My car was totaled nearby and was hauled to this location. When I released my car, they suggested I take my license plate and I also told them my wagon was in the back trunk which I couldn t get to since that was where I was hit. They offered to grab it. I went in a few days later to grab my license plate not thinking I ll get my wagon but everything plus more was given back to me! Best customer service!

The lady who answers the phones is Amazing!!! I think her name was Monica. She was always so kind when I called and bugged her lol the shop manager was really disappointing. It took 2 days for him and his team to determine they "weren't certified" work on severe Toyota damage. I'm a single mom of two and every day counts on getting my vehicle back. This business is one of the best iv had the pleasure of getting to be a customer with. They were very prompt and professional. They kept me updated the entire process and when I had issues they were quick to fix them without any inconvenience to me. I would highly recommend and they are family friendly as well!! Gil, Monica and the rest of the staff are highly professional, kind, honest and they really helped me out of a jam. From salvaging and re-attaching my damaged front bumper in just a few days, they also saved me a bunch of money and gave me a ride when I had to leave my truck at their shop. Wonderful and totally professional. I hit a deer and the car was taken to the shop. They did a full assessment and determined the car was a total loss. Unlike my insurance company, USAA, they kept in contact with me, let me know what was going on, and kept me fully informed on the status. They even made a run to the post office and returned my license plates to me. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. If the car had been repairable, I would have been completely comfortable with them doing the work.Service: Body & Trim

Everything was easy! From getting the estimate (20 mins) to the repair was easy. They contacted the insurance company, had me a rental waiting. Explained everything being done. Texted me daily on progress of fixing my van. My van was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Monica and Mel beyond nice. Will definitely go back if ever need body work. Thanks!!Service: Body & Trim

Very happy with the service, staff was very helpful . Kept you inform everyday as to the progress of your vehicle. They did and excellent job and the job was completed 2 days before the completion date. I would recommend them to everybody and every insurance company.

The gang at Collision Center of Muskogee did some great restoration work on my mom's 2016 Honda Civic. They kept my husband and I well informed, when we had questions, etc... When we got my mom's car back, it looked better, that it had in quite a few yrs.

The owner\ manager is really great. They don't over sell you. They are always prompt in getting your car back up and running. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in from Tulsa to Pryor and beyond. They're worth the drive.

These guys did a great job repairing my jeep after I hit a deer. Made it look brand new! They were very diligent about making sure everything with my Jeep was fixed and safe for my family and I!

The Collision Center of Muskogee is a wonderful shop! I was hired on to fill the open detailing position. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay due to unreliable child care. Mel really tried his hardest to keep me on and all of the text are good at what they do. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I have not had much experience with body repair shops. Only 3 incidents in my 74 years of life. Two of these were at the collision center of Muskogee. These incidents were years apart however both were handled professionally with expert work done on my vehicle. I will always use them as long as they treat me like they did. I hit a deer, damage was done. The whole crew at the Collision Center of Muskogee, Oklahoma took care of everything from the time I walked through their door until they repaired my 2006 Buick Lucerne. The paint and body looked brand new when I picked it up. Job well done!
