I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here. He will charge you an arm and a leg for repairs that won't fix the issue that you ask them to fix then try to pull a fast one on people he thinks don't know anything about cars.

I had a disappointing experience with the auto shop. I brought in my truck to have a remanufactured engine installed, but to my dismay, they ended up putting in a used engine that had several bad accessories. The shop's failure to provide the service I paid for and their lack of transparency about the substitution left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their work. It's unfortunate that their actions didn't align with their promises.

I've used this shop twice. Once for A/C repair, the other a brake repair. The shop was honest, upfront, very punctual, and really fast. No issues at all. They are my go to mechanic now when needed.

Yesterday, I was on my way to St. Louis from McKinney and 2 hrs into my drive, my check engine indicator was flashing and my 2009 Honda Accord sounded like it was about to shut off. I called a collision company in Muskogee who referred me to Brian's Auto Body. It was approximately 3:30 pm when I called and he was closing at 5:00 pm. After telling me I probably needed an engine coil and sparks plugs (had 158k miles on car and never replaced plugs) he guessed the flashing engine light was probably due to it misfiring. He suggested I bring it in the following day because he said the engine would have to cool down before my car could be worked on and it was near closing time. However, after learning I was traveling out of state and within 2 miles from his shop, he told me to stop by so that he could diagnose issue. Long story short, I had a bad injector and indeed needed my spark plugs replaced. I knew he wasn't lying because the Honda dealership recommended new sparks plugs 3 months earlier. He was a life saver and I highly recommend him. He charged me $280, however me not being a mechanic and not sure if that was too much, was very satisfied and felt more at ease and secure that I was going to safely complete my trip and not be stalled on the side of the road/highway due to any more mechanical issues. Kyle, who replaced my plugs/coil wrote down the engine coil's part number on my invoice that he purchased from Auto Zone as a reference. I left the shop at 5:00 pm and upon driving my car, my check engine indicator was no longer on or blinking and my car didn't feel like it was about to shut off. It was smooth sailing again and I arrived to my destination without incident. Thank you Brian and Kyle!

We moved to Muskogee area about 7 months ago and I purchased a SUV that needed a few things done to it. I was looking for a local mechanic to build a relationship with and meanwhile my wife s Lexus was due for an oil change. I found Brian s Automotive on the internet who says they do oil changes. I called and asked them about changing the oil in the Lexus and was told I needed to bring it down to a oil and lube place down the street from them for that making it sound as though they didn t want to be bothered with it.Guess I will look elsewhere for a service center to build a relationship with for the oil change and the $2,000 worth of other work I wanted to get done.

Brian was eating an old bologna sandwich and was drinking out of a large warm container of milk when I walked in. Said I needed a new engine and wanted 5k. I was there with my college age daughter and her good little dog, Emmy the pug. Since I was driving to Chicago I was stuck with brianthe genius. He s selling me on the five year warranty and that was after I told him I was getting rid of the car in a year. Had to get a hotel for five nights while I waited to get it fixed. Picked it up five days later and the lights on the dash went on right away. What a surprise. They worked on it another 5 hours while I waited there praying I could get back to Chicago.How anyone could say this place is competent is beyond me. The place of business hadn t been cleaned since Kennedy was president. Maybe before Kennedy.Needless to say I hope I never get in a difficult position like that and have a complete moron have me at his mercy.

A mechanic I can trust 100% Brian's Automobile Repair goes above and beyond on customer service, and they get the job done right. Most importantly, I know that I'm always given a good price, and if they recommend something needs fixing, it's because it DOES, not because they're "upselling" me. It's so comforting to know that the value, quality, and honest service is there whenever I need it! Thanks Brian and crew!!

This place fixed my truck on New year's Eve at the last minute and even worked late to finish it for me. I absolutely recommend this place to any and everyone for all your automotive repair needs. Really good people I can't express enough how much I appreciate

I took my car in to have them look at it because something was wrong with the front end that they fixed. They replaced a tie rod without my permission, charged me 30 bucks for it, told me I didn't need an alignment, then when I called, saying how badly my car was out of alignment, he said I'd need to drop another $45. My mother called him, because I'm pregnant and working, and began to discuss what happened. He got very rude, called her a b***h, and ended up giving me my refund, which will go towards getting an alignment that I did nto ever plan on having to get. I was originally pleased with their work and chose to go back to them, no I know that that was a mistake and I will find a different mechanic.Something else, my car was literally grinding all over after I picked it up the first time. The front passenger tire and my rear end sounded like they were going to sheer off. I was extremely upset that I was being played because my fiance was out of state working and I was a woman. Brian said that my bairing were going out which can cause the wheels to fall completely off of my car to catch fire.Brian took my car back into his shop. He gave me my $30 back and paid for my alignment. When I got it back, nothing seemed strange about it. Also, I had york tire look at my car and they said that my bairings were fine but I needed a cv shaft.

Had clutch changed. I provided the clutch kit for them. Spent 497. with a year warranty on there work. 2000 eclipse v6. They only had it for a week and they had tons of vehicles. Will come again.
