Highly recommend! Fast courteous service. Needed some muffler work done and they got me in and out quickly. They also installed some running boards for me and we've purchased many rounds of tires from them. They've never let me down.

Well went there to have them check my breaks and asked them to call before they started working on it and when I called to check they said it was almost ready without even asking me to repair it then after was finished I was told not to bring it back in for any repairs so go there at your own risk

$200 set of tires. It s Appalling that they would let anybody leave with tires in this condition. Let alone sell them to someone as a half-worn tireUpdate 10/20/21 I got the unsafe tires from discount tire removed and was informed by the tech that one of my wheel studs had been previously stripped off and they put a bunch of red lock tight on it.I was never informed of the stud when I was at discount tire (probably to hide their mistake). They also chipped the teeth of my wheel lock key so I will be replacing the locks and lugs, as well as the studs. I will be updating after I get the paperwork from chevy documenting the damage and what it will cost to fix it. Absolutely astounding that a simple tire change lead to over $500 in damages. but it s even more shocking that they let this kind of thing happen everyday. That they let me roll out of the shop that day. Most people don t check their mechanics work, but if you use this shop I recommend you do.

I work out of town but I m from Muskogee. I was in town for Christmas and noticed I had a small screw driver head in my tire. I came in to discount tire on York st to get it plugged. They pulled me into bay 2 and said they would fix it. After waiting about an hour they said it was done but they couldn t guarantee it would hold. I thought that was weird but payed them 20$ anyway and started to leave, before I left I looked at my tire and noticed they had damaged my 22in America force rim and my 35in toyo M/T tire, both were only 1 month old. When I called attention to this they said they were sorry but were not responsible for damages!! I think that is absurd! They than showed me a sign saying they were not responsible, which was in the work area in front of bay 4 behind a tire machine. Here are the pictures I took.

Took my truck in and spent $500 plus with this company on my AC. It worked for a few days and quit working again. I tried calling this company last week about bringing it in and getting it looked at. They say they operate off appointments and I can just drop it off. Well I live In Tulsa I can not just drop it off. I wrote this same review last week. Over the weekend or sometime after I wrote the review, a guy named Mike Wiseman wrote a response apologizing about my experience. Told me to give him a call in what was a different number than the main one. Well a friend of mine told me he was one of the owners. So I took down my original review!!! So I decided to give them a call again to see about getting my truck in. He told me Saturday and hung up on me. I tried to call Mr. Wiseman to talk to him about it. He hung up on me before I could even tell him who I was. I to am a company owner. If my employees talked or hung up on any one of my customers I d fire everyone of them. I m going to make it a point to go on social media,google the Bbb to let everyone know not to do business with these guys. As it says above my name is Travis Robertson! I m the owner of Tristate Concrete in Tulsa Oklahoma. I won t be taking this down again. Rude Rude Rude. And the parts they put on my truck are not even working. But I can wait until Saturday and if I don t like it. You get hung up on.

Don't every use this place. They put lock tight on tie rods. Which should never be put on . Took car to get an alignment not even a month ago dropped car off was called not even an hour later saying they couldn't do alignment because I basically needed a whole new front chassis. They are a very shady business. Wanted to charge me $500 to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced.

Discount Tires - both the Hwy 69 location and the Eastside location on York St. are unique in my long lifetime. They are absolutely trustworthy. I have recommended them to friends who needed anything from tires to emergency repairs and without exception those friends have sought me out to thank me because of the friendly and fair way they were treated. I would leave my wallet with Mark at the York street location and tell him to take what he needs for the repairs, or the tires, or just an oil change. I've been a customer there for over 20 yrs. So thank you for all the times you've gotten me safely back on the road, guys. To the reader, next time you need anything automotive, from routine maintenance to a full set of tires, give the Wiseman Brothers a try. They're good folks to know.

Got me and took care of what needed to be done. The only thing they might change is..once they have your car and u are waiting inside, they should come in and tell you what is wrong and what they can do..I was just told..it's done and its$$

Wonderful customer service! Very fast! I trust them to work on my vehicles here. I brought in a tire I thought had a leak. They filled it with air ,checked it and informed me it was fine at no cost. I ve had my air conditioner fixed here. It was missing a seal. And they charged it. Works perfect like new on a 22 year old car. Very affordable. I m about to go get another part fixed on my fusion. The only shop I trust.

Although I had 2 go 42 miles to the closest store, the money spent in gas doubled in the money I saved by using the 60k mile warranty I purchased when I bought a whole set of 4 from them. They are all great guys that work at this location. Very informative, efficient & very friendly & fast. They told me they would get me back on the road by 3:13 p.m., my clock said it was 2:07 when I pulled in the garage & I was driving out of their parking lot at 3:39. And I found out that you get unlimited tires rotated & balanced each time you visit. So that warranty saved me the money I paid 4 ir in my 1st visit since I bought new ones a yr ago. I'll never go another way or place when I get my next set. Oh & they suggest getting your tires balanced & rotated every 6k miles, if not your tires have more wear & you'll go thru them faster, Great store & employees. Thank guy's for the fantastic job, I appreciate ya!!?

Came here on a Monday needed some tires ordered spoke to guy named Aaron who sat down with me & said he ordered 4 tires for me they d be there tomorrow morning came back Tuesday and no tires there not sure what happened ok no big deal let s order them again & I ll be back the next day we order again I come back Wednesday still no tires & then the guy Aaron that I spoke to every day just says that he doesn t know Asking me if I knew what company he ordered from like I work there.. absolutely ridiculous never will be here again & would never recommend to anybody

All the personnel are very friendly and they do everything possible to get you back on the road. I had a broke valve stem and replaced it right on my car sitting out in the parking lot. Great job GUYS!!!!!!

It was close to closing time when I arrived. The attendance at the counter ask what I needed help with. After I I told him my problem. He rushed right out to the car and had me fixed up in no time. He was very polite in courteous couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Called both Discount Tire locations (East & West) to get a quote to mount and balance my new tires. Individual I spoke to, I believe his name was Josh, was trying to charge me $10 more than the West location. Same company, different location, and definitely different pricing... I don t know if he simply misspoke or just a dirt bag but definitely wouldn t recommend anyone going to this place. Call other locations before coming here for a possible better price.

Both good and bad experience.Went in for a tire repair, amazingly fast and very good service.Scheduled appt that following Monday for replacement parts (on hand), no issues. It was changed for next monday stating it was my mistake, then pushed back again for another 2wks for non-experienced workers. No referrals offered or apologizes for the delays.

Amazing service from Austin and the whole staff. They located a hard to find 265/30R19 overnight and had changed them by 10:00 the next morning. They also had to deal with security key issues.Exceptional.

These guys are golden, i called several places prior to them, and explained that i didn't have the antitheft key for my wheels... every other shop wanted to tack on a 20 dollar per wheel charge for removing the lug. I was not charged a penny for them removing, what had to be a nuisance for them. And buy the way...i got the best deal i've ever experienced buying tires...... wonderful experience!

These gentlemen were amazing. Was in desperate need of a tire and really couldn't afford 200 for a new one. They double checked and had a used one that was in really decent shape and way cheaper. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
