Had exactly what we were looking for and cheaper than Walmart. Nice selection of products and friendly service. Will absolutely be back if we need anything else.

Fantastic place! We have called dozens of RV shops and searched three states looking for a wire for our Dometic fridge. Not only did Earl have what we needed, his price was far more than fair! These folks were well worth the 50 minutes we drove out of our way. I highly recommend this shop. Great people. Thanks again!

We won t take our coach anywhere else but here. They are truly the best. They took great care of us and got the repairs on our motorhome done timely and professionally. Would recommend this establishment over any other place we have experienced before. They are super nice people. Use them as you would not be disappointed. They are awesome.

This family owned and operated business is very friendly and accommodating!We were traveling and they were able to get us in for repairs and winterizing, which they did very competently.They also had other items in their store that we purchased to replace things we needed upgraded.They had already installed a fan blade that we mentioned we needed in our bathroom before I could request my husband to do it!Thank you so much for all your help and to Ms. Shirley for the wonderful visit!

Great friendly service, I had a rear tire blowout on my motor home while visiting in Oklahoma from California. This caused a lot of damage to my electrical hookup and wheel well section. Earl fixed me up good enough to get us back to California safely. I only wished that the RV repair shop in California was as professional and courteous as Earl s. Earl s is the best for workmanship and helpfulness. They get 2 thumbs up.

So when you drive in it leaves quite a bit to be desired. But we went in anyway and were basically told we are stupid for wanting a certain product for our RV. Not exactly sure how people like this retain customers. Perhaps in covid times it's all that's out there. We will absolutely make sure to let everyone know about my experience here!

The BEST people in this area for sales or service by far! We stopped on the side of the road to check out our (improperly sized and soon to be broken) leaf springs and just happened to be in front of their place. We pulled in and immediately Earl (and Earl) came out to greet us and troubleshoot the problem with us. In just a few minutes, they had us pulling into the shop and were changing out our springs for the correct ones that they had in stock. We helped and learned how to change them, and in doing so we realized how much trouble we would have been in trying to change them ourselves on the side of the road. We cannot say enough good about these people!

Excellent service. Traveling cross country the high winds had unfurled my slide topper; Earl literally stopped what he was doing to help me out. Built a new part to keep it in check. Really kind, patient, and helpful. I could not recommend their service more highly. Good honest people.

We were traveling with our camper, when we lost our cover over our bathroom fan. It was an extremely windy day and we just aren t sure exactly what happened. But, I found their number and gave them a call. We pulled in about 30 minutes later and they got right on it and got us fixed up within 30 minutes. And, we were back on the road. Thank you so much for your guys kindness and helping us out on such short notice.

I can t say enough good things about the people and the service they provided at this place. Near the end of a 10,000 mile trip around the country, we froze a wheel bearing, lost a tire and wheel, and bent the spindle on the axle. We contacted Earl s, which was about 30 miles away, explained our situation, and they said we could have the trailer towed there, park it in their driveway since it was after hours, and they would look at it first thing in the morning. Before calling Earl's, we had contacted a couple of other facilities, and everyone said it would be a few days before they could get to it. But Earl's understood our plight, and the need to continue on to get back to our home in Florida, so they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. Long story short, they were able to get us a new axle, and get it installed, and by 4:30 that day we were back on the road. The price was extremely reasonable, and the service was outstanding. As experienced RVers know, one of the most important things when purchasing an RV is the service of the dealer selling it. I would highly recommend Earl s for an RV purchase if you are buying, or an RV repair should you need it.

I always try to be objective when writing a review, but this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I purchased a hitch that bent under normal conditions and was asked if I had called the manufacturer. Not.. hey, let s check and see what can be done , but.. I don t know what to tell ya . And... they weren t even busy. I was the only one there. I would definitely never buy an RV from them after the apathy I saw in dealing with this small 400.00 purchase.

I can t say enough about the people and the service they provided. We are able to do disaster relief through a church organization, D. R. T., and were on our way home in Garland, TX from the Ft. Gibson, OK effort, when the bearings on the front tandem finally gave up and dropped the wheel, lucky for me, (the wife helped me decide), at their place of business. Not much damage, but needed a new axle and bearings, etc. The price was extremely reasonable, and the service was outstanding. If you are near Earl s Lake Country RVs Inc., Muskogee, OK, and have any RV problems, It would be to you benefit to stop, you will be pleased with the service that they provide. If they were nearer our home they would have all our business.

Excellent service at a great price. They always give me great advice and answer any questions I have. I have them winterize the trailer every year and fix everything we broke during the camping season. I recently went camping over spring break and when I went to connect the electric at the campsite I discovered that copper thieves cut and stole my electric cord. I called Earl's and explained my predicament. Fortunately they had a cord in stock. They were working on another trailer and graciously paused their work in order to help me in my time of need and save our family outing. That is the kind of customer service that will make me a loyal customer for life.

The gate was open at 7:30 am, so I drove in. I waited a bit after reading the sign saying they opened at 8 a.m. I finally opened the door at 7:45 & asked Earl & his son if they would check out our 40' diesel pusher motor home, as our front airbags would not fill up. They said, "Sure we can! The service department opens at 8:30. Just bring it over."So I went back & brought the motor home over. They drove it right in, at 8:25, blew out the air lines (that were filled with gunk) & told us exactly 'what' to get checked out when we arrived at our destination. We were only charged for an hour's worth of labor. Everyone there was wonderfully friendly, honest & we think they are very trustworthy.

I have taken my 2003 there a few times. Always polite, always knowledgeable. Service done correctly and reasonably priced. I would recommend to anyone. Since they are busy you need to allow a few days or weeks depending on time of year.

Earl and his son saved our vacation! After a night without A/C or electric in the middle of a heat wave we showed up to Earls at 8:30 in the morning. He had our camper fixed and us back on the road in less than two hours! Great people and I m so thankful that if our camper was going to have issues that it happened next to Earls Lake Country Rv!

Friendly and courteous 3-generation business; worked us in even though we were strangers from out of state just passing through. Fixed the plumbing leak in our RV in no time flat. Highly recommend!

Great folks. I didn t purchase from them. Wig now I had. Treated like my business mattered. I ll be having all my service done here. Very fair on the prices. If you are a local or just passing through I sure recommend them.

When we bought our trailer from Earl, I had visited more than 8 places and found this family owned business to be the best place. Great team of friendly, honest and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend this service dept. as well!

The fastest and friendliest service so far on our road trip as of today 4500 miles around 21 States. Probably won t be going back because it s a pretty long way from home lol - but if you need your RV serviced or want to buy a new one - I can t recommend these guys enough (Donna- Vancouver Island BC - Canada)

Very helpful staff, earl is the owner and works daily. He is extremely knowlagable and very sweet. Great place to purchase RV parts and or just get you a new RV! They can also do service on your RV. Very very great place! Five stars!!!!

Bought an Enterra in April of 2014, its had lots of small problems. I've taken it back for repairs 3 or 4 times and most of the problems are still there. And an Arkansas sharpening stone that was in my camper when it went for service is missing, I guarantee it was stolen because it just one of those things I see everyday and I never take it out of its wooden box. Box was there, no stone inside. Really pissed me off because it was a gift from someone close to me. I haven't reported it to them because all they'll do is deny it, they did have a crappy employee they since fired, maybe that's who got it. Bottom line, don't buy an enterra from here unless you have lots of time for service and you better take all your belongings out before you drop it off. Not Happy !

I went in a little paranoid. Boy was I wrong. Chris showed me the ones I wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and very.nice. Earl was very nice. There was no stress in the visit.

All we can say is we had excellent, excellent, excellent service - nice people and good service. We have decided that when we need RV service we will drive the 1.5 hours to have Earl s service our RV. Also we will buy our next RV from them!
