A few days ago I had a driver replace all four brakes and drums on his unit while on the road. Chris was very helpful and honest, he worked diligently and gave us a fair price on the repair. I would definitely recommend you stop by if you are in need of road service in his area.

I stumbled on Hammer Down truck repair one day after fueling. I was checking my tires heard one leaking. Noticed a person replacing a tire and asked if he could repair mine next.. he said yes. He's a real humble person found out he's the owner and does far more than tires. I know who I'll call when rolling through or stop by the shop to be repaired

Chris is the best tractor trailer mechanic out in Muskogee, OK. He came to our rescue and resolved the problem that the mechanic the day before couldn t. Thank to him we r on our way home to be with our children for thanksgiving. So if anybody is in need of a good mechanic don t hesitate to call him up. Had a flat tire on my trailer in Muskogee. Called these guys up and had me rollin in under a half hour. Me and my family thank you guys. Hopefully it never happens again however if it does you'll be my first call

Trailer had damage from a blow out - Chris was able to do some fab work and got the trailer on the road at a fair price. Driver sent pictures to us 48 hours later of the repair - needless to say I was very happy with the repair. Chris didn't have a lot to work and made it look great (not cobbled together).Would recommend HDBTR anytime!

Went above and beyond getting our driver back up and running as soon as I called him he was on it !!! Will definitely recommend and if we get in another situation like this we will definitely be in touch

I would highly recommend Chris to anyone. He went above and beyond what any shop would have done for us. Chris said he would do everything he could to have it fix in time to pick up our load on Monday. Chris had it fixed in 2 days and let me tell u it was a challenge to find parts that we needed and of course everything is on back order. Our truck runs great and was not over charged on price. This company is the absolute best. The mechanic was very patient and was very informative during the repair. He moved with a sense of urgency and educated me on the cause of the issue. He got me back rolling in no time. If you re in the area I HIGHLY recommend them. You won t be disappointed.

This guy ripped my friend off for $3200 a small business owner that does transportation. This company here is a rip off. Truckers be aware he will not supply receipts to warranty parts. He is a thief be aware truckers stay away from him.

Just had a break job done on a trailer. I wanted just the breaks replaced, however once he got in there it needed drums too. He called and sent pictures of how bad they were so we replaced as well. I have had places before just do what I ask and send us on down the road just to have to pull in some where and pay the ridiculous markups. I don t believe I can get them done any cheaper at any truckstop. Will use Chris at Hammer Down again at some point in the future. Thank you Chris!

Broke down and called the company I'm leased to, and they sent someone out to me. He took a piece off my truck and went to go look for the part, he later called me back and told me I needed to be towed to the shop for him to finish the job. (which I wasn't buying)So I looked up Google and came across Hammer Down Big Truck, called Chris explained what was going on, and he was there within 20 mins.After looking at my truck he asked who came out and looked at my truck, I told him who it was, and he immediately called them up, let them know they did a horrible job of taking a piece off the truck because they damage something in the process. Needless to say, he called around to find the parts I needed, and what the other guy messed up, and got me back on the road.He didn't even charge me for everything that he should have. Even called me about an hour later just to make sure everything was ok.I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic in this area. And he goes in a 100 mile radius of this area. My van broke down on a job, and had to wait hours for anything to be communicated on what I should do, then I finally got a messaged that told me someone was on the way, and within 15 minutes he was there to fix it. He was professional, friendly and helpful, and I m glad he was able to fix my van.

This guys know his stuff, is super helpful, friendly, reasonable and willing to get you back on the road!!!Needed a valve stem on an inside low profile rim and he stayed after closing time to replace the stem and get me going again. 100% recommend him if you are in trouble! Even if you aren t.
