford they told me to sit tight until they had the car for me. About a week and a half later they contacted me with the PERFECT VEHICLE IN THE PRICE RANGE I ASKED FOR. The process when I got to the dealership was quick and convenient, I had a few concerns that were addressed immediately, I didn't get any high pressure sales tactics, they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. JUSTIN WHITE IS MY NEW SALESMAN FOR LIFE FOR ME AND MY LOVED ONES. I HAVE BEEN IN SALES FOR 15 YEARS MYSELF AND DON'T KNOW I HAVE SEEN IT DONE BEETER ON TOP OF THAT HE'S A VETERAN SO FOR THAT AND EVERYTHING ELSE THIS IS MY SINCERE THANK YOU FROM MYSELF, MY WIFE, AND MY KIDS!!!

I will always and forever be a loyal customer of honda of muskogee. I get my oil changed here every time. Not only are they one of the cheaper oil change places in muskogee but they are so thorough and take good care of my car. They always contact me afterward to make sure I had a good experience. Plus their waiting room is very nice for the short wait while the service is done. I also had to get shocks put in and they lent me a vehicle while they were busy on mine to do some things in town. It was truly the best shop experience I've had.

I bought my dream truck from the Honda of Muskogee. My initial shopping was online when I started to research my buying options. Then Daniel my salesman reached out to me wanting to know what I needed and wanted. He not only found me the perfect truck, he got me an excellent deal, payment, low interest rate and serviced the truck prior to me picking it up. I am so pleased to be driving my new RED 2017 Ram 1500 Hemi 4-Door 4X4! I just love it! Thanks Daniel and thanks Honda of MUSKOGEE.

Nick and Opie were so good to us. We felt very taken care of. The transparency, honestly, and kindness that we were met with was unlike any other dealership we went to. They made sure we knew everything possible about the car and our loan agreement. I trust these guys and would definitely recommend going to them if you are needing a car.

Jason did a great job, easy sale it all went very smooth. I had some questions on the warranty so far I got a great response from Chad the General Manager and the warranty company s COO called me as well and I m going to get back with him I m very pleased with his explanation. They are backed by a larger company I believe he said Assurant Group, I did read on assurance and I don t believe they will back my car that well I m going to cancel and contact gm for a service contract.

I have gotten 2 vehicles from Honda of Muskogee now and I will NEVER be going back. Their customer service is non-existent, they show you what they want and not what you want, and let s not even mention the fact that, after purchasing my truck and going to refinance a year later, I found out they listed it for $20,000 ABOVE the blue book value and now I can t refinance my truck to lower my $821 a month payment, not to mention that when I purchased the truck, I brought that some of the features of the truck weren t working and I was told to take it to a mechanic shop that I have a warranty, so I they don t properly inspect and/or repair vehicles before putting them on their lot . And good luck getting any real and/or honest answers out of anyone up there. They re just as bad as the phone scammers from India. I wish you could leave a negative number for the review. These people are a joke.

Significantly less expensive than other places we were looking, as other places had $3k-$5k above retail chip shortage charges. Overall a good experience. There was some trouble with getting the car in the time frame we were told, and we felt like sometimes we had to ask for information we should have just been told by the dealer voluntarily. However, in person the staff was friendly, the car was exactly as we were expecting, and signing all the documents and getting out the door was easy. All things considered, I would recommend Honda of Muskogee.

Purchased a Ram 2020 pickup here. Best decision I've made. From sales to financing it was a great experience. Trevor, our salesman made the process easy and low stress. Opie in finance was great. Would definitely buy again from them.

I'm really disappointed in A.J Rogers and I would definitely be careful to anyone looking for a vehicle because all I ve experienced since purchasing is lies and deceit! For starters, my vehicle should ve never left the car lot whenever I took it into Tommy Nix. They found that the car had been in an accident which they lied and said that it had a clean car fax. That was the first one, but they left the vehicle in not safe conditions in the front end, which caused, a massive issue my car has one mismatching rim that they basically distracted me on and very similar, but still yet different regardless, pretty much bald tires in the rear it was smoke and mirrors. I paid extra for warranty, which they messed up on the paperwork and still haven t fixed so I can t even get my car fixed , and they refuse to fix the issues so again I say approach with caution I would not recommend getting a single used vehicle off of their lot because chances are it s a lemon and they re good at doing what it takes to cover up them flaws. I hope this helps some people along the line. And I plan on following up with Better Business Bureau and whoever else I need to get in contact with and hopefully get this resolved
