The customer service is professional and helpful. They also are bilingual for people who speak Spanish, which I don't, but is great for Spanish speakers who need to fix their rigs. The only downside is their parts have a pretty high markup. However, that's most auto parts stores nowadays.

It's an absolute freaking wonder how the young girl with black and pink hair got hired at this place. Zero customer service skills, absolutely zero self-awareness when she's on the clock. 2x I have dealt with her, there will not be a third.. I guess I'll go across the street, I will not be back due to her attitude. Can't even asked a simple question without getting a condescending look and attitude with no answer...

Was just in store, no other customers, and 3 people behind counter 2 of which made direct eye contact with me. None on the phone, and after waiting about 5 minutes of no one saying anything, I will go to their competitors' store.

Matthew and the store went above and beyond to help me get a new battery. Since I'm from out of state and knew nothing about the area, they did the most to make sure I was okay. Could not recommend enough!!

Sold us like 3 alternators that didn t workHighly recommend O Reilly s over these guys any day. Most of the employees shouldn t work there and don t know what they re talking about.

I bought lifetime warranty alternator. Lasted year and half. I call muskogee autozone need to get one....it's on order...call few days later to add idler pulley to order...oh they didn't order it. So I reorder it and idler pulley. Idler pulley don't fit put alternator in it don't work 200 dollar tow. Order 3rd one box is beat up no papers on it I say is this new? It was cast wrong wouldn't line up call to get yet another they don't got one in oklahoma it seems so I got to pay more money for a dif alternator...there parts are junk their employees are idiots go to oreillys less issues

The salesman helped me to change out the headlight bulb in my truck! Very friendly and courteous! Today I went here and Noah hooked my truck up to the machine to tell me what all was wrong with my truck! He was very helpful and courteous to me and even suggested some good mechanics for me! I was helped immediately on entering the store! This auto parts store has always been attentive to my needs!

LOVE THIS LOCATION! They are super helpful. Just bought a used car, so I brought it to them. They helped me find new windshield wipers for it immediately, checked my battery for me, and found me a new battery for my key-fob. All of it was quick and painless! Thanks a ton James!

We are from out of town and someone clipped our driver's side mirror on our RV. They did not have the exact mirror we needed but they found one that worked. The employee came out to the RV and helped us make sure it would work. Thank you for your kindness.

I was on the phone with two guys that were just about at quitting time and they had my stuff rung up and a loaner torque wrench ready for me to use. This day and age where employees stand around on their phones or rolling their eyes because you're holding them up; for a couple of younger guys to be willing to help out and put a customer ahead of themselves, I think that was super cool.Thx again fellas.

I had to get window wipers for my car they're high price from what I'm used to but of course that was years ago paying 11 to $23 for each wiper blade when I used to pay $2 to $5 for them just seems high to me but the clerk did put them on for me I was grateful about that and if you have a card then you get $20 back I think for every hundred you spend they had some pretty good sales going on too on air conditioning freon steering wheel covers the Jack and roll bars to go under your car just check it out I always go to AutoZone or O'Reilly they're both pretty good

Awesome customer service!!!! Thank you to CHRIS who helped us with a bad battery in the HEAT!!! We even tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it.He said, "That's what we're here for." TOP notch!!!!
