Best mechanics in Muskogee! The office staff is also knowledgeable and helpful. I won't take my car anywhere else. They are also very honest. When they saw that I was going to be pumping a lot of money into my old car, they recommended I trade. They could of made more from the repairs, but they cared enough to recommend I get something more dependable. They are awesome!

Was from out of town and found ourselves with car troubles....got towed in at closing time and they stayed late to fix our truck and get us home!! Very nice people!! Reasonably priced!! Cool shop cat!!

I honestly don t know how this company is still in operation. They have had my car for 2 months and will not answer any of my calls. Deal with these people at your own risk. The cars in the photos are of other customers.Service: Auto body & trim replacementService: Auto body & trim replacement

Picked up my car from Armstrong after repairs and was extremely happy, drove to locksmith to make a duplicate set of keys. Somehow the locksmith jammed up my vehicles brain after "flashing" part of key making. Locksmith said my vehicle issues weren't their fault and that I should call a tow truck as they did nothing wrong. I called Armstrong told them what was going on and Armstrong spoke to the locksmith over the phone, walked the locksmith over the mistake the locksmith had made and gave him guidance on how to fix it!!!! Armstrong WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Had I believed the locksmith I would have been out of pocket for towing, etc....I can't praise Armstrong Automotive enough. What they did for me was simply doing the right thing, that's how they treat customers.

Oh my goodness this place was fantastic! I was traveling through when my alternator went out. This place was slammed and they could have easily told me to wait but they didn t. They were able to get the part (thank goodness!) and jump me to the front of the line so I could continue my trip. Talk about customer service! Absolutely amazing! I wish I lived closer because this would be my garage for sure! Thank you thank you thank you for getting me back on the road so quick. You will come highly recommended by me (and by how busy you are, I am sure you are positively well known already).

Several months back I got a new battery and alternator from them that came with a warranty, well my alternator went bad and the same day it did I called and they got me right in and replaced it same day! They re very friendly, professional and helpful! Very dishonest people. They will price a job based on your knowledge of Mechanic's. If you are inexperienced, they will take advantage of you and the price may double. They might do things to your car that needs a fix in the future. I spent over 10k there and there isn't enough time to list all the things they did wrong/ ripped me off on. I will say, one of their jobs on a strut could have cost me totaling my car while driving. It wasn't bolted on. Very, extremely dangerous to do that to a customer! And of course I had to have that strut replacement done BY THEM. Extremely fishy. These people are awesome. They wouldn't even start on my car until they knew for sure what was wrong and they figured it out quick. They adamantly gave me options, quoted me, discounted me, and then let me stay there for hours until I was able to figure out what I could do. They even gave me water. Very nice people. I was only passing through Oklahoma and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. Even watching how they treated other customers was great. They didn't try to fix anything that wasn't broken and worked with everyone personally to be on the same page. They definitely know what they're talking about and even their receptionist is an experienced mechanic. What's crazy is I didn't even end up paying for any maintenance and they thanked me on the way out anyway. One of the guys made sure to fill my radiator so I could get to a nearby hotel. 5 stars isn't enough.

They did a great job diagnosing the issue with my steering wheel controls and, perhaps more importantly, fighting with my warranty company to get it paid for. The Armstrong team went above and beyond to get the parts needed at a cost the warranty company would pay and I am so grateful to them for the work taking care of my beloved road trip car! These people are awesome! My car failed on my way home to okc and these guys got me in their shop right away, even staying late to fix it so I could get on my way home. Even better, he charged me less than my home mechanic that I've been using for years.Like the other people have stated, there is definitely a reason why they are so well rated.Take your car here!!!

There s a reason why this place keeps getting 5 star reviews:They really go out of their way to help you. I was in a jam and needed a starter put on my car. They were booked solid, but tried to and did squeeze me in. When have you ever heard of a mechanic shop doing something like that?They d didn t charge me and arm and a leg and they were very friendly. If you ever have a car issue, call these folks first.

Had to take my Tahoe in somewhere to get it fixed bc it was loosing power didn t have a clue where to go so started doing research online found these guys sure glad I did!! they had my Tahoe fixed in a few hrs! throttle body had to be replaced!! I now know where to go and where to recommend folks to!! These folks are awesome thanks a million for getting me back on the road in a flash!!

My friend had a great experience with this company. She broken down in Muskogee and she does not live there this garage made sure she slept in her own bed that night. Also the tow truck company had her waiting over an hour when these sweet people found out they went and got her and her truck within 15 minutes.

This place is incredible. I needed to have a ball joint replaced and they were able to do so very quickly. They were also able to get the car aligned which was awesome. I will definitely be using them again.

Great service and I will be bringing my truck and car to them for all of my automotive repair. You get treated like a person instead of a price tag. If you want great service and great work done on your automotive needs give them a call.

10 stars Hands down. You want a good shop go here. Knowledgable, friendly, and honest.Let's just say that this family owned business is the only place I will personally recommend. No I have not tried out all the shops but when you find a diamond in a coal mine, you have no reason to look anywhere else. You also want to show it off right?Basically I am having weird clunking and sqeaking noises. Yea I need new brakes but this was coming from the front left and would actually stop when I did hit my breaks. I swung by a shop off of York one evening and asked for advice. Guy told me come back in the a.m. I let him know I have 3 young kiddos and no family since we moved here from Texas. My husband works all day so I need to be seen after 4pm. I give it a few days and come back at 4:15pm (kid free bec I told my husband to hurry home so I could go get the noise checked out asap) They closed at 5:30 and it's Monday..... Again I explained the odd noises and emphasise on how important my vehicle is to my family whom travels to Texas frequently. I told him all the things I would like to do but that the noise worried me first things first. He told me to come back at like 7am bec its like an hour job... I said I would but that my 3 kids would be all over this room...7am...an hour job to look at my car and test drive it....for free...but really dood....So I get to my car and see how empty his shop is and I'm thinking it's 4:30pm and I am kid free and there has to be SOMEBODY in this Okie town that is willing to at least drive my car and give me their opinion on what it might be!!!!!Armstrong Automotive Repair LLC, closed at 6pm and the LLC had me thinking I can help out a small business owner so let's check them out....Oh My Goodness Gracious-----Literally bad to the bone. The wife(mechanic herself 22yrs?) Was very kind and professional and her guys took my car for test drive 3 times, lifted it up 2 times too pinpoint the problem. Had 4 guys under there even though I was out of pocket till Friday. It ended up being a LOOSE SWAY BAR on the front left. How funny is that. They said the nutt was just about to fall off. For one, totally embarrassing to my pride bec I am an inspiring mechanic, for two, that is ALL that was. Not a ball joint not my calipers not a warped roter( there is only so much my dad can tell me to look up over the phone hints he lives Texas) so I was WAY off. Gosh they where just so stinking kind and willing to help me out. I stayed and the owner gal looked up a list of parts that I also believe I need lol and I plan on coming back once a week(every payday) to slowly knock out the damage I have put on my baby due to the traveling lifestyle.I think her husband been a mechanic for like 25 years? I didn't meet him but their set up, their employees, the whole situation has me excited bec it is hard to find the good mechanic in town that you can trust and afford. I will plan ahead and make appointments for the future and deal with my sweet texan kiddos but At least I can comfortably bring my truck in knowing what I am being charged and what they are doing.I am so glad and thankful they helped me out and aside from the other car issues I have I am not near as paranoid now that the crazy noise is gone!!!To think that if the original pretty boy mechanic I went to first would have just hopped in my ride, he could have my business for a long time....I dodged that bullet

SAVED THE DAY!! We broke down on the side of the turnpike and managed to pull our truck to their shop. He came out to us and did all the repairs right there on the spot and immediately knew what our problem was! Took a total of 40 mins and we are now back on the road! Thank you so so much!!

I recommend this place to anyone I come across who needs car repairs or maintenance. They are honest and reasonable. They don't do any thing to your csr without first clearing it with you. I can't say enough good things about them.

Armstrong automotive is excellent!! I take my car here for oil changes. It's very affordable and they do great work.
