Service has always been good with the guys here. They are very personable and a good attitude. It just seems this place is way more expensive than other quick lube spots. It may just be perception, but that s my reality .

The crew that took care of the car was amazing. The service was Friendly, thorough, fast, well priced, veteran and military friendly, no one treated me differently because I'm a woman. And the vehicle is running nicely. :)

The guys were incredible helpful and professional. I had an issue with another shop (not take 5) using the wrong oil plug and not telling me but they were more than happy to help me still get my oil changed and give me tips for my next one! I ve been using take 5 for years and have never had anything but great service!

I had been there before and they do have good service but they are too expensive for a someone on a fixed income. He said I agreed to pay for the premium oil change. It was $79.00! I just wanted a good oil change not that expensive. he said they had a price increase. okay but not again

Absolutely amazing. All the guys there were so helpful and gave me a bunch of knowledge. Took them like 10 minutes to get my oil change done. Will only go to this one from now on

Had to get an emergency stop for service and this guy Dustyn was amazing. This is the best oil change place I ve ever had to go to and that's from a decade of having oil changes in probably 12 different states.

My first and sole time I visited a location was this one. Young male attendant had entered all my information incorrectly, but never verbally verified.Homophones, unfortunately mean the email address and possible information would be sent elsewhere. The ONLY information he got correct was my phone number.Again, I had a guest. He can attest that he never even asked any verifying questions.Oil change was more pricey than I had anticipated, plus we waited 20 mins when we were the next in line, as two vehicles were already being maintained.It wasn t a good experience, but the printout with all the wrong information sealed that they don t care about details.Security is another story, but it wasn t too loud in the shop or anything, we were making eye contact and speaking normal volume.He could have double-checked or shown it before we drove off.Just a bunch of younger (and I m young) attendants that don t seem seasoned to do work like this, so, if I don t do my own oil changes (as it s much cheaper) I ll stick to Hibdon s for parts and service, as it s closer to where I live, anyway.

Staff did a good job , I supplied my own oil and filter and was charged $65 for 15 min in a bay which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. Very limited on what they re allowed to service per guidelines I was told. Definitely not a FULL service quick stop , there are definitely better , cheaper options available in the near area. Wouldn t recommend unless you need an oil change Sunday morning.

This place was a little hard to get to only because there's only one way in and out so if you miss it you have to back track. The people were helpful the manager made sure that we had been helped. The cost was better than I thought it would be. The time it took them to service the car was not bad either.

They are very friendly, but very slow this location means take 5 hours, and I was not happy. I went here because my experience at other locations was that they are fast. I will not go back.

Not a good experience and not what I m used to with Take 5. Dropped a coolant container and got it all over my vehicle. Didn t clean it off my car. Had to ask them to put air in my tires and get me my receipt. Got home and found the windshield washer reservoir was still empty. Overall, very disappointing!! Will have to find somewhere else to get my oil changed.

I thought I had an oil leak and needed an oil change. The guys checked, no leak, didn t need a change and they were honest about it. Saved me a good amount of money!! They were super polite and loved on my doggie!! :)

I went in to get my oil changed, there were 2 cars in the facility. It took over 30 minutes to complete the mustang that was ahead of the truck next to me. It then took anothe 30+to do the pickup then 42 minutes to complete the service on my 4 cylinder Jonda . They should change the name to Take AnHour or so oil.

Every time I'm here, it takes forever to get my oil changed. Please just stop talking and change my oil. If I wanted to take 20 min or more for an oil change I'd take it to Walmart.

This morning is maintenance time for my truck. I've been using Kwik Lube for several years. This is my first review for them. I am pleased to have them service my truck. Always spot on with courtesy and friendly attitude. Fresh coffee too!

Great customer service! I thought I was tardy in changing my oil at 3k miles. The staff explained that it was to be changed at 8k-10k miles. It s nice to be able to trust a business with your routine maintenance needs.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They gave me a receipt for all the things they supposedly did and checked but didn t. They changed my oil and checked the air in one tire. Will not go back. Over priced.
