They were our heroes while we were heading back home to Missouri when we had car trouble. We had stopped at a couple tire shops for a tire issue, but still had a problem. We ended up stopping here and they were the only ones who asked questions about what we were experiencing before test driving the car and diagnosed our problem, turned out to be an issue with our axles. They were quick to treat and service our vehicle, service took less than two hours to diagnose and fix, and got us back on the road safely! I'm completely sure we would have been stranded if not for them! This place is amazing and the gentlemen were so helpful and kind! Definitely recommend!Thank you so much!

Want to take time to Thank your employee Ronnie for what he did for us on a trip to Muskogee from out of town to pick up one of my trucks from a mechanic. Ronnie went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road at closing time. I'm a real estate broker and owner of a trucking company. Ronnie I will be calling you for my next set of tires and will drive to Muskogee to do it. Discount Tire on 32nd Street in Muskogee you have one of the best in Ronnie and the friendly mechanic who stopped what he was busy doing to help! Thank You!

We purchased new tires for our 2018 Dodge Caravan and have them rotated and balance checked per the paperwork and management requirements. The first two rotations/ balance check were free as per agreement. Now today I was told I would need to pay $40.00 for the balance

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star but I had to put 1 so I could leave a review. Went here because I had a flat. Waited over an hour and they couldn't even tell me what they did to "fix" my tire. I get 10 miles down the road and it goes flat again. It was a leaky valve stem that Walmart in Wagoner discovered. They apologized and said that my sensor should have reset itself. It wasn't my tire sensor. Tire sensors don't inflate or deflate a tire. I would not recommend this place.

These good folks are AMAZING ! They are honest, reliable & go out of their way at times to help you out. Who loans you lug nuts till you come back, not knowing if your really going to come back ??? Of course I did return them about an hour later after going and buy mine. Everyone is super friendly & knowledgeable. I worked with Cliff on several occasions. If you need tires, repairs or a good once over on a car before you buy it, this is the place to go to !

My family and I had switched mechanics for a while. But, Discount helped my wife in a pinch after our other mechanic screwed up a simple routine maintenance issue. The mechanic had failed to lock the skid plate on her vehicle back into place after an oil change.Discount fixed for a very reasonable price and got her back on the road fast. They could have raked her like some repair shops would in a similar situation. A not so mechanically inclined person, in a bind, yep, could have raked her easy. They didn't. And that's why Discount has business once again.Sorry other mechanic...you're fired!Jack Tatum (Yeah, that Jack Tatum)

Was there yesterday Ron did great got me in quick and I had four new trailer tires installed on a bulk feeder I was needing to get home in sw oklahoma.Only giving a three star because I come out this morning and see two of the new tires were halfway flat. Thinking I might of just ran over a nail or something I took it to a tire shop here in okc to get fixed before I headed home. Well what is wrong with them is two of the tires installed, the rims were not cleaned of a couple rust spots on bead area. So it caused both of them to leak. Glad I found d this before I headed down the turn pike. I remembered yesterday watching a gentlemen cleaning two of them but didnt see the other two cleaned. Didnt think anything about it. Well now I'm sitting here at another tire shop getting them cleaned and Installed right.Not saying discount tire is bad, just be vigilant if you buy tires and watch install.

Was able to take my car back and get fixed immediately, mechanic took my car for a drive and pinpointed exactly what the problem was....I definitely appreciate the patience they had with me. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND,THEY WILL GET WHATEVER FRONT END/TIRE WORK FIXED. THANKS ONCE AGAIN

I was passing through town when I stopped to get gas. My car wouldn't start but one of their employees Jeremy came over and jump started my car with a jumper box. He didn't have the tools to tighten my battery terminal cable but he sent me to the shop. I walked in the gentleman behind the counter was super nice they took my car to the back and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Just an extremely nice group of employees!

If you get caught with flat in Muskogee I can say this place is a great shop to go to for help. Not only were they courteous but also efficient and inexpensive for quality work! We had a tricky problem but they had it figured out and on our way in no time!

Got a set of tires and oil change. Friendly ppl, but didn't ask what kind of oil or look in the old label on the windshield. No, they put synthetic in, not a blend but total synthetic. Saying it's what the car maker says to. Well, what came in it from the manufacturer was a blend of synthetic and oil. I wasn't told either till I started to walk off with the receipt and noticed it. Once you've gone complete synthetic, you never can go back to the blend. And that's what the Honda dealers use. Which I couldn't get into Honda in Muskogee and I had to drive 600 miles the next day. They also didn't put in my TPS when they put on my new tires. Which is a comforting feeling to have when you're driving so far and as a woman is nice to have that built in feature. The price was good, but i was totally mystified how the men just blew off talking to me about those issues until I saw the print out and had to come back due to the light on the TPS malfunctioning. I make my own decisions, they just assumed that since I was an older woman and it had to do with a car that I wouldn't know what the hell was going on. They assumed wrong!

They were the most amazing. My friend and I were passing through and our car broke down. They did everything they could to get us on the road again as soon as they safely could. We truly appreciate all their efforts.

The service was wonderful the representatives were friendly although it took a while to get my tire fixed they compensated me for my wait I will definitely recommend them to my friends

Got 2 used tires in great condition, taking my car back to have relay switches checked in a couple of days. Praying that's all that's wrong. People are great and hard working---- Follow up, big bubble on one tire, went back, pointed out to one guy and got it changed right away, but it could've turned out bad with me driving on it, be sure and do a walk around before you leave, just to be safe....

Stopped in yesterday for a flat repair ..as always they got it done and done right. The guys in the office were friendly as usual and then on my way out I stopped and chatted with some of the guys working in the shop and they were nice as well. Whether east side or west side I ve never had a bad experience. Thank you guys!

Had some issues with my front end of the Dodge Caliber today. (December 28th) They did an excellent job of getting me in and out before they closed today. Also, I paid a few dollars cheaper than I expected!! Highly recommend this place. Get there early because they fill up fast.

They are honest. I went for brakes once and they told me I only had a rock that got in somehow. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a cent. They earned my brake business for life.

These guys have done it right! They know there stuff and have great customer service! It s hard to find a good mechanic you trust! I m going back here from now on. Thanks, Ron Chandler and all the guys up front for being so helpful and making me feel like I m talking with a friend and not someone trying to make money off me.

I got a flat while visiting the Castle. They were able to patch it and get me back home to Tulsa right before they closed for the day. Went out if their way to get it done.

Stuff is very polite and helpful. When being harassed by another customer they were sure to take care of the matter right away and sincerely apologize as the customer is irregular and they insured me that they do not condone the behavior and to let them know if it continued and they would take care of it. Excellent customer service and they truly take care of their customers both new and long-term. I would highly suggest this tire company to anyone I know
